• Daniel (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet, sauber, gut ausgestattet, gut gelegen und hat sogar ein bisschen Aussicht über die Dächer von Berlin. Sie hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden sie jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

• AshScrWen (9/5): Pretty great stay in Berlin - Spacious, good check in instructions, nicely finished, quiet. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing bad at all. Furniture is a little dated. Having lived in Berlin before, I did find the price a tiny bit more than I expected it would be, but it wouldn't put me off staying again.

• Markus (10/5): Für uns war es perfekt! - Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr sauber; riecht angenehm. Gute Matratzen ind Bettwäsche. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder! Fernsehprogramme könnten besser eingestellt sein … aber wir waren nicht zum Fernsehschauen in Berlin ;-)

Stock auf den Fernsehturm vorm Sonnenuntergang - ein Traum. Die Wohnung selbst enthielt alles, was wir brauchten, um uns als Familie in Berlin auf Zeit häuslich einzurichten nichts

• Marc (9/5): Prima locatie en ruim appartement - Prima locatie en schoon en groot appartement met alle faciliteiten. De lift was stuk en dan is 104 traptreden best een exercise. Eigenaar deed alles om te verhelpen dus overmacht

It is an easy 10 min walk to the station and there is a safe luggage store at the east side bakery at the station. This place was perfect for us and would definitely stay again. Thank you Thomas

As it was there were two fairly narrow singles made up in the same room which I had to strip and make up a single in the other room.

• Liz (10/5): Excellent base gor a few days in Berlin, thank you to Thomas - Location fab, just round the corner from Frankfuter Tor station on U5, taking you to lots of must see destinations. The view of the TV tower from the balcony was superb. Apartment was lovely and warm, really clean, comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Berlin. Honestly, nothing that I can think of.
• Lenny (8/5): A great apartment in a very convenient location but no car park. - A great apartment in an extremely good location - just a few steps away from a U-metro station, so very convenient for those who, like ourselves, come to explore Berlin. The property is advertised as one with a car park available. This is not true. Given the general situation with parking in Berlin, it may become a problem when you are driving into Berlin and specifically select this property for easy parking. This was the only downside, but a pretty significant one for me.

The location is well served by Berlin’s excellent transport network The location didn’t have the best selection of restaurants although we did find a good value Vietnamese restaurant just up from Frankfurter Tor

• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - We got very detailed information upon our arrival as to how to retrieve the key and everything went smoothly. The flat is awesome and the pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, has a very well equipped kitchen and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. We were very happy with our stay and the view from the balcony from 6th floor is exceptional. It is very easy to take public transport as everything is within a 5 mins walk - we would definitely stay here again! And, a little tip: there is free parking just on the other side of the main road (Bundesstrasse 5)

• Sue (9/5): Clean, well-equipped flat in quiet street, 4 minutes walk from station. - Well equipped, comfortable, spacious flat for the two of us (mother & daughter). Pleasant, unobtrusive décor. 4 minute walk to nearest station. Balcony with view high over trees to TV Tower, which would have been great for sitting out on summer evenings. Very trivial, but I would have liked a note in the flat explaining what refuse can be recycled (maybe there was one but I couldn't find it, which is the same as not having one).
• Tracy (7/5): Great little apartment in top locations - Great location with the metro stop close by and many many restaurants and bars a very short walk away. Lock box which is great for when there is a few of you. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cutlery, pot & pans and nice wine glasses. The beds were very hard, all 5 of us had sore backs each morning. A mattress topper would be a great idea. The wifi constantly drops out making it difficult to work and book things.
• Søren (8/5): Very good - We really liked staying in this spacious apartment. It’s not luxury but everything works fine. Loved the fact that the TV has a chromecast. Advice: if you travel two persons let the owner know before you arrive; otherwise housekeeping will only prepare the doublebed, and there’s no spare sheets in the apartment.

• Kate (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in Berlin - Loved the location and layout of the apartment. It was warm and quiet and only a short walk to the U-bahn. Very clean and great being able to have 2 keys when we went our separate ways to explore the city. The kitchen was also fantastic equipped with most of what we needed - I improvised when required. Great, modern appliances too and plenty of plates and cups etc. Highly recommend staying here! Q The only real issue was parking. We managed to get a park right outside but paying with coins only was quite problematic. We tried moving the car to a nearby parking garage only to find the road closed and the parking garage inaccessible. In the end I downloaded an app to pay after getting a parking ticket (which turned out to be cheaper than the cost of a day's parking lol).

Right in heart of everything but really peaceful. really well equipped..all you need for short or long stay inc cooking facilities, crickery etc. Minutes walk from frankfurter tor U bahn..and warschauer strasse Sbahn..surrounded by shops/restaurants and bars. 5 mins walk to RAW..and just easy access to the whole city . Stumbled across great Saturday Market on Boxenhager Platz..Good comms and directions from host for arrival. Comfortable for 4 people (one bedroom has 2 single beds/one double) Lovely to have balcony..very peaceful and quiet at night ..with great view over to TV tower/ alexanderplatz. 6 floors up..with a lift,thankfully. Its fabulous really and wld have no hesitation recommending and we'll definitely go back! Nothing. Loved the flat/location. Cant complain about anything!
