• Treacy (9/5): - great location! easy walk to everywhere. comfortable beds, sufficient heat or cooling as needed. Absolutely loved the balcony outside the living room and bedroom. Great restaurant right across the street! had a difficult time figuring out the washer/dryer setting,even with somewhat lacking English instructions,lol, unfortunately 3 nights in a row the garbage collectors came at 1 am and collected the garbage from the dumpsters outside....very loud! but thereafter it didn't happen again at that time.

• Gerry (10/5): - We had a great stay! the apartment was lovely, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic: very helpful and quick to respond. The location is very central with easy access to Athens. Would definitely recommend!
• Liv (8/5): Zentral gelegenes, sehr schönes Appartment - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, vieles fußläufig erreichbar, rundherum nette Cafes, Bars und Restaurants. Sehr nahe der Einkaufsstraße Ermou, wie der Name auch sagt, dem Syntagma Platz, wo täglich die Wachablöse stattfindet. Schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Toiletten, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer netten Küche. Die Konversation mit der Unterkunft lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Zentral, aber leider nachts bis 1:30 sehr laut ( Straßenlärm, Müllabfuhr ) Ich denke beides, zentral und ruhig geht schwer.

• Dmitriy (3/5): Inappropriate behavior and accusations of LYING without evidence - The location is convenient and fairly central. After check-out the host accused us of LYING and implied that we had taken items from a wardrobe, even though we were never given any key for it and no evidence was provided. The tone of communication was inappropriate and very unpleasant. When we arrived we found black curly hairs on the bed linen (they appeared to be pubic hair) and had to sleep on those sheets the first night until the cleaner came the next day. The host later acknowledged that this was a mistake. We also found dirty and wet dishes in the kitchen and had to wash them ourselves before using them. Additionally, the beds were extremely noisy and creaked loudly with every movement. The apartment was also very noisy overall, with constant street noise, making it feel like you were almost sleeping directly outside. Overall this was a very uncomfortable experience and not what we expected from a Booking property.

• Flanagan (9/5): Relaxing stress free but jam packed, great to have space in the apartment as opposed to a hotel room - The location was great. The apartment was bigger then expected. Natural light wasn't as much as I'm used too (coming from a house not a flat) however lighting in the rooms was amazing and privacy of the trees and shutters was great and made the balconies so private. Area felt safe even at night time. Stairway also cleaned and smelt fresh. Apartment had everything we needed for our vacation. Information from the host was clear and welcoming. The Internet is slower then at home but not to the point that you couldn't use it or google information.

• WILLIAM (10/5): Great stay experience for an 83 year old couple from Texas - Excellent location, staff support and easy access. Excellent a/c-3 individual units. Good washing machine. Large space and well laid out. Comfortable beds/linens and “plenty of hot water” and great shower. Full bath + half bath. Bottle of wine + water a plus. Located down stairs was a great little coffee and breakfast shop with a very friendly and helpful owner. Late night noise as mentioned in previous reviews but easily controllable by $15 earplugs from Amazon
• H. Schmidt (9/5): Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Athen-Besichtigung - Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Athen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kaum 15 Minuten bis zum Eingang der Akropolis. Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt bringt natürlich auch etwas Straßenlärm mit sich. Aber mitten in der Innenstadt kann es kaum himmlische Ruhe geben.

The apartment itself is very big and well equipped. The host were very responsive in the booking's chat. The self check-in was easy Overall great experience! One of the lights in the apartment didn't work, but it was no big deal because it was for a small minor room. The host answered our questions very quickly and even suggested to send someone to fix it in the next morning! Everything else was great and we had no complaints!

The apartment itself is quite big and there was plenty of room for me and my friends to spread out. We loved how easy it was to walk to the main sites like Plaka and Syntagma and it's close to some great shops and restaurants. We also loved the decor and furniture. Nothing!

We were close to many restaurants, shopping, Bazaar supermarkets (groceries, wine, beer), and, of course, all the best attractions in the Syntagma, Plaka and Monastiraki neighborhoods. It was easy walking to everything, and the Syntagma station to and from the airport was just about 3 blocks away.

• Orla (9/5): Gorgeous Apartment - Perfect location and stay! Right in the heart of Plaka and close to all we wanted to see. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and extremely comfortable. We felt safe around the area at night at night as well. I would definitely come back and stay here again! The only fault was that you could hear some noise outside on the street in the main bedroom. The second bedroom was soundproof though. This is only really a problem if you're a light sleeper as the street wasn't that loud.

The single beds and pillows weren’t comfortable, sofa very low to sit on and no house keeping while we were there at all. The lift was broken.

• Sally (7/5): Spacious apartment in the great partcity - but a little loud - Great location & easy to find. The apartment was large enough to accommodate our family of 5 with a nice size bathroom. Location very close to all the sites& has a luggage holding business on same block if you arrive early and need a place to store your luggage until check- in. We had a tough time getting into the property (had to turn the key 6 times to open door) & light is hallway wasn’t coming on but that may have just been temporary. The front bedroom was a little loud with the sounds of the city but I just turned on my white noise app to fall asleep.
• Andrew (10/5): Brilliant huge apartment in a fantastic Athens location - Huge comfortable apartment a couple of blocks from Syntagma and the Plaka. The location really couldn’t have been better, with a short walk to two natural/organic food shops, supermarkets, Syntagma’s metro, and the amazing history and sights of central Athens. The living area/dining room has plenty of room, the kitchen has everything you need to self-cater, there are two toilets, and two excellent bedrooms. The arrival instructions were simple and easy to follow. We would happily live there and will definitely try to book it again if/when we return to Athens. Everything was perfect.

• Brad (9/5): Great location, highly recommended for a family if you’re comfortable with city noise. - A great and comfortable unit in a really convenient location. Check-in was a breeze and there are many choices for food in the area. The living space is giant and the shower is excellent, assuming you remember to turn on the water heater. 😳 During the weekend the noise from the intersection outside is substantial, as though the window in the primary bedroom doesn’t fully close. During the week it was much quieter at night and we hardly heard anything.

And near lots of great places to eat. Plenty of space for our family of six to spread out. Clear communication about how to access and use the property. Was a bit noisy as it's a busy street, not a big deal for us but would be difficult for someone sensitive to this.
• Pranathi (6/5): A decent stay close most of the tourists spots with some drawbacks - Location. It’s walking distance to most of the sites. The host has provided us a wine, which we didn’t use. They also kept oil for cooking. It’s a very old apartment with some cracking and peeling paint at few corners. The corridor is very narrow and dark. Had to use phone torch to light the corridor. The queen bed provided was making creaking noise at every turn. It’s also not good for light sleepers. There was road noise from the passing vehicles and people talking from the ground floor eatery very late into the night.

You don’t need a car to see all of the major sites in Athens. The apartment is on top of a bar/ restaurant in an area with a lot of nightlife. It was extremely loud at night which prevented half of my family members from sleeping.

We liked the living room and the small balcony adjacent to it. Also liked the fact that each of the two bedrooms had its privacy. The location is very noisy, but I guess it is to be expected when you are by the city center.

• Karla (5/5): Space for family but wouldn’t stay again. - There was space for a family of 5. Close to Plaka. The Noise was insane. Not only could you hear the activity from people and cars, but I’m pretty sure there is a glass recycle facility right outside the building. Three times during the night a garbage truck was dumping glass. Little to no sleep was had. Also, the motion sensor for the hallway light to get to the room is at the end of a long dark hallway. It was very creepy. Not a good feeling from the start. The decor in the house is old and a bit dingy and the couches looked very worn out. If your into the vintage feel then this place is for you!
