• Emanuele (6/5): - La posizione La mancanza di assistenza dell’host. Abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi in appartamento e per far aprire la porta abbiamo dovuto sborsare 50 euro extra senza alcuna ricevuta.

Удобные кровати, чистое постельное белье, на кухне есть необходимое для приготовления пищи, кофеварка, стиральная машина. Чистая душевая кабина, также есть маленький балкон. Парковки рядом платные с 9.00 до 20.00 час (3 евро час). Не было морозильной камеры в холодильнике.

Placing the toilet brush under the toilet paper is not Hygiene. There could have been some additional complimentary stuff such as body shampoos or similar.

• Lissa (9/5): Sauberes Apartment in ruhiger und sicherer Lage - Sehr gute Lage in ruhiger Straße (hauptsächlich Bürogebäude) direkt an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Spittelmarkt. Von dort aus kommt man mit der U2 überall hin. Großer ReWe knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt oder zwei Haltestellen bis Stadtmitte. Zimmer 125 war top sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche fand ich besonders gut ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind gut verglast und halten alle Geräusche von draußen ab. Ich war im April hier und kann daher zu Heizung/Klimatisierung nichts sagen. Ansprechbarkeit des Vermieters absolut top, unaufdringlich, sehr zügige Antworten und Hilfe. Abreise praktisch mit kontaktloser Übergabe (Schlüssel auf dem Tisch liegen lassen). Für den Preis eine tolle Unterkunft.
• Michaela (9/5): Schönes Apartment in guter Lage - Sauberes, helles Apartment in guter Lage. Zur Ubahn sind es wirklich nur wenige Schritte und das Apartment hat eigentlich alles, was man so braucht. Besonders gefiel mir, dass es durch die großen Fenster so hell und freundlich wirkt und dass man auch genug Platz hat, seine Sachen (wie Kleidung) zu verstauen. Auch gab es einen richtig guten Föhn und eine Espressomaschine, perfekt! Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer einfach nur TOP. Sollte ich wieder nach Berlin kommen, würde ich höchstwahrscheinlich wieder hier wohnen. Das Bett quietscht etwas und die Bettdecke ist für größere Menschen einfach zu klein/kurz. Duschvorhang gehört erneuert und leider riecht das WC etwas unangenehm.
• Mioara Popescu (7/5): Property ok, hospitality experience not ok for us. - Central location, close to metro station, quiet neighborhood, simple but clean property, owner ready to check us in earlier than regular hours, even on a very short notice (the morning of the arrival). The day before check-out we were asked to "thoroughly clean the kitchen equipment and stow it in the cupboards provided" and dispose the garbage in the courtyard when leaving (not mentioned before in property policies). We would have done it anyway, but being demanded didn't make us feel comfortable as guests. The evening we left, we received an odd message: "It seems you liked the hairdryer. How would you like to proceed with the payment for it? Please note that without a response from you, we will have to automatically file a theft report with the police." THE POLICE! This led to a big discomfort for me and my wife, making us argue about where I left the hairdryer. As I was driving a car, could not respond immediately. After ~20 minutes we received a correction message: "Pls ignore our last msg, another guest was meant, not you, sorry!" The rating of the property itself would have been an 8 or 9, but I gave it a 7 and it could have easily been a 6.

• Sebastián (8/5): Ok - It was okay. Pretty small but comfortable for one person. It didn’t have the terrace shown in the picture. Location was good. The bathroom had a noisy ventilation fan that was annoying. Size and noisy ventilation fan.
• Sujata (10/5): Clean and perfect location - The apartment is centrally located and museum island is at a walking distance. The metro station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and there is plenty of food/cafe/bars near by area. Owner met us at the apartment and gave us all the instructions , extra keys etc. The apartment is well equipped with all the essential cooking pots and pans. Perfect if you are on a budget.

• Julian Camilo (10/5): Realmente perfecto - El apartamento es perfecto para cualquier tipo de estancia, es lo suficientemente grande para no agobiarte y está totalmente equipado para cualquier cosa. La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos de alexander platz y a 1 minuto de una boca de metro que te deja en cualquier sitio de la ciudad. Sin duda destacaría la amabilidad de Jürgen, el propietario, que nos explicó todo a la perfección y se preocupó de nosotros en todo momento, tanto antes de llegar como antes de irnos. La zona del apartamento es excelente, muy tranquila y super segura, como todo Berlin. Si vuelvo, no dudaré en reservar otra vez el apartamento Fue todo perfecto

• Ana (9/5): Magnífica ubicación - Nos alojamos en el apartamento para 3 personas, es amplio y muy tranquilo (da a un patio/calle interior). La ubicación es excepcional, estar muy cerca de la isla de los museos y de la Alexanderplatz (andando 15 minutos) y la parada de metro U Spittelmark esta a un minuto del alojamiento.

• Dağlar (10/5): - We had a really lovely stay here. The location was perfect — we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in Berlin. The weather was freezing during our trip, but the apartment was cosy and toasty the whole time. Everything was very clean, and the place had everything we needed, including kitchenware. The shower was great as well, with plenty of hot water. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

• Julia (10/5): Would stay there again! - The host greeted us and gave us the keys and all the important info, he even let us check in a little early, which was lovely! The apartment is in a very nice area (i think the building is quite new), there are big supermarkets about 10-15 mins from the apartment (including rossmann), an u-bahn station about a 3 min walk and overall, all the most important sights are a walkable distance from the apartment, we only came to berlin for the weekend but were able to see everything we wanted and only took the underground twice. The apartment itself was just like the photos - small but had everything we needed, there even was a wardrobe outside the apartment with an extra hair dryer, an iron, extra towels etc. which we appreciated. Would definitely stay there again! There was no chopping board (or was hidden very well)! But other than that, no complaints!

Next to the metro station in an area that felt safe, with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The host was very helpful. • Vuk (10/5): - The property is literally 30 seconds from the Spittelmarkt U-Bahn, the apartment is very clean and the check-in was really smooth. The host was also very pleasant. Also there’s a supermarket 2 minutes away
• Ruihong (10/5): Good overall - The procedure of key collection is pretty smooth. You can see that the host has done it many times before. The host was also responsive. I was able to put my luggage down at the location before check-in time so I could stroll the city luggage free. The entrance was a little confusing, I was not very clear on which door the entrance is.

• paul (7/5): Despite my reservations, this is good value for the money in an expensive city. - Excellent location. Quiet room, clean when I arrived. Decent sized room with good shelving. Good breakfast place right across the street and two restaurants down the block. Neighborhood is mixed residential and commercial, not for tourists. Perhaps I would have welcomed more street activity. Poor communication with owner. He promised to meet me with the keys, but he wasn't there when I arrived. He claims he didn't receive my numerous e mails sent earlier in the day when I gave him my arrival time. I ended up having to stand outside the building in the dark for almost half an hour until he arrived, and when he did arrive he wasn't exactly pleasant. I had no further contact with him after that. I left the keys on a table in the room and sent him an e mail telling him I was leaving and where I left the keys. The bathroom was very small. I was somewhat disconcerted by the lack of room service for a nine day stay. By the time I left the room was pretty messy.

• Miguel (9/5): Buena estancia. - Apartamento sencillo, agradable y tranquilo. Buena ducha y buena calefacción. Ubicación cercana al centro y a los medios públicos de transporte. Las almohadas son, para mí, incómodas.
• Marga (7/5): - Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación, muy bien comunicado y cerca del centro. Las camas eran bastante cómodas. Pudimos hacer el cheking antes de la hora lo cual fue de agradecer. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en el Estudio. Estaba todo bastante trotado. El baño una decepción y un peligro, la ducha era alta, es decir estaba como encima de un escalon y resbalaba muchísimo, no te podías mover por miedo a caer, para salir no tenías apoyo alguno. Encima del lavado había un armario que si no tenias cuidado cuando te lavabas la cara te dabas un buen golpe en la cabeza. El WiFi bastante malo, apenas teníamos cobertura. Entraba luz por todos los sitios, desde que amanecia, los balcones se comunicaban con el Estudio de al lado, nuestros vecinos fumaban y el humo entraba en nuestro estudio. En fin una decepción por lo que costo
• Mieke (9/5): Heerlijk! - Dicht bij het centrum. Mooie locatie, goed ingericht. Schoon en hygiënisch en van alles voorzien!Vriendelijke staf en goede uitleg en elke dag even navragen of we nog iets nodig hebben. Echt top! Enige minuscule minpuntje is dat het binnenhof erg galmt en je op kantoren uitkijkt.

• Marion (8/5): Appartement confortable et proche des transports - Appartement proche du centre et des transports en commun. Confortable, correspond aux photos (pas de terrasse pour nous). Un ventilateur nous a été fourni qd il faisait très chaud. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable et nous a donné des info sur les commerces et restaurants alentours.

Seul bémol mentionné dans certains autres commentaires, il fait très chaud dans l appartement.. Heureusement un ventilateur a été installé ce qui permet de rafraîchir ...mais, comme dans toutes les grandes villes, les logements sont proches les uns des autres et les fumeurs fument sur leur terrasse ..donc vous en profitez aussi quand vous essayez d aérer votre appartement.

• Hanne (9/5): Superb - Location, Location, Location! Staff was very helpful and the apartment was very well equipped and clean. Even in the first days of June it was too hot in the apartment for us to sleep well. We could not leave the windows open as our room was on the street side. I would definitely come here again, but only during cooler time of the year. The building is fairly new, so it was surprising to us that the basic air ventilation was not adequate in the bathroom.

Jürgen met us to hand us our keys and was very nice, recommended some nearby places to eat and there were lots of brochures regarding attractions in Berlin to see & do. We also loved having a washing machine available and a small refrigerator ( bar fridge) + cooktop ( though we didn't use the latter as we are out at Christmas markets). Would happily stay here again if ever in Berlin. The beds were also very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay (3 nights). Nothing.

• Gisele (9/5): A pleasant stay, being able to cook and prepare food a bonus, as was the quietness and feeling safe. - Cosy as more of a bedsit than Apartment, but for 1 person it was fine. There was a bed, table, kitchenette with fridge, induction hob, toaster, kettle, cupboard well stocked with cups, dishes of all kinds and pots. Plus a large selection of cutlery for both eating or cooking with. It could be chilly in the evening when returning, but the heavy curtains helped and I think the thermostat did too, a little. But was fine once indoors for a while, especially if cooking.

Quiet block just 15-20 minutes away from the main sights for tourists (if you are walking) and 10-15 by metro (BTW, it's literally 2 min away from the apartment). A great speciality coffee place nearby, lots of decent cafe's. The apartment itself really felt like home - there was EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable stay. Jürgen, the owner, was really helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this apartment for staying. And will gladly come back if in Berlin again.

• Paulene (9/5): Excellent property and location for a week's stay in Berlin - Very good location - we walked everywhere. The metro was just around the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was small but clean and practical. Very well stocked with items for cooking and cleaning. Good communication with owner prior to arrival and after. Check in was easy. Good to have a lift. It was all good.
• Hilary (9/5): Comfortable apartment, fantastic location - Fantastic location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, access to washing machine if needed. A freezer would have been useful - I carry ice packs with me as I take medication that needs to be kept cool when travelling. Apart from that, absolutely no complaints!
• Erika (8/5): Very good - Very good location, clean linen, coffee and other essentials were already in the kitchen. Appreciate the change of towels when needed, leave and exchange for clean ones. If you forget the keys in the room and close the door, you can't get in anymore.

• Glenn (9/5): Great facilities and service, maybe a little cramped, but I have nothing to compare with. - Very professional, helpful friendly service from the owner, Juergen. Great location for walking around city, and three minutes from an U Bahn stop. Apartment had everything we needed for a week inc kettle, microwave, washing machine etc. Drying was on a clothes horse, but with underfloor heating, the clothes dried easily overnight. Netto supermarket was 5 minutes walk and had anything you might need for a stay, without being overpriced. The shower was the only downside. The temperature changed unexpectedly, and even when you think you have the correct level, the next day, it was a different experience. Could go from scalding hot to cold without moving the control. It was also quite dangerous to get out of the cubicle. It was about a one foot drop to the floor with no mats or handles to hold on to. Really, the only downside.

• Nicola (10/5): New Green Apartments marathon weekend stay - Jürgen was really friendly and helpful. Very clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location, station a short walk away but everything I needed was within half an hour walk. There was nothing I disliked about my stay at New Green Apartments.
