• Karola (9/5): Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber 👍 - Wohnung gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, sauber, Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden! Küche komplett ausgestattet, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig Komplette Wohnungsfront mit Fenster bis zum Boden und EG, alle die vorbei gingen konnten in die Wohnung sehen. Man konnte die blickdichten Vorhänge schließen….. Aber hatte dadurch nur eingeschränktes Tageslicht…..
• Mandy (8/5): a great place for a short city trip with my brother - The location near the nature history museum The radiators where blasting quite hard, so the temperature was quite high at night, so it was hard to sleep. The next day we turned it down but during the night it got up again and it returned to being very hot. The only window is way back in the kitchen so it's quite hard to cool down once it gets hot.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Overall good apartment with responsive hosts, maybe better for 2-3 people until the sofa is changed - The property's location was great, hosts responded very quickly to any of the concerns and questions we had about the property and Berlin as well. The mattress on the upper floor was great. It's overall okay price for the location :) The property is unlocked with the code, so it's convenient for multiple people having different plans of coming and going out of the apartment. Plus you don't have to worry about losing the keys :) Also, we did have a problem with not having water since there was some kind of problem in the entire building. Although it wasn't at all convenient for us since we needed to shower before going to the conference, at least we did get to contact the host and get the proper info. It was fixed in several hours so that was okay too. The property could use slippers at least since the floor is very cold, especially near the entrance where the table is. Overall the temperature in the apartment was so-so most of the time, it could be useful that the temperature can be changed. The sofa's mattress wasn't leveled correctly, the part that could be pulled out was about 2cm lower than the rest of the couch so we slept on the slope kinda, so we tried leveling it out with some stuff.

• Melissa (9/5): A great quirky compact apartment!! - Great location, 5 minutes walk to the underground. Lots of places to eat in the immediate area. Easy 10 minute walk to the Berlin Wall Memorial. The apartment has every thing you could need and is extremely clean and comfortable. My only gripe would be the curtains at the front door. The door opens directly on to the street, so you need curtains. However, the hooks had come off at the top causing the sides to fall down and the curtains are far too long, making it difficult to negotiate coming in and out. A small desk size fan would also be useful for the cabin upstairs. When the scaffold comes down next door and the building works are complete, this will make a huge diffence. Its not a problem though and didnt effect our stay. These are only personal and by no means a complaint. Its a great apartment!!

• Aaron (10/5): Clean, surprisingly spacious and excellent hosts - Everything about the property was a step above what I had expected (and I already had relatively high expectations). Totally clean, larger than I thought and nice touches like a cold beer in the fridge and teabags provided. Location was great, close to S and U and within walking distance of everything I needed. The living room opening straight onto the street outside will not suit everybody, but with the curtains closed it still felt cosy and private
• Richard (8/5): Lovely property spoilt somewhere by the daytime noise from adjacent building work - Excellent use of space for a family. Good location and great facilities inside the apartment. Noise from building work next door started at 7am all week. This looks like it has been going on for a year or more so perhaps it's better to mention to potential renters and let them decide if the property is suitable.

• Randima (9/5): Superb - The size of the apartment was perfect for us and our stay. The curtains won't long enough to provide sufficient privacy so there was a gap and due to the floor to ceiling windows, everything could be seen from the street.

Very clean Location a little bit away from things. Curtain doesn’t actually cover the whole window so the bright light comes in from the construction across the road
