• Figlak (10/5): Wochenend Trip - Wir waren Sehr überrascht wie ruhig "Berlin" sein kann. Die Ausstattung war für den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut und definitiv ausreichend. Es reicht bestimmt auch für eine Woche Urlaub. Gefallen haben uns auch die Restaurant Empfehlungen ( Café Liebig ) danke auch dafür Es war alles super.

• Maria (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden! Es ist eine ruhige Ecke und in der Nähe vom Wasser, sehr schön. Es war sauber und ordentlich, wir waren super zufrieden und würden wieder kommen! Ist ein persönliches Problem, aber unser Kleiner kann nur schlafen wenn es ganz dunkel ist, dort waren keine Rollos aber dunkle Vorhänge die aber nicht ganz zur Wand gingen, also war es doch relativ hell für dem Mittagsschlaf. Falls es einen Interessiert. Müsste man beim nächsten Mal selber was mitbringen, ist für uns aber kein Problem.

Ein - von mir verursachtes - kleines Problem wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Die Beschäftigten waren sehr freundlich. In der Nähe befindet sich ein sehr guters italienisches Lokal, das sich nicht hinter den Lokalen in Itakien verstecken muss. Nichts

• Leah (10/5): Cosy, spacious, beautiful architecture! - This property is beautiful, the architecture is unbelievable. It is so cosy and family friendly. The beds were so comfy, the bathrooms were gorgeous with all the facilities you could ever need provided. I couldn’t recommend more to stay here whilst in Berlin. 10000/10!!!! It is a little bit out of the way of the centre but nothing a train, uber ect. couldn’t fix. Would have liked an iron in the property but that is hardly a complaint as this property is absolutely perfect and amazing value for money!!

• Rob (8/5): Ruim en comfortabel appartement. - Ruim en comfortabel Vakantiewoning wordt verhuurd door BetterBeds. Het sleutelkastje kon met de verstrekte code niet worden geopend. We hebben lang moeten bellen om via een alternatieve optie alsnog toegang te krijgen. Zeer ongemakkelijk in het donker via een sleutelkastje op 10 cm van de grond. Medewerkers aan de telefoon en via de intercom waren niet erg begripvol en meedenkend. De persoon aan de telefoon op het nr dat in de code bevestiging staat ontkende zelfs dat BetterBeds daar een vakantiewoning heeft.

Bett sehr gemütlich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle wäre schön. Die Waschmaschine gehört leider nicht zum Apartment und konnte dadurch nicht spontan genutzt werden.

A localização é perfeita para quem busca uma estadia em um lugar mais perto da natureza e longe do centro, o que nos agradou muito. As imediações são muito silenciosas. O contato com a equipe foi eficiente, ainda que feito todo online. Transporte público muito perto da acomodação, o que facilita o deslocamento. Gostamos de tudo.
• Ina (9/5): Wir würden auf der Stelle nochmal in der Ferienwohnung Kurzurlaub machen und haben sie auch schon weiterempfohlen. - Schickes, komfortables Appartement mit allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Tolle Lage, für Berlin echt angenehm ruhig und zugleich direkt an der Straßenbahn gelegen. Positiv zu erwähnen sind auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze an der Straße, sodass auch das Auto mal Urlaub hat 😊 Und die Lage direkt an der Regattastrecke und am Wald hat auch nochmal ein ganz besonderes Flair. Nix zu meckern!

• Viktor (9/5): Gut gelegen und toll ausgestattet - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, eine direkte Anbindung an den ÖPNV auf der einen Seite und auf der anderen direkt im "grünen".
• Thorsten (9/5): - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von zwei Jahren in dieser Wohnung. Im Vergleich, hat sich zum ersten Mal nichts verändert. Für unsere Ausflüge war die Unterkunft mit ihren guten Anbindungen (Straßenbahn, S-Bahn, und Fähre) völlig ausreichend. Vielleicht könnte man bei der Sauberkeit noch hier und da mal etwas besser schauen aber im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Teilweise die Sauberkeit vor allem im Außenbereich (Terrasse) . Und man könnte innerhalb des Zimmers ruhig auch mal wieder den Pinsel schwingen.
• Winfried (9/5): Super Appartement in idyllischer Lage mit guter Innenstadtanbindung - Geräumiges, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Appartement mit großer Terrasse. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war unkompliziert, freundlich und diskret. Wir hatten uns bewusst eine Unterkunft am Stadtrand, aber mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gesucht. Unter dieser Maßgabe ist der Standort ideal. Die Tramhaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. In ca. 40 Min. ist man in der Innenstadt. Wenn man gleichzeitig einen ruhigen, naturnahmen Standort mit Nähe zu Wald und Wasser sucht, ist der Standort ideal! Nur eine kleine Anregung: Für Gäste unter 1,90m wäre die Bereitstellung einer kleinen Trittleiter oder eines Hockers hilfreich, da man sonst schlecht an die oberen Schrankfächer oder die Oberlichter zum Lüften kommt.

The host was truly helpful and willing to help, plus the room (I stayed at number 2) was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed, also the living room and the bedroom were huge, all the place looked truly clean, the tram was really close and have great connections. I do have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

I would recommend a stay here. - This is an excellent location for the Dragonboat festival as the regatta grounds are across the street, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or to use the tram. Excellent communication and presence of the manager on site occasionally asking us if everything was all right which was great. It was a bit chilly one night in June and there was no way to heat the apartment without using the oven or having a hot shower. There was one extra blanket provided. There was only 2 toilet paper rolls provided (for three ladies for 5 nights) but we were provided with more promptly when we requested it.

Easy check in process. Little bit small bed! And it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Mosquitoes in the garden, but hey...

• Roshan (8/5): Beautifully managed property, location bit off. - It is a beautiful property, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, an additional toilet outside the apartment for emergency use. Ideal for 3-4 persons. Very large and spacious. We had initial problems with heating but the owners are very prompt and they fixed it immediately. For no fault of the property, we felt the location was really really off. It is in a far corner of Berlin in Grünau. From the Grünau S Bahn it is another tram ride for a station (it's a 1.3 km walk through a forest which we didn't take up). The tram has very low frequency and erratic. If you are driving then the property is worth it else need to decide if you want long waiting hours for public transport.

• Kusch (10/5): Perfect for our family - This property was perfect for our needs. Our family was looking for a quiet location with easy access to public transportation to Berlin. This location was all that, in addition, within walking distance to the Strandbad (public beach) where we spent a couple of the warmer days. With tram, S-Bahn / U-Bahn we made it to any location in Berlin in under an hour. Some grocery stores are located on the way or within walking distance. The units are modern, clean, well maintained and beautiful. Each unit includes outdoor seating in the quiet, protected yard or terrace. There was no noise from traffic or the tram. We loved it and will recommend it to others and hopefully return.
• Walter (6/5): Small and cosy apartment suitable for bike riders and walkers in magnificent woods and trails - Location in the woods made the stay quiet and peaceful. Outdoor courtyard was very good but could not be accessed from the room which was our expectation. Bathroom shower was big and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location for bike riders and walkers. It was in our opinion more a motel room rather than a studio apartment. Poor eating space for breakfast and dinners. Too much to fit into the room made it feel cramped for two oldies with suitcases . The apartment had little tourist information to make the trip into Berlin easier and less confusing for the first day.

Good connection with public transport, free parking. - According to the ad, the apartment had beds for 3 persons, but actually there was for 4 persons. The bed-sofa is enough for two persons. If I had known that, I would not have booked another room.

• Svitlana (10/5): absolute charm :) loved it - the place is a real catch. It is clean and stylish, 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket or bahn station. Train station a just round the corner. the room is warm in winter, and I imagine the garden must be very cosy in summertime. the room had all the facilities one can need. Big fridge, a tea and a coffee maker, toaster, there is no microwave, but there is a stove where one can heat up the food as well. We could use another pair of towels… but taking into account ecology, it is fine to have to be pair for a couple, not a big deal) I did not find any drawbacks
