• Sue (9/5): 6 nights in a quiet and comfortable flat, with everything one hopes to find in holiday accommodation. - The flat was very close to the S-Bahn and the whole house and flat were well looked after. After a day sight seeing and walking around Berlin the flat on the fourth floor was always a challenge, but we made it!

• Beate (9/5): Gute Unterkunft, gerne wieder! - Die Wohnung war groß, gut ausgestattet und ruhig, die Betten bequem. Sonniger Balkon. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle in kurzer Laufdistanz. Die von uns gemietete Wohnung war im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Es gibt aber andere in den unteren Etagen. Aus einem uns sich nicht erschließenden Grund ging in einem Zimmer am Sonntagmorgen um halb sieben der Rauchmelder an der Decke an. Keine Ursache gefunden, aber Höllenlärm, bis es uns gelang, das Ding wieder abzustellen.

• Tanja (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten außerhalb zu essen und eine S-Bahn fährt um die Ecke. Also, alles was wir brauchen für einen Kurztrip. Eine Frage an den Vermieter wurde flott und nett beantwortet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.

• Miroslav (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit ein paar Optimierungspotentialen - Wir hatten das “Deluxe Design Appartment” im 4. OG. Es war gut ausgestattet mit funktionierenden Küchengeräten und Fernseher. Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Kontakt (gut beschrieben, wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist). Gute zentrale Lage und kostenlose Parkplätze (wir waren an Feiertagen in Berlin) Die positiven Bewertungen zur Sauberkeit haben uns sehr überrascht. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber gemacht worden. Die Teppiche sind extrem alt und abgenutzt, von Flecken übersät, hier und da hängen Spinnweben, manche Türen sind voll mit dreckigen Fingerabdrücken, Ledersofas sind speckig und Sofakissen sind nicht frisch. Der Heizkörper voll mit Kalkflecken. Das Bettzeug war zwar sauber, aber drei von fünf Kissen - steinhart. Die Handtücher - abgenutzt und nicht sehr einladend. Wir hatten zum Glück unsere eigenen Duschtücher und Tagesdecken für die Sofas. Der Boden war nicht sauber (klebrig). Da ist man natürlich enttäuscht, weil man etwas anderes anhand der Bilder erwartet (die Pflanze war wohl auch nur für ein Foto da). Das ist echt schade. Wir haben nichts gegen alt, aber man möchte nicht in einer schmuddeligen Wohnung sitzen, ein bisschen gründlichere Reinigung und neue Tücher würden die Wohnung sehr aufwerten!

Éramos 5 amigos y el tema de comodidad de camas así como agua caliente para ducharnos todo perfecto. El contacto con el dueño fue correcto y muy amable dispuesto a ayudar. No hay espejos! Solo hay un espejo de cara en el baño, había pequeños detalles como los apliques de los enchufes se salen de su lugar.

• Ahmet (5/5): Gemischte Erfahrungen – Licht und Schatten beim Aufenthalt - Wir waren mit insgesamt 13 Personen in drei Appartements untergebracht und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Marquardt über Booking verlief vorbildlich. Da die Buchung auf Booking fehlerhaft erfasst wurde (falsche Gästeanzahl), reagierte er sofort und stellte uns ohne Aufpreis zusätzliche Zustellbetten zur Verfügung, ein wirklich entgegenkommender Service. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut: genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie eine gute Anbindung an die S-Bahn, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert überall hinkommt. Die Badezimmer in allen drei Wohnungen waren in gutem Zustand. Auch die Ausstattung mit modernen TVs hat uns positiv überrascht Leider gab es auch einige negative Aspekte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der Haushälterin, Frau Marquardt, sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Im Gegensatz zu ihrem Sohn zeigte sie uns gegenüber ein Verhalten, das wir als alltäglichen Rassismus empfunden haben. Aussagen wie „Ihr seht alle gleich aus“ sowie das wiederholte, fast misstrauische Nachfragen „Wie viele Personen seid ihr?“ waren unangemessen und respektlos. Oder ihr Vorschlag: "Wenn Sie Essen wollen, empfehle ich Ihnen die sog. ausländische Fressmeile". Der Tonfall war durchgehend von oben herab und unpassend. Mehrmals wurden wir wie kleine Kinder belehrt, dass ab 22 Uhr Ruhe herrschen müsse, obwohl wir uns zu jeder Zeit korrekt verhalten haben. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: In den Betten fanden wir Flecken auf den Bettbezügen bzw. der Bettwäsche, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem waren die drei Wohnungen preislich zwar ähnlich, der Standard jedoch sehr unterschiedlich. Eine der Wohnungen war ausreichend groß und sinnvoll für fünf oder mehr Gäste, während die anderen beiden eigentlich nur für maximal drei Personen geeignet waren und deutlich enger bzw. einfacher ausgestattet wirkten.

• Lindy (9/5): Comfortabel familie appartement - Ruim en schoon appartement. Het appartement beschikt over goede bedden, voldoende handdoeken en zelfs wc-papier. Er is een wasmachine, de keuken is goed uitgerust en er is zelfs koffie en thee aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten met ons gezin en hadden voldoende ruimte. Parkeergelegenheid voor de deur of in een nabij gelegen parkeergarage. In een klein uur wandelen ben je in het centrum en de s-bahn is 5 minuten lopen. De dekens zijn wat te kort voor lange mensen, de badkamer rook naar ongezonde schimmel en een schoonmaakdoek voor in de keuken zou handig zijn.

• Virginie (8/5): Bon séjour - L'appartement était bien équipé, agréable et confortable. Il n'est pas dans le centre de Berlin mais proche des transports et donc pratique pour visiter la ville et proche des commodités pour faire les courses, dans un quartier plutôt tranquille. La cuisine était bien équipée mais il manquait quelques petites choses: 4 petites cuillères pour 5, de toutes petites poêles et un four à disposition mais pas de plat allant au four. La table était plutôt prévue pour 3 ou 4 que pour manger à 5. Le lave-linge ne fonctionnait pas bien : la lessive ne se diffusait pas bien et l'essorage ne se faisait pas.

• Armelle (10/5): Beau logement fidèle à la description - Très beau logement, propre, situé à 30mn du centre de Berlin, mais à proximité d'une station de train et bus (6 mn à pied). Quartier calme et vue plongeante à l'arrière sur un beau jardin. Une boulangerie à proximité et un Aldi à 15mn à pied. Cuisine bien équipée. Photos fidèles à la réalité. Nous recommandons. RAS

• Elisabeth (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt für Städtetrip - Schöne große Altbauwohnung mit tollem historischem Treppenhaus, große Zimmer, schöner Blick in den Innenhof, liebevolle Gestaltung, Informationsmaterial, Checkin, - out unkompliziert. Es gab nichts Negatives. Aber ein großer Spiegel im Flur oder Zimmer wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen.

• ataooooo (9/5): - Let’s talk about the location—it’s unbeatable for exploring the city. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk away, which made getting around so easy. Even better, the subway ride to the city center is quick and convenient. There’s a free automobile museum nearby! I popped in one afternoon and loved browsing the exhibits—such a fun, unexpected perk. What really stood out, though, was how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. After long days of sightseeing, coming back to a calm, secure area to unwind was exactly what I needed. I’d happily book it again in a heartbeat.

• Jens-Uwe (4/5): - Keines der Bilder verrät, dass das Zimmer eher eine Dachkammer war. 5. Stock ohne Aufzug ist nichts für Ältere oder kleine Familien. Es fehlten Nachtischlampen und Regale im viel zu großen Kleiderschrank. Ein Apartment sollte mehr sein als ein Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatte. Für diesen Preis und diese Lage nicht zu empfehlen.

• Susan (9/5): Perfekt für einen Berlin Trip - Die Ausstattung und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Nǎhe zur Oldtimer-Remise Leider hatten wir einen starken Raucher in der Ferienwohnung nebenan und dieser hat am offenen Fenster geraucht.
• Raphaela (8/5): - Die Anweisungen, um ins Haus und die FeWo zu gelangen, waren einfach und zuverlässig. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns gleich zu Beginn sehr über das bereitgestellte kühle Mineralwasser gefreut. Die Küchenausstattung ist top. Das Wetter war prima, sodass wir nur zum frühstücken und nächtigen da waren. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut😁, Platz hatten wir ausreichend Man kann in der Wohnung gut querlüften - das war notwendig, da uns der anfängliche Zigarettenrauchgeruch sehr gestört hat. Man darf leider am Balkon rauchen:( (dabei steht mal allerdings im Zimmer)

• Ilja (6/5): Loft op vijfde etage zonder lift - Fijne bedden. Er is veel huishoud apparatuur. Leuke wijk. De loft ligt op de vijfde etage en is geen lift. Dit was bij het boeken niet duidelijk. Ik had een appartement met 2 slaapkamers gezocht op Booking.com. Er is in deze 'loft' één slaapkamer en er staat een bed in de woonkamer. De badkamer/wc grenst ook aan deze woonkamer. Wij reisden niet als familie of stel en door de slaapkamer van een ander lopen om 's nachts naar het toilet te gaan vond ik onprettig. Er liggen veel smoezelige kleedjes in het appartement. Het is stoffig. Tijdens ons verblijf (3 nachten) werden er metingen gedaan in het appartement en kregen we vervolgens niet heel vriendelijk commentaar over de veluxramen op een kiertje.

The bed sheets too old and not very comfortable, maybe not clean 😞after the last use same thing for the bath towels. The apartment was in the second floor and there is not elevator in the building.

• Kati (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best private accommodation I have ever stayed in during all my booking experiences. Jean is a very kind and helpful person. He gave us all the important information about how to check in, check out, and enjoy the place everything was clear and easy to understand. He was also very flexible when I asked if it was possible to get the place ready one hour before the check-in time. He really helped with that, and I appreciated it a lot. The place looks exactly like the photos. Our room was on the fifth floor and it was wonderful. My friend and I had privacy and we could really relax and rest well. The location is also great it takes only about 30 minutes to get to the city centre by public transport, and the train station is less than 8 minutes walking. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés nearby, so there are many options around. I have nothing to complain about. The accommodation, the location, and all the instructions were perfect. We had a great stay! No complains.
