• nicola (10/5): Fantastic stay, incredible value for money and we will be back. - The property was spacious, clean and we arrived to have all amenities advertised as well as tea coffee and a ‘sweet’ gesture on our pillow. From the moment we booked, comms were excellent. We booked way ahead of time and our group requirements changed, vendors were so helpful in updating our stay. Ease of access, day before we got a detailed note on how to access keys including pictures of where to go that made it so easy to locate as well as the apartment. We were literally minutes away from checkpoint Charlie with an amazing restaurant nearby and shops all within 3/4 min walk. We loved our stay and Berlin, spent the whole time on walking tours and will be back. There was nothing not to like.

• Silvia (3/5): Casa bella personale e servizi pessimi. - Posizione e casa molto bella Va bene fare uno sbaglio o dimenticarsi qualcosa ma nel momento in cui viene fatto notare un problema va risolta la situazione. Questo non è accaduto e anzi siamo stati presi in giro per 4 giorni chiedendoci di fare catene di comunicazione... per prendere tempo e per fare in modo che lasciassimo perdere e ci arrendessimo, poi hanno smesso di rispondere. Tutto questo per freezer rotto che perdeva acqua e tenda rotta che sparava il sole in faccia alle 5 del mattino.

Por un lado, la ducha no tiene la mampara completa, por lo que había que tener cuidado para no mojar el resto del baño. Con respecto a la propia ducha, era imposible mantener la temperatura del agua deseada, o salía muy caliente o fría. Tenías que estar continuamente manipulando el grifo para poder ducharte. Por otro lado, el WIFI, aunque te autentificabas y te conectabas a su red, no se podía navegar. Había un segundo registro del dispositivo, del cual no disponíamos los datos necesarios.

Had to prop chairs against doors as we were mostly females. The showers did not drain and was collecting water during shower. We had to clear one ourselves - hair and gunk. Did alert management who promised rapid response but nothing was fixed by the time we left.

WiFi didn’t work at all, so we couldn’t use the smart TV and had to rely on roaming data. Kitchen is tiny and missing basics like a frying pan. Bathroom needs updating — toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and the shower pressure was extremely weak. Noisy neighbours upstairs made it difficult to sleep at night. Check‑out at 10 AM is very inconvenient, especially in bad weather. We were asked to leave at 10 AM despite heavy rain, and even a simple request to leave luggage for one extra hour was refused. The check‑out process was confusing — we were told to drop the key in a checkbox, but no access code was ever provided. Overall, poor value for the price. I’ve stayed in many places in Germany, and this was one of the worst. There are definitely better options in Berlin.

• Erico (2/5): Esperienza molto negativa - Esperienza molto negativa. Nei primi 5 giorni di soggiorno siamo rimasti senza internet. Abbiamo inviato decine di email e scritto anche tramite WhatsApp, ma il tecnico è arrivato soltanto al quinto giorno. Come se non bastasse, il 4 e 5 marzo siamo rimasti senza acqua per due giorni, senza alcun preavviso. Anche in questo caso abbiamo inviato molte email e telefonato più volte, ma senza ricevere risposte concrete. Dopo due giorni il problema è stato risolto solo parzialmente: l’acqua è tornata, ma la doccia è stata chiusa. Dal momento che avevamo ancora due settimane di permanenza, abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare appartamento. Ci è stato proposto un rimborso di circa 824,50 euro per le due settimane residue. Per il problema di internet, Booking.com ci ha riconosciuto anche un voucher di circa 400 euro. Il problema è che trovare in soli due giorni un appartamento simile a Berlino era molto difficile, e i prezzi partivano da circa 1.600 euro. Questo significava che, nonostante il rimborso di 824,50 euro e il voucher di circa 400 euro, avremmo comunque dovuto pagare di tasca nostra circa 400 euro di differenza. A questo si aggiungono oltre 50 euro spesi per acquistare acqua da usare per bere, cucinare, lavarci e perfino per scaricare il WC. Ho contattato più volte anche l’assistenza clienti di Booking.com e soltanto Corina G. mi ha aiutato concretamente. Il 5 marzo avevo anche chiesto supporto per trovare un altro alloggio, ma alla data del 21 aprile non avevo ancora ricevuto risposta. In conclusione, il servizio clienti che gestisce l'appartamento è stato pessimo: lento, impersonale e del tutto inefficace nella gestione di problemi così gravi.

• Anthony (9/5): Clean, very spacious and well equipped appartment - This is not a luxury appartment, but it is very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. There is a very well stocked kitchen and living area with large dining table and lounge. The beds are very comfortable and there is very good bedding. There are two large bathrooms with shower. The "arbio" team are very friendly, helpful and responsive; answering queries usually within the hour.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, und geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Küche hat alles gehabt was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe, Mikrowelle, Herd, Töpfe, etc ). Die U-Bahn Station und Bushaltestelle 2-3 min zu Fuß. Innenstadt (Checkpoint Charlie in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würde definitiv wieder kommen!!

• Helena (1/5): Do not recommend ever dealing with Arbio as a host. - Suitable and as described. Appalling experience on arrival - no keys available & spent 2 hours making repeated phone calls to a very shocking and poorly administered “helpline”. Arbio must have been aware of the issues with entry long before we arrived at the property just after 6pm but left us waiting out in the cold for return calls and information that wasn’t forthcoming. Eventually we were offered a much smaller/less equipped alternative room for one night on the other side of Berlin with assurances that additional costs for transport would be refunded. Despite repeated messages and submission of invoices no refund has been received one month later.

Poi abbiamo subito notato che non c'era internet e lo abbiamo comunicato prontamente. Questa agenzia ti fa credere che è lì per assisterti, ma poi nel concreto non fa assolutamente nulla. Durante tutto il soggiorno il problema di internet non è stato risolto per cui ci era stato accordato un rimborso che non ho mai ricevuto. Dopo svariate sollecitazioni, rispondevano sempre che il rimborso era stato fatto, mentre non mi è stata inviata nemmeno una ricevuta su mia richiesta. Per i soldi spesi, se questa è l'assistenza consiglio di prenotare altrove.

The apartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is very well equiped. Heating is perfect. During whole stay WIFI and TV were not working. I reached out several times and although I was informed that someone would contact me, unfortunately no one followed up during 5 days and the issue remained unresolved until the end of my stay!

Es wurde nicht geputzt vor unseren Einzug in die Wohnung und die Betreiber zu erreichen gestaltet sich schwierig. • Irene (8/5): - Staff molto presente e attento ad ogni esigenza. Appartamento pulito, centrale ed essenziale. Cucina forse un po piccola ma noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Siamo stati molto bene e da lì con i mezzi abbiamo girato tutta la città. Vicino al museo giudaico e check point Charlie. Quartiere tranquillo

• Abdulnaby (10/5): - It was a little hard to get there but later I found it very easy . Just steps to Hallisches Tot Ubahn and very clean and vast. Simple furniture but very practical . Best place to rest and sleep very deep in a comfortable bed and quiet place.

• Natálie (10/5): Ubytování odpovídalo popisu, moc se nám líbilo a určitě můžeme doporučit. Doufáme, že sem znovu zavítáme. - Ubytování bylo v příjemné lokalitě, všechno praktické bylo v blízké vzdálenosti. Apartmán byl čistý, výborně vybavený a přesně odpovídal fotkám a popisu. Komunikace byla plynulá a hostitel byl přívětivý a pohotový. Všechno bylo v pořádku, nenašli jsme žádné chyby či nedostatky.

• Rogerio (7/5): Nunca mais. Todas as informações que estou colocando devem ficar restritas a vocês e o anfitrião - Espaço amplo e tinha toda infraestrutura A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O prédio muito sujo. Lixo por todo ambiente do prédio. Desleixo, falta de cuidado.
• Sara (8/5): - l'host dovrebbe essere un po' più elastico con gli orari di check in. potrebbe sbloccare il codice per le chiavi appena le pulizie sono state fatte e non rigorosamente e unicamente alle 15
• Manuel (9/5): - Die Lage ist Klasse. Direkt an der U Bahn. Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert, solange man sich an die rechtzeitig bereitgestellten Anweisungen hält. Großzüge Wohnung und ideale Aufteilung. Gerne wieder.
• GEORGIOS (5/5): Τεράστια απογοήτευση - Η τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα του. Αρχικά, ήταν στο 2ο όροφο και το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε. Το τζάμι του παραθύρου ήταν σπασμένο και κολλημένο με ταινία, η πόρτα που χώριζε το δωμάτιο ήταν σπασμένη και κρεμόταν από ένα καρφάκι. Το χαλί ήταν λερωμενο όπως και οι μαξιλαροθηκες. Το κρεβάτι ήταν απαράδεκτο καθώς έτριζε και δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς καθώς άλλαζες πλευρό και ξυπνούσες απο το θόρυβο .

• Başak (8/5): Herşey eksiksizdi,sadece check in saatimin değişmesini istedim ama isteğim olmadı uçağım erken geldiği için soğukta bekl - Merkezi konumda,ev konforu yaşanılabilir.Çok temiz teslim aldım,iyi ısınıyordu,sıcak su kesintisizdi. Daire sessiz bir konumdaydı oldukça rahattı. Apartmanın içi çok ağır kokuyor ve temizliğe ihtiyacı var.
