• Pia (8/5): Great location. - The location is excellent The size of the flat is really comfortable Instructions are lacking. Checking in was an ordeal, very difficult, had to call repeatedly to get help and received incomplete and wrong information. I suggest revise all of the instructions and add pictures to make it easy as well as ensure that the codes given are correct. The whole drama put me so much behind that I missed dinner with friends, my flight was late on top of it. Also instructions in the property itself on how to operate certain thing (I could find a way to turn half of the bathroom lights, what to do with the trash, I used the containers outside) would help.

• Douglas (8/5): Very pleased with the property. Some areas need work - Location was great. Well organized. The after-hour staff was exceptional when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Send Wi-Fi information before you arrive. Was not able to use the Wi-Fi for a day and a half. Additional call required. Comforter needs to be rid of bed bugs. Lighting fixture above dining room table is a hazard bang my head several times even cut my forehead. Graffiti should be removed a can of paint does not cost much. This seems to be a major problem in the neighborhood but there's graffiti on the inside walls as well.

• Rodrigo (8/5): good value - spacious apartment with many conveniences: nice bathroom, nice kitchen, living room/sitting area. residential location is convenient to subway and grocery store, many cafes and restaurants nearby. very little light as it is a ground floor unit. door opens from building courtyard right into bedroom. otherwise really great.

• Anonymous (1/5): Unsatisfied how I am treated as a reasonable guest throughout and after. - No toilet or paper towels upon arrival. Door lock was jammed , not easy to open with host giving poor instructions. Unsafe with Dark outside to enter. Can’t see entry doorway due to construction blocking. Dark corridor after first entrance. Flat located far dark corner , again no lights when I reminded host that I will be arriving late. Door was one of struggle for opening. 3rd night it wouldn’t open and customer service wasn’t so much of help. Used extra key they had on a diff lock box, still was jammed while I am on the phone with customer service. Asked me to get hotel during the rest of my stay and will kindly refund yet it has been one month, no response , no refund for the trouble and inconvenience. No toilet paper or paper towels upon arrival. Tv did not work. Requested instructions to use tv , dryer and heater with NO REPLY. very unprofessional and uncalled for. Wasn’t a pleasant start to end with this host or company. Very disappointed. They were quick to take my money but not quick afterwards. Loud neighbors , can hear them running above all night. Loud construction outside your door.
• Tanel (8/5): Stylish dark home in Schöneberg - Stylish apartment on the ground floor, you enter from the yard directly to your bedroom :) Very clean and fresh, has basics in the kitchen (tea, salt, sugar). Really responsove host Yael, easy to communicate. Good big bed to rest your feet after long walks. S-bahn station is just next to the apartment, easy to navigate although it´s a bit out of center. As it´s in the shared yard and ground floor (+ right now there are construction works) - almost zero natural light in this very dark walled apartment. And compared very many Airbnb´s I have stayed - there is no flexibility to leave later (check out already 10 am) or come earlier. It might be possible only for an extra fee. As it´s not a cheap accomodation I found it a bit not-welcoming.

• Marc (8/5): Fantastic little apartment in a great location. - Host was super lovely. He was super quick to respond to any messages had one little problem which was sorted straight away. The apartment was really well furnished and the clothes steamer was a fantastic addition.

• Alevtina (3/5): Poor - Location is comfortable. Nice street. This place has no windows. The building is being renovated. This wasn't mentioned at all. The pictures create a very false impression of the flat. The entrance leads straigth to the bed. The layout is very strange (to put it in mild terms) Utenciles are cheap and very used. Blocked drain in the shower.
