• Robert (1/5): - Apartment nie posprzątany. Krew na pościeli. Wszędzie śmiecie. Ręczniki brudne. Apartment nie był sprzątany po ostatnim kliencie. Zgłoszono o 15:00, firma nie odbiera telefonów. Obsługa wiadomości na booking.com przez AI. Ładnie pisze ale nic nie zrobi. Po dwukrotnym kontakcie przez personel booking.com dopiero w następny dzień przyszła sprzątaczka. Przygotowano niewłaściwe klucze. Nie mogliśmy zamknąć drzwi. Całą sobotę nie mogliśmy wyjść z apartamentu. Nie polecam takich firm.

• Adrian (9/5): Great family pad in Charlottenburg, super-close to subway. - It's a house in a neighborhood about 25 minutes outside of central Berlin. The subway entrance was one long block's walk from the door. The door unlock system took a bit to learn but was flawless once I figured it out. It was nice not to carry a key and be worried about losing it. The place is walking distance to one tourist destination: Charlottenburg Palace, one of the biggest palaces in Europe and the head of the Prussian empire. Now a parka and museum. The kitchen had nice pots and pans. We cooked dinner every night. The bed situation was great. My two kids had the bunk beds in back and I slept on the convertible couch in the front room. It had a washing machine, so we could do our laundry. Just in time as we'd been staying in hotels for a spell. The dishwasher worked well. There were a handful of supermarkets around and we easily shopped for our meals and snacks.
• Nikolaos (9/5): Superb - The apartment was as described. Comfortable and in a quiet street. It was very cold outside during our visit in Berlin but upon our return late in the evening the apartment would heat up very quickly and would stay warm during the night. We would definitely recommend it and use it again if available on a future visit.

• Parviz (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was equipped with all nessasary things. The address of the apartment in the Google map was confusing. I went to a different address. After slow response of operator, finally managed. Tiny long apartment. The bathroom is small. Beds are 2 folded and will not call it comfortable. The door is opened directly to the street.
• Pavlo (1/5): Bad - I had a very unpleasant situation with this hotel. When booking this hotel the price of 63 euros was indicated, and it was noted that the price includes all taxes and fees). After booking my bank card was charged 128 euros. Nobody answered my messages for 3 days, and after 3 days of silence I finally got the answer that to the cost of the hotel still for some reason must add 65 euros for cleaning, which for some reason I have to pay, as well as the city tax, although initially it was indicated that the cost of booking includes the city tax. At my request to return the money, which, as I believe, unnecessarily charged from me - they refuse. Also to all of the above should be added the presence of stains on the bed and poorly cleaned apartment. Think a few times before renting this hotel.
• Christián (9/5): We had an enjoyable stay - The apartment was cozy and well enquiped, on a quiet street, not far from the metro station and with nice restaurants in a 5 minutes walking distance if you didn't feel like going to the city. The host was really helpful too. We will definetly be back. Not much to dislike here.
• Artit (9/5): Very good apartment - All amenities provided. The apartment is spacious, close to underground train, with many grocery stores nearby. The lock system is a bit complicate to open and close the door properly.

• Lucy (7/5): Very good, small fixes will make it great - Good location, close to the tube. Clean and well equipped. Host very available for all questions Smell of humidity in bathroom. Broken fan in bedroom. Difficulties in locking from the apartments inside without access to the NUKI app. Cleaning crew came on check out day to clean at 7 AM, waking us all up in alarm. I still recommend the apartments. Only small fixes for an excellent stay.

• Mihaela (9/5): Cozy and clean - Very clean and comfy. The apartment is ground-floor, entrance directly from the street. Quiet and very safe street. Easy self check-in. Kitchenette - very well equipped. Bathroom, everything needed -so long to see plenty of toiletries. Great mattrasses, we get some great sleep. Very good communication with the property host.
