• Regina (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Saubere, solide Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man so benötigt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Host. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Fußweg (das ist anhand der Objektfotos leider nicht eindeutig erkennbar).

• Bilsen (9/5): Perfekt und sauber - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen kann. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass die Wohnung schön warm war und man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Vera hat uns außerdem sehr geholfen und war jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

• Milena (9/5): Noworoczny Berlin - Wygodne miejsca do spania dla max 4os. Wypisazenie kuchni bardzo dobre- wsztstko czego potrzeba na miejscu. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Pomimo pory zimowej 1-5 stycznia mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe i w cichej dzielnicy. Dobra komunikacja z Centrum, ale odległosć ok 40min z przesiadkami. Wejście z ulicy prosto do salnu/kuchni przez okno- chyba był to kiedyś lokal użytkowy (?). Niejasne zasady segregacji odpadów (po 5 dniach się nazbierało - brak worków do kosza na wymianę)
• Kathy (10/5): Nice Place to Stay near Charlottenburg Palace - The apartment was well located, close to public transportation, restaurants and groceries, but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the space was good for two people. We could not figure out how to work the stove properly (set the temperature and time). Some instructions would have been helpful. Not a deal breaker, however.

The location is unbeatable—right in the city center, making it incredibly easy to explore all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special thanks to the owner, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Berlin! Everything was fine
• Ruben (7/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is very nice, very well located, with a Ubahn station in the nearby, very spacious, with direct access to the street which is also convenient if you carry luggage. The kitchen is big and nice, with all the things one need for cooking. To park the car closeby, there are usually spots in the neighborhood, but it is around 22 € per day (Sundays and nights are free). We used the app Parkster which was easy to use for the first evening. However, we found a cheaper option, if you stay for more than 3 days and you don’t use much the car, it is better to park at Wilma shopping center parking, where a week of parking is 50€. The week ticket has to be purchased in one of the machines before entering the car. From there to the apartment is 15 min by Ubahn. The negative side was the internet. The WiFi for some reason didn’t work on 3 evenings out of 7. When it didn’t work, the connection was completely down, not slow, in all our devices. The other nights was totally normal. We asked for assistance but didn’t get a solution. Not sure if it is resolved now, but it was annoying.

• Tom (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with good facilities. Very close to river and the big Charlottenburg Park. The host was very responsive and friendly. We were short one towel, and a sheet for the travel cot, but it was sorted very quickly.

The apartment is on the ground floor with large windows to the street. So, you might become a bit dark if you close the curtains...perhaps not for everyone...would clearly book again.

• Ilana (9/5): Superb - The location is great. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to places of interest and public transportation. The supermarket is just across the street and there are two more just in a few minutes walk. The property is spacious and well maintained. The bathroom with the toilet and the shower cabin is clean and spacious.

Bedroom with comfortable double bed and windows facing the courtyard provides a good night sleep. Kitchenette has everything needed to prepare your own food. Its an absolutely lovely walk along the river nearby. We loved the flat, felt like home. N/a

• Emma (10/5): Overall we loved our stay here. - The apartment was so spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the staff were lovely. Our check in manager Ekaterina was so friendly and greeted us at the property. We would recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Berlin. The location was a little bit out of the city centre but it didn’t bother us too much as we explored the city by scooters/bikes.

• Jure (2/5): Stay away for your own good - Nothing to like. Really ruined Berlin our expirience. This is not apartment, it is a former warehouse or shop quickly transformed into apartment. No daylight at all as front window is facing street and people walking by. Back window is directly above celler entrace with people parking bikes there. So all curtains must be down all time. Worst expirence ever. People were smoking in the room before our arrival and the smoke and odor was still in the air. Place is not apropriate to rent.
• Rosana (6/5): Better for a short stay, check public transport connections first - We spent a week here and would not return or recommend it for a long stay. The place is a lot darker than it looks in the pictures. The front door is fully glass and at street level (like a shop) so you want to keep the curtains closed otherwise you are completely exposed to all the passers-by. Then the apartment is like one long corridor without any other windows than those at the far end (the bedroom) which look upon a closed courtyard (without a lot of sunlight) which also works as a bike parking and has entrances to other buildings, so you are also in plain sight there to everyone entering other apartments or leaving/picking up bikes, unless you draw the curtains (and there’s not that much light outside to begin with). The pillows were lumpy (they badly needed replacing) and in my personal case the bed gave me allergy (my nose got blocked when I got into that bed and cleared when I got out). Although the bed is advertised as a “double bed” it’s actually just two small mattresses put together, with a big slit in the centre which makes it very uncomfortable and useless as a double bed (each person must stay on their side). We also could not use the aeroccino because of the pungent sour smell it had, which did not go away despite washing it twice. The place is not well connected to the Ubahn (closest stop almost 20 minutes walk) or the S-bahn (the Charlottenburg line will not take you to the centre/main tourist attractions and is not well connected to the network as a whole). You need to take a bus to Zoo and change again from there

• Karim (9/5): Superb - Very quiet and comfortable. It was very big and clean. Better than it's pictures. Eddy is very friendly,. Within the range price it was better than others apartments on both booking and other websites for 2 people and 7 days stay. The vicinity is so quiet and safe. I was afraid that we gonna bothered since it is in the first floor or we might have noise from people outside. But never experienced anything. Would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner specially for the long stays.
• Henrique (9/5): Well equiped apartment for a family - Great kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Calm location yet close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. The floor cracks in a few spots which bothered us a bit. The shower drain cloggs up really easily, requiring us to clean it every other day.
