• Jemmy (9/5): geweldig genoten en een echte aanrader mensen als dit vrij is boeken! - het is een heerlijke rustige locatie terwijl je snel met het openbaar vervoer in heet centrum zit 35 minuten ongeveer. het tuinhuis/koetshuis is in alle gemakken bedient. het is een goede uitval locatie om berlijn echt te kunnen ontdekken. wij komen er zeker nogmaals terug. wij waren met zijn drieen. mocht je extreme luxe zoals een oven of vaatwasser willen dan zit je hier verkeerd. maar als je een goede leuke lokatie zoekt om in alle rust en stilte van je verblijf te genieten dat op een goede locatie zit ivm berijkbaarheid dan is dit zeker een aanrader.. tevens restaurant il gusto op 5 minuten rijden is ook een aanrader.. heerlijke kaart. er viel ons eigenllijk niets tegen ja de bedden zij harder dan thuis maar dat heb je overal en ja de trap heeft geen leuning dus als je met meer dan 2 mensen die slecht te been zijn dan is dit appartement niets voor jullie..

• Thomas (9/5): Man hat Platz, man hat Ruhe und ist trotzdem in Berlin. Und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. - Eine nette Remise hinter dem Wohnhaus der Gastgeberin mit Schlafzimmer, Küche inkl. Esstisch, Bad und oben (eine etwas "abenteuerliche" Treppe, aber für uns kein Problem) zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher. Man ist in Berlin und zugleich sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist im nördlichen Pankow und damit recht weit außerhalb. Aber in 10min Fußweg ist eine Straßenbahn, die ca. alle 10min nach Berlin Mitte reinfährt und an diversen U- und S- Bahnknotenpunkten vorbeikommt. Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung wäre das Wohnzimmer nicht erreichbar, aber der Rest ist ebenerdig (und tatsächlich braucht man das Wohnzimmer auch eher nicht, wenn man wegen Berlin hier ist).
• Jan (9/5): - V apartmánu je vše co člověk potřebuje na krátký a asi i na delší pobyt. Pohodlná postel, v patře je pár dětských her a knížek. Celkově je to krásně útulné. Jenom je to trošku z centra, ale za půl hodiny je člověk v centru.
• Małgorzata (5/5): Myślę, że to dobry wybór jak ktoś szuka spokojnego miejsca i na pewno wiosną i latem jest uroczo. - Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja. Miły i domowo urządzony domek. Byłam w porze zimowej ale myślę, że wiosna i latem jest tam uroczo. Niestety pierwsza noc była koszmarna, domek był niedogrzany , natomiast w nocy grzejniki nie grzały w ogóle, w domku było koło 14 stopni. Po interwencji u właściciela grzejniki zaczęły działać. Jednak jedną noc nie mogłam z przyjaciółką spać było tak bardzo zimno w związku z czym cały następny dzień był słaby z powodu niewyspania :(

• Lichthorn (10/5): - Besonders toll war die Lage und die herrliche Ruhe, hinter einem idyllischen Gärtchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

• Shao Chang (10/5): 位於郊區，環境舒適，地點安靜。 - 位於柏林郊外的住宅區，停車方便。住宿方提前告知如何取得鑰匙，無接觸入住。是一棟傳統的民宅，一樓有臥室、廚房、衛浴，二樓為舒適的客廳。主人相當友善，有一大片漂亮的花園。地點安靜。 距離柏林市區較遠，要搭電車轉火車。電車站沒有售票機，電車內的售票機只吃零錢，建議使用網站購買電子車票。
• Beata (8/5): Spokojny Berlin - Spokojne miejsce. Na ulicy można było bezpłatnie zaparkować smochòd. Nieźle wyposarzona kuchnia. Do centrum miasta można dojechać tramwajem. Brak pralki. Nie jest to krytyczne, ale akurat podròżowaliśmy w czasie upałów i przydałaby się. Bardzo strome schody na piętro. Dla osób starszych mogą stwarzać problemy.

• Lorraine (9/5): Superb - The property is amazing and well cared for by the owners. The property has everything you need to have a very comfortable trip. The location is in a lovely area surrounded by beautiful houses. An added bonus is the grounds of this property and an area that you can enjoy to BBQ. It is quiet peaceful and well equipped. It exceeded my expectations and rnhanced my trip to Berlin. Thank you There are some stairs leading to a lounge upstairs. They are spiral in nature and the only recommendation I would say is that a handrail put in place would be beneficial as it's a wonderful feature of this home. And possibly a small gate at the top of the stairs, purely for safety of someone new to the property. It truly is a wonderful and charming property and the owners have clearly put a lot of effort snd care in to ensuring guests have an incredible stay

• רונה (9/5): chill vibes and quietness - very beautiful garden, quiet zone and it felt safe to walk around at night. The homeowners were there for questions and help. apartment had all the facilities needed, heart for making food or coffee in the mornings. it did take quite a lot of time to reach the touristic attractions in berlin, each ride was around 40 min minimum, which really needed planning. besides that the place was very quiet and lovely.

• Andrii (8/5): I recommend choosing this apartment for families with up to 1-2 children. - A beautiful tiny house in the suburbs of Berlin. The hostess was very friendly and flexible to discuss our increased accommodation needs. Our plans changed and we took our children with us without making a reservation for them in advance. The hostess offered an additional mattress for arranging a child's bed. The apartment is next to the house of the hostess and is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of trees, flowers and birds. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including coffee, tea, sugar, all kitchen and sanitary equipment. Everything is very clean and cozy, like staying at your grandmother's house. We even had a bouquet of fresh wild flowers in the kitchen. An outdoor table and chairs were also available. The car could be parked right on the street next to the property.

• Nikhil (9/5): Perfect apartment for 1-4 people, especially if you travel by car! - We liked it very much that we could sleep perfectly well, there was always parking available just outside the property, the drive to the public transport was 2-5mins (depending on tram-SBahn). the host was very gentle and the property well-managed. Lots of green in the backyard, super calm and quiet stay, and you can sit out and eat and spend time. internet works perfectly well. Nothing to criticise really :) Maybe we expected there to be coffee and tea but it the jars were empty and we bought our own and that wasn’t a problem for us. But of course, Sybil the host, asked us if we needed anything and we could just tell her :)
