• Zeghouani (9/5): Bon séjour ! - Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans l'appartement Il est bien équipé et la literie est vraiment confortable. L'adresse est proche d'un métro et du tram.
• Marieke (8/5): Highly recommended - The property is well located near U9 ( few minutes walk) with good connection to other U lines. The apartment is well organized and clean and easy to communicate with the owner. Nothing really. Not the cheapest option but good value for money.
• Aroa (10/5): - Muy bonito, amplio, con todas las comodidades. Muy bien conectado, entre dos paradas de metro y a 2 minutos del tram y bus. Buenas ubicación para moverse por la ciudad.
• Thomas (7/5): Uneingeschränkt gut, aber - Große aber etwas ungünstig aufgeteilte Wohnung. Küche super, alles was man braucht. Bad und Dusche nicht wirklich Luxus passt aber richtig gut. Betten auf den ersten Blick oha, dann aber sehr gemütlich. Lage ist super. Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Drei Minuten zur U-Bahn, Tram und zum Bus. Insgesamt nicht günstig aber wir kommen wieder. Leider waren die Heizkörper nicht abzuschalten, weil die Thermostaten kaputt oder nicht vorhanden waren. Aktuell im April nicht so ein großes Problem, im Sommer? Ein paar Glühbirnen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden
• Ann Marie (9/5): Exceptionally cosy and comfortable - Very homely and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed. Host was very accommodating and kind. Property is very close to public transport and the area felt safe. Nothing happy with everything. Didn’t affect us but flat is located on third floor, stairs could be a challenge for some.

• Melinda (9/5): Great host, good apartment in a lovely spot - Great apartment, very warm in the very cold weather we had while in Berlin. Close to trams and trains and lots of room. Enough room for 6 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and secure in the unit and liked the key technology used. The stairs are a bit of a climb but not too bad. Be aware there is no lift if you have lots of luggage. It’s a bit out of the centre of Berlin but transport was ok to use.

• Nicki (7/5): Wilhelmshavener würden wir wieder buchen. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Alle öffentlichen Transportmittel waren in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe vom Tiergarten. 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Ist in meinem Alter ein bißchen schwierig.

• Ingeborg Brandsma (10/5): Lekker ruim appartement met fijne bedden. - Lekker veel ruimte, fijne bedden en ruimtes. Je kan kiezen uit 2 soorten koffie-apparaten: filterkoffie of espresso cupjes koffie. Douche in bad is een beetje onhandig. De toilet is in de badkamer, het is handiger als dat een aparte ruimte is, maar verder is dat geen halszaak.

• Bart (8/5): Rustpunt in een drukke stad - Goed bereikbaar via de metro, maar toch vooral rust na drukke dagen in de stad. Fijne buurt met lekkere restaurantjes. De opstelling is apart. Je moet van de keuken door 1 slaapkamer om naar de woonkamer en badkamer te gaan. En het gebrek aan een lift voor het appartement op de 3e verdieping is wel pittig met bagage.

• Gina (8/5): Family stay on the outskirts of Berlin - The apartment was very clean with lots of space. A quiet area, fans in rooms, kitchen well equipped. The location was a long way out, but we did know that, but public transport wasn't cheap. Layout was a little odd with waking through a bedroom and the kitchen was far from dining table. Shower, just an above the bath one.
• Nels Toft (6/5): - Good location close to U Bahn and tramp. Large apartment. The apartments smelled musty when we arrived. Only very basic things in the kitchen. No egg cups, lid for small pot and heating pads.

• Sophie (9/5): Fantastic apartment for family in great location - Brilliant location, plenty of room in the apartment and well equipped. The area was very safe and quiet and we loved that it was so close to a tram and underground system. The local restaurants were fantastic and full of locals and the shops were fantastic too. All that you could need. It would have been helpful to have a shower gel or soap and perhaps a little washing powder but other than that we had everything we needed.

• Collette (10/5): It was a perfect apartment for a short stay, had all that we needed. - Host was very responsive, we arrived after 10pm at night but she met us there and showed us around the apartment. The location is excellent as it is beside the underground. And the apartment is spacious, with 5 adults we were not 'on top' of one another. It was also so warm and bright with lots of light. The rubbish in the outside courtyard, but appreciate that there is little you can do about that.

• Michaela (3/5): We would not stay again - The location to the sites and public transport. We were disappointed with the accomodation. It was not clearly advertised that the apartment was up on the third floor with 6 flights of stairs to climb (we had an older woman travelling with us), but the washing machine broke on the first evening and we couldn’t get our clothes out. Not only did it take 2 days to get our clothing out of the machine, it was then smelly and we were left with no alternative. Not a voucher for a local laundromat or anything. The kitchen was well under furnished with only 5 knives, limited cooking equipment but 16 wine glasses. There was not enough bags for the bin and no explanation on the separation of the recycling. There was not enough tablets for the dishwasher. We were very disappointed compared to other similar places we have stayed. The property was not very clean with someone else’s dirty sock and toys left under a bed. We would not stay again.

• Fanis (8/5): Very good - Quiet and clean apartment. Comfortable and very convenient especially for a family. Nice food around, small markets in the area. Metro station to the airport was a 15 minutes walk, and the bus and tram station just 5.minutes from the house! Apsrtment on the fourth floor with no elevator. Kitchen had a lot of equipment for preparing breakfast even lunch, however, there were only big glasses (for water or beer) so using the espresso machine for example espresso was a bit tricky.

• Nesrin (8/5): The property was nice and cosy, needs refurbishing for an ideal stay - It’s a spacious property with all needed; near the public transportation, supermarkets, has all necessary home appliances like dishwasher, washing and drying machines, coffee machines The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy when you move during your sleep. We all woke up to the noise our beds made when we turned around when sleeping. And the floor on the corridor was really creaky, made a lot of noise when walking. The property needs refurbishing for a perfect stay.
• Nut1973 (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartment, great location easy to get around hoste was excellent helped with everything we needed. Nothing to complain about all, there is a few flights of stairs to go up. So if you're not good with steps I would avoid as there's no lift

Right next to the underground which connects the city so well so very easy to get around and come back close to home. Neighbourhood also felt quite safe. Comfortable beds and everything you need to have a nice stay is there to hand. No real major complaints at all

• Sharanya (4/5): Not so great look elsewhere - It was spacious No elevators and we had 3 large suitcases that we had to lug it to 3rd floor. It also said there’s a 10pm quiet time but the neighbors in that building was so loud so who really has quiet time?

Our host was just marvelous & couldn't do enough for us. Our flight was delayed & he waited to meet us. He was friendly kept in touch and answered messages promptly- an all round star 🌟 The apartment was quirky & great for our family of 4, 2 adults & 2 teens, super comfy beds were a bonus

• Christos (4/5): You feel to be in east Berlin during the cold war! - Only the size of the appartment. The decor was old and poor, it has only 1 Bedroom, the other 2 "bedrooms" are NOT bedrooms
• Robin (9/5): Clean, spacious, quiet apartment which was a very convenient staging post for a great weekend of sightseeing in Berlin. - The apartment was spacious and clean with all you need for a short break. the location was surrounded by restaurants and cafes and the metro station was literally 5 mins walk away. on one day we walked from the apartment to the Brandenburg Gate via the river and Tiergarten so this shows you that is pretty close to the centre of Berlin. It was also supremely quiet, located on a quiet street and around a courtyard. However, it is not isolated and felt safe. Staff, especially Eddy, were also very helpful both when planning our arrival and meeting us to give us our keys. There were no issues with the apartment that we found.

• Dermot (9/5): Excellent - definitely recommend staying here. - Excellent location, spacious apartment, stylish, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants locally, shopping centre near by, beer garden. Area was very quiet, suitable for family holiday. We had an excellent 1wk holiday with our teenage boys, staying in this apt. Thanks So much Poor tv, but there was a dvd player and a radio. Pack a Bluetooth speaker. Poor info book for local activities and amenities.
