• Saskia (1/5): Schrecklich - Die Lage. Es gab schon Probleme die Haustür des Wohnhauses zu öffnen. Das Appartement, hauptsächlich Bad und Küche, waren dreckig, abgewohnt und beschädigt. Es lag benutztes Besteck im Abwaschbecken, Krümmel und Staub auf der Arbeitsfläche, Schimmel im Badezimmer, dreckige Wände und stark verkalkte Wasserhähne + Besteck. Auf Nachrichten wurde nie reagiert, Zimmer trotz bezahltem Aufenthalt einfach weitervermietet ohne auf Beschwerden einzugehen. Dabei wurde natürlich das Geld für die gesamte Woche behalten. Das Geld kann man sich sparen. Nie wieder !

• Ursula elsa (1/5): - Das einzige Gute war die Lage der Unterkunft Das Appartement muss durch 3 verschiedene Codes an 3 Türen zugänglich gemacht werden . Der Haupteingang durch eine gewählte Nummer und Code,was selten funktioniert Der Raum und die Möbel sind abgewohnt Das Sofa war bestimmt vom sperrmüll und die Ersatzdecke war voll urinflecken, Zum Glück hatten wir unsere Bettwäsche, Wasserkocher und Kaffee machine u.a mit Der Wasserkocher und klobürste war dreckig und ecklig Leider mussten wir auf der Arnsbacher Straße parken, 9 bis 22 uhr kosten 39 Euro. Und die Politessen sind stündlich am Start,nicht vergessen abgelaufenen parkschein entsorgen, wenn du mit app buchst.

• Ulrich (2/5): Nie wieder Kudamm Apartments !!! - Die Lage Bei Ankunft im Apartment piepte der Rauchmelder in ca. 4 m Höhe an der Decke. Unsere Vermutung, die Batterie ist leer. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen erreichten wir die Unterkunft, die uns mitteilte, dass innerhalb der nächsten Stunde ein Monteur käme, was nicht geschah. Danach wurden unsere Anrufe nicht mehr entgegen genommen. Wir wandten uns direkt an Booking.com, weil wir weitere Sachen zu beanstanden hatten. Am nächsten Tag nachmittags kam ein Monteur mit einer langen Leiter, entfernte den Rauchmelder, hatte allerdings keine passende Batterie dabei! Toilettenpapier hatte er dabei, was wir uns inzwischen selbst gekauft hatten. Wir zeigten ihm die anderen Mängel, die uns inzwischen aufgefallen waren. Am nächsten Tag stand ein neuer Toaster im Apartment. Die Batterie des Rauchmelders wurde nicht erneuert. Festgestellte Mängel: Kein Haartrockner vorhanden Halterung für den Duschkopf defekt Keine Handtuchhalter Kein Toilettenpapier Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert Toaster: Stromkabel abgeschnitten Wasserkocher: Kabel angeschmort, innen Schimmel Küchenutensilien: ungenügend, z.B. nur ein Kochtopf mit viel zu kleinem Deckel Kaffee-Automat stark verschmutzt TV: in polnischer Sprache Nie zaprogramowano = nicht programmiert Sehr bedauerlich fanden wir, dass von Seiten der Unterkunft weder unsere Anrufe angenommen wurden noch auf unsere Emails reagiert wurde. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht !

• Michael (5/5): - Die Lage ist top und Apartment 9 ist ruhig. Der Allgemeinzustand von Appartement 9 ist schlecht. Es gab nichts, dass nicht entweder dreckig, beschädigt und / oder kaputt war. Alles vom WC Sitz bis zur Mikrowelle ist billigste Qualität und hält entsprechend nicht lange oder ist schon zu alt; z.B. die Küchenzeile. Das Bett fand ich unbequem, die Decken zu klein. Ich habe an Ostern 125€ pro Nacht bezahlt, das war es nicht wert.

• Jan Belde (5/5): Günstiges Apartment in guter Lage. - Gute Lage und gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Die Möbel sehen schon ganz schön verbraucht. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht optimal. Sehr genervt hat mit die nicht funktionierende Türöffnung aber nach mehreren Versuchen bin ich immer reingekommen.

No demasiado limpio pero bien ubicado. - La ubicación Promocionado para tres personas pero estaba equipado para dos: dos sillas, dos tazas… La habitación del altillo, no permite estar de pie. Las camas parecían tener sábanas del huésped anterior. No había almohadas sino almohadones. Uno de ellos mal oliente. La ducha muy incómoda. No había donde colgar toallas No me gustó el lugar salvo su ubicación.
• Kerstin (6/5): Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub - Ein sehr schönes Appartement. Top Lage. Leider ist das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Die Duschkabinentür hat sich mit samt der Fliese aus der Wand gelöst. Der Wasserhahn locker und voller Kalkflecken. Die Küche ist auch schon etwas abgerockt.

Ausstattung verwohnt , Fenster undicht , Sanitärbereich - Dusche Abluftlüfter unsauber , Küche für normal große Menschen aufgrund der Deckenschräge nicht nurzbar, Brandlöcher im Zweisitzer, Treppe zu Bett schmal und wackelig, Apartmenttür lässt sich von innen nicht verschließen Preis Leistung- inakzeptabel

• Kosmas (6/5): - The location was good. It smelled like very bad when we entered the apartment, it had a dirty earplug in the bathroom and everything is very cheap and of poor quality inside of the room.
• Janine (6/5): - Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war gut und unkompliziert, Zugang mit Codes. Schöner Altbau, stilvoll eingerichtet, gute Lage. Alles da, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. In die Jahre gekommen und schon sehr verwohnt (siehe Fotos): Utensilien wie Pfanne und Topf waren dreckig, abgeplatzte Farbe und Dreck bei den Küchenfronten, Staub auf dem Toaster und im Lüfter im Bad, Waschbecken angebrochen, Wandputz abgerieben, Couch und Bett durchgesessen und durchgelegen, zwischen Hochbett und Wand 15 cm Spalt. Es war ziemlich hellhörig, aber für eine Nacht okay.

• Cemil (3/5): Beim nächsten Mal werde ich sorgfältiger auswählen. - Die Lage ist gut, und es gab keine Probleme mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Leider hat sich mein Aufenthalt als eine falsche Entscheidung für mich herausgestellt. Beim Duschen lief fast das gesamte Wasser nach außen, was jedes Mal sehr unangenehm war. Der Lüftungsfilter im Bad/WC war stark verschmutzt und funktionierte offenbar nicht richtig, sodass die Luft nicht zirkulieren konnte und unangenehme Gerüche im Raum blieben. In der Küche war es kaum möglich, sich länger aufzuhalten. Zusätzlich zogen die Fenster sehr stark, da sie sehr alt sind – besonders das Küchenfenster. Bei kalten Temperaturen war das äußerst unangenehm. Auch die Zimmertür war sehr alt und hatte deutliche Spalten, sodass jedes Geräusch gut zu hören war. Insgesamt entsprach das Zimmer leider nicht meinen Erwartungen und den grundlegenden Wohnbedingungen. Fairnesshalber möchte ich betonen, dass sich diese Bewertung ausschließlich auf das von mir bewohnte Zimmer Nr. 5 bezieht. Zu den anderen Zimmern kann ich keine Aussage machen – möglicherweise sind diese in einem besseren Zustand. Leider hatte ich in meinem Fall nicht dieses Glück.

• Magali (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement de ce logement est vraiment bien. La rue commerçante à proximité et les accès aux transports sont un atout indéniable. L’appartement est bien. L’accès sans clef pour nous n’a pas été un soucis (il s’agit en effet d’avoir un téléphone disponible mais cela pose aucun problème) et les codes pour les 2 entrées sont une bonne alternative à la mise à disposition de clefs. Le propriétaire était disponible lorsque nous avons eu une question et les explications avant l’arrivée étaient parfaites. Il est vrai que l’insonorisation du logement laisse à désirer (avec des boules quies pour notre part le problème a été résolu) Il manque à mon sens un rideau à la cuisine (appartement 5) voire un rideau entre la cuisine et le salon pour que le froid n’entre pas. Un petit chauffage d’appoint dans la sdb serait un plus. Mais pour nous cela n’a pas gâché du tout notre séjour de 4 nuits pour visiter la ville en plein hiver.

• Paola (9/5): - La ubicación y poder ingresar en cualquier horario del check ing Que cada vez que ingresabas debias llamar a un numero para q te abran la puerta y si no contabas con credito no podias realizarlo. No hubo contacto con ningun personal. Fue todo virtual.
• Julia (9/5): Funcional - Ubicación y facilidad de acceso Solo había 3 sillas para un alojamiento de hasta 4 perdonas. No agua caliente en fregadero. Cortina de ducha en vez de mampara. Y además no había alfombra de baño.
• Giorgia (5/5): Una rinfrescata non fa male - La posizione è ottima. Troppo complicata la procedura d'accesso alla struttura. Comoda per il fatto che è self service ma tre codici da inserire ogni volta mi sembra esagerato. L'appartamento ha la cucina un pò scassata, e in bagno si gela!!

• IOSEB (10/5): - тихо. уютно. тепло. 5 минут до станции метро. рядом ресторан, аптека, супермаркеты. до заезда и после выезда вы можете свои багаж в специальтом месте и это услуга входит в платёж. единственное неудобство это то, что только две розетки и они ова расположены на неудобном месте где находится мини кухня. если хоть одна розетка было с рядом телевизора или возле дивана зарияд гаджеты былобы более удобно.
• Irina (8/5): Angenehm, privat, ausreichend - Sehr einfache Abwicklung, Lage, Räumlichkeiten Matratze und vor allem Kissen bei einem der beiden Bette war miserabel. Ein grosser Spiegel wäre gut (Auch im großen Foyer wäre ausreichend, muss nicht in jedem Appartement sein)
• Rombach (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut aber das rein kommen in die Unterkunft mühsam & Gastgeber ist nicht erreichbar. Das Appartment war cool von der grösse aber in meinem Zimmer kam die ganze Nacht licht vom Gang rein was meinen Schlaf störte & bei meinem Kollegen war nicht mal das Bett angezogen. Betreuung

Für Menschen ohne Komfortansprüchen optimal Die Dachschräge für Menschen mit 1,85m Größe etwas unbequemer Aufenthalt in der Küche
