• James (10/5): The perfect apartment for anyone visiting Berlin. - Everything from the fully furnished apartment, the back patio and yard, the beautiful horses and the neighborhood around it. It is close to shopping and public transportation as well. The Lietz family does an amazing job of managing the property, and they are very nice on top of it all. Definitely our favorite stay. N/A
• Kristen (10/5): - This was a magical place to stay for a recent trip to Berlin. The place was so cute, comfortable, and peaceful. I enjoyed the morning rolls, saying hello to the ponies, and sitting out on the little patio while eating. It was walkable (<10 min) to the U-bahn, which made it easy to get around the city. In walking distance of the place there was a great grocery store and a few restaurants as well. Very small detail -- I would recommend adding instructions on how to use the television within the place. When I turned it on it switched from tv to radio and I'm not sure what I did. Not a big deal for me, but others may want to have the TV option. Also, it appears there is no streaming option through the TV, so just something to note for other travelers.

Wir wurden so warm empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Besonders die liebevollen Gesten, kleinen Geschenke und die frischen Brötchen jeden Morgen haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Für uns war es tatsächlich der schönste Aufenthalt, den wir bisher in Deutschland hatten – dieses Niveau kennen wir sonst nur aus der Schweiz ❤️ Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden – wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Welcome drinks (beer, coke, water), special services - washing machine, iron... Fully equipped kitchen. Near apartment place are supermaket, subway station... What more could you want? I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of Germany. Nothing, really :)

• Andreas (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab einen eigenen Parkplatz für die Wohnung, alles war sehr sauber, selbst Getränke, kleine Snacks und Süssigkeiten lagen bereit. Die Lage war für uns zum Horst Korber Sportzentrum sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe und eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns auch noch jeden Morgen frische Brötchen an die Eingangstür brachte.

• Ingrid (10/5): Für einen Besuch im Olympiastadion perfekt, aber auch sonst, wenn man etwas Zeit mitbringt für die Fahrt ins Zentrum zu - Sehr schönes Anwesen, sauber, freundlicher Empfang. Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit Brötchen und Zeitung. Lage: U2 Station Neu-Westend nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Olympiastadion ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren im Winter dort und konnten den Freisitz leider nicht nutzen, ist bei schönem Wetter sicher herrlich. Die Wohnung kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden. Nichts, es war alles perfekt

• Shannon Derrick (10/5): Ideal stay! - We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was the perfect size for our small family. It was full of useful local information and we especially appreciated the laminated local maps to consult. The large map on the wall was particularly useful. Easy walking distance to public transit. Practically, the apartment is well-appointed and has everything you might want. It's a proper home! The heated floor was such a treat, as was the chance to see the ponies in the yard. The little extras were so kind; really made us feel like we were being hosted and a great example for how to host. Familie Lietz are friendly, thoughtful hosts and excellent ambassadors for Berlin. We enjoyed our stay in the city exponentially more thanks to their care. Would highly recommend! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Die Unterkunft bietet viel mehr, als man erwarten kann, vom Brötchenservice bis hin zu einer kompletten sehr gute A´ausgestattete Küche, mega viele Infoblätter zu Berlin mit Strassenkarten, Fussbodenheizung und vieles vieles mehr. Auf dem abgeschlossenem Grundstück ein seperater Parkplatz, alles ebenerdig. Satt und reichlich Begrüssungsgetränke, Kekse und Süßes. Also eine abolute Unterkunft mit einer wirklichen echten hervorragendene Gastgeberin!!!
• Carsten (10/5): Perfekte Unterbringung im Herzen von Berlin! - Frau Lietz hat sich ganz wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Sie war super nett. Die Wohnung ließ KEINE Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung war/ ist sehr gut. Neben der geschmackvollen Einrichtung ist auch die hervorragende Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Durch Frau Lietz wurde noch ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das bereitgestellte Informationsmaterial war ebenfalls perfekt aufgearbeitet und man konnte sich gut zurechtfinden. In dieser Lage, mit diesem Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist diese Wohnung ein echter Geheimtip. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen. Wir haben KEINE Kritikpunkte.

• Manuel (10/5): Hier waren wir definitiv nicht das letzte Mal !!! Es war eine rundum schöne Woche ! - Es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nix in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war für uns super, ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft, eigene Terrasse, Ponys im Garten zum streicheln, frische Brötchen morgens + aktuelle Tageszeitung - und das in einer Ferienwohnung! Wer hier nach Fehlern oder negativen Dingen sucht, dem ist tatsächlich nicht mehr zu helfen !
• Chris (10/5): Wunderschöner weihnachtlicher Aufenthalt - Wie auch letztes Mal, sehr gut. Wir sind wieder sehr herzlich empfangen worden und liebevoll versorgt worden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Frau Lietz hat uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit wieder einen tollen Aufenthalt beschert. Es war sogar wunderschön weihnachtlich geschmückt, sodass wir ein schönes Weihnachtsfeeling hatten.

• BOSEONG (10/5): 더 이상 좋을 수 없는 숙소 - 이렇게 완벽한 숙소를 다시 만날 수 있을 것 같지 않습니다. 처음 도착한 날 호스트는 직접 우리를 만나고 매일 아침 빵을 구워 주겠다고 말했습니다. 머무는 동안 정성 가득한 직접 구운 빵을 매일 아침 8시에 문 앞에 걸어 주었습니다. 어디서도 만나기 어려운 좋은 품질의 빵을 따뜻할 때 먹을 수 있어서 머무는 동안 줄곧 아침이 행복했습니다. 아침마다 준비된 원두로 커피를 내려서 비치된 잼과 함께 갓 구운 빵을 먹고, 저녁에는 숙소에 돌아와 준비된 티백으로 따뜻한 논카페인 차를 마시며 하루를 마무리했습니다. 일요일에 도착했기 때문에 저녁 준비가 어려울 거라고 마음의 준비를 했는데 냉장고에는 맥주와 콜라와 탄산수가 준비되어 있었고, 소파 테이블에는 초콜릿과 캔디가, 식탁에는 맥주 안주로 최고인 스낵 모음이 놓여 있어서 처음 인상도 훌륭했습니다. 게다가 식탁에 놓여있는 '베를린 바인더'에는 일요일에도 이용할 수 있는 가게는 물론이고 주변의 상점에 대한 정보가 모두 갖춰져 있었습니다. 다른 바인더에는 근처의 식당과 카페에 대한 정보가, 메뉴판과 가격까지 함께 적혀 있었습니다. 이렇게 이용객이 궁금할 것을 모두 준비해주는 호스트를 만나본 적이 없습니다. 주차는 부지 내 숙소 바로 앞에 가능했고, 우리는 가끔 두 마리의 강아지와 두 마리의 당나귀를 숙소에서 만날 수 있었습니다. 할로윈을 맞이해 세심하게 꾸며진 정원과 실내 장식, 티끌 하나 없는 청결한 집기와 시설까지 정말로 완벽했습니다. 바로 옆의 별실에는 세탁기와 세탁 세제가 '의류 소재와 색상별로' 갖춰져 있었고, 여분의 세탁 건조대와 오븐 토스터까지 갖춰져 있었습니다. 저는 아는 사람 누구든 베를린 여행을 계획한다면 기꺼이 이 숙소를 추천하겠습니다. 전혀 없습니다. 전혀. 오히려 이곳이 너무 완벽해서 다른 숙소에 대한 기대치가 높아졌어요. 머무는 동안 날씨가 좋지 않아서 예쁜 정원의 테이블을 이용하지 못한 것이 아쉬울 뿐입니다.

• Omar (10/5): Wunderbar - Es ist mit Worten kaum möglich zu beschreiben, wie gut der Aufenthalt bei Frau Lietz war. Ein weiteres Kind konnte ohne weiteres dazu kommen. Der Empfang durch Frau Lietz war familiär herzlich. Es war alles wunderschön vorbereitet. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Snacks und Süßigkeiten in den Zimmern mit Liebe verteilt. Sauberkeit top, Lage top. Freundlichkeit herzlich und nicht zu übertreffen. Parkplatz im Hof. Preislwistungsverhältnis unglaublich gut und zum Abschied gab es am Auto noch eine kleine schöne Überraschung für die Kinder, wirklich sehr schön. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Frau Lietz, der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen war wirklich richtig schön. Es ist vom Herzen zu empfehlen und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Keine Mängel

Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen, die Wohnung ist top, zusätzlich Getränke im Kühlschrank, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Am nächsten Morge wurden Brötchen kostenlos gebracht. Einfach nur toll. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt , wir möchten in Berlin keine andere Unterkunft mehr buchen. Wenn Berlin dann Ber Lietz. Die Vermieterin ist eine Frau mit dem Herz am rechten Fleck, der es nicht nur ums Geschäft geht. Wir können nur Danke sagen

Kleine nette Aufmerksamkeiten wie kostenlose Getränke, Frühstücks Brötchen und umfangreiches Info Material über Berlin an sich, Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bis zur Waldbühne ca.30 Min. Fußweg. Sollten wir nochmals eine Veranstaltung im Olympia Stadion oder in der Waldbühne besuchen, wäre diese Unterkunft unsere 1.Wahl. Vielen Dank nochmals an Frau Lietz.

Comfortable modern little apartment with off-street parking, in a residential area close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Little touches including some 'welcome drinks' (beer and soft) in the fridge, ice creams in the freezer (it was very hot during our stay), coffee and tea bags, fresh rolls and a newspaper every morning. Very relaxing stay in a great city.

• Lynette (10/5): A Gem in Berlin - This was a very comfortable, well equipped and convenient apartment. It was an easy walk to trains and trams that gave you access to the whole of Berlin. The apartment itself was very comfortable with good cooking facilities and access to a washing machine. It had it's own private patio and a drying frame we could set up there for easy drying. The host left an abundance of items for us to have including beer, snacks and ice cream, along with fresh rolls and a newspaper each morning. I highly recommend this accommodation and would come back any time. Nothing

Perfectly equipped apartment, everything is taken care of, you feel cozy like at home. Everything you might need has been thought of. There are free drinks and ice cream in the fridge, cookies and snacks are served. Every morning the hostess serves fresh, still warm bread buns. Special attention for children: children's bedding, dishes, coasters and sweets as gifts. I highly recommend staying for families with children. Ponies walk in the yard. Great location, nearby bus and metro stations. A few stops to the city center.

Super clean and hosts very welcoming, dogs friendly too. Great location. We greatly appreciated having off-road parking for our car. Within easy reach of public transport, shops and cafés. A great find and we would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Berlin. There is nothing to say here!

The place was fully equipped with anything you need. She arranged us some sweets, treats and drinks Inc. Soda, beers and sparkling wine. There is freshly baked bread serving at our door for free. We stayed over new year's eve. She gave us very cute decorated tradition Berliner. S and U Bahn is 400-600m away. You can commute to centre by 20mins more or less. Just buy S Bahn day ticket and validate it for 24hrs used for unlimited transportation zone AB. We recommended you to stay here. We love the place more than words can say. • Andrey (10/5): Superb house - We are a married couple and experienced travelers. This guest House BerLietz is one of the best we have visited in the last 15 years. You feel in it as in your own house or apartment. It is very quiet, spacious and comfortable here. The hostess Ira is very hospitable. She provided us with tea, coffee, ice cream and cookies. The house has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioning, dining table, sofa, chairs and armchairs and much more. If we come to Berlin again, we will definitely choose this hospitable house and its owner. Everything is excellent!

• Vishvesh (10/5): Beautiful apartment with the kindest host possible - Best place to stay in Berlin. The host is very nice and generous. The apartment have everything you need. There are two lovely ponies which is refreshing to watch every morning. The property is very beautiful and the kindest host ever possible. Location is near to S bahn so you can reach the city centre conveniently. Fresh bread every morning. We went during the Easter vacation, so the decoration was Easter themed. We get the chocolates and colourful eggs on Easter. Dont miss this place. The shower mixer is a bit faulty, water is either too hot or too cold. But it was no big issue, as the place and hospitality was above expectation :).

It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood as well. As a bonus, there are two miniature horses, Pinto and Queenie I believe. Above all, the Lietz family is very kind and hospitable.
