• sandrine (7/5): - L'appartement est très bien connecté aux transports publics. Les lits sont confortables. Il y avait un lit de moins que ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation. L'équipement est un peu juste notamment en matière de vaisselle.
• goeman (10/5): Volledige ontzorging! - De indeling van de ruimtes. We waren met een groep van 9 mensen, en iedereen kon comfortabel zijn ding doen! Er is een grote keuken met alle benodigdheden. De keuken is in een aparte ruimte, waardoor enkele mensen samen kunnen koken zonder anderen te storen. Ook de sanitaire voorzieningen zijn in aparte ruimtes waardoor iedereen op zijn eigen tempo aan de dag kan beginnen. Het koertje is een leuke extra. De vrouw die ons ontving was heel vriendelijk, niets op aan te merken! Ligging is alles wat je kan wensen: een grote supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat en centraal gelegen voor allerhande activiteiten. Prijs/kwaliteit echt top top top, we komen hier terug! /
• Federico Del Rosario (10/5): Excellent apartment to enjoy Berlin. - Big apartment ideally for my group! Nice living room, 2 showers, well equipped kitchen. The communication with Ines was excellent! Definitely 100% recommend! Connect with many train station and BUS, supermarket and parks.
• Ines (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious, probably great for a bigger group, super clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!
• Panek (8/5): Optimale Ferienwohnung, wenn man als kleine Gruppe reist und getrennte Schlaf- und Sanitärräume möch - Ruhige aber trotzdem zentrale Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung. Sehr geräumig und ruhig Keine Parkplätze
• leonid (10/5): - super Unterkunft zentral gelegen und viel Platz für unsere Gruppe. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Alles was wir gebraucht haben war da. Der Check in lief reibungslos.
• Malene (1/5): Beskidt og lugtende. Vil ikke anbefale til nogen! - Det ved jeg ikke. Det levede på ingen måde op til forventningen. Lejligheden ser på billederne stor og lys ud. Lyst var der ikke. Men det værste var renligheden. På trods af angiveligt rengøring lige inden vores ankomst, så var der klistret og beskidt på gulvet. Vi havde små børn med, som med det samme, de tumlede rundt, blev møg beskidte og fik helt sorte fødder. Der var klistret og beskidt. Der lugtede også. Vi fjernede en skraldespand der ikke var tømt men det hjalp ikke. Vi endte med kun at overnatte 1 ud af 3 nætter for vi kunne ikke bo i det svineri. Vi bookede hotel i stedet, for at komme på rene værelser. Vi håber meget på at kunne få refundering/kompensation, da det på ingen måde var i orden.

• Irina (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, empfehlenswert - Wir waren kurz nach Weihnachten da. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, stilsicher ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Sie ist super geschnitten, praktisch gelegen und sehr sauber. Der check in verlief unkompliziert und professionell, wir sind sehr spät angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch gerne wieder.
• Anton (10/5): - The price-quality ratio was exceptionally pleasant. I love spacious accommodation. It's a large apartment with enough space for a big family. The location is good as well. Ostkreuz station is located in a five minutes walk away, so one can easily achieve Berlin city center. The supermarket Lidl is located in the next building, which is very convenient. I also recommend visiting Neue Bahnhofstrasse in this area with a lot of good restaurants. The last, but not the least - I would like to thank our host, who was always in touch and supported us. P.S. I forgot to mention the gorgeous dining table made of real slab. I love this kind of thing. I would recommend adding one more lamp in the kitchen. The kitchen is good, but with extra light it will be even better.
• Chloé (9/5): Logement parfait pour un séjour entre amis ! :) - Le logement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes : spacieux, bien aménagé et meublé, literie confortable, 2 SDB, un petit extérieur. Bien situé (quartiers Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg accessibles à pieds), proche gare Ostkreuz et Lidl au pied de l'immeuble pour les courses. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis :)
• Amy (4/5): - Location on quiet street was great! Cleaning lady was nice. Staff was late to let us in, iron was broken, took weeks and weeks as well as repeated emails, messages and telephone calls to get an invoice, VERY damp-no towel ever dried on its own, VERY stinky (moldy smelling) bedroom (1st one on the right). I wouldn't return there.
• Lara (8/5): - It was warm and clean with comfy beds and it was quiet. Very tall ceilings and large room sizes. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Lidl is 2 mins walk away. Train station Ostkreutz great connections and only about 5 mins walk The apartment looks like it needs some TLC - damp being treated in the sitting room. Lack of floor lamps as well made it either very dark or very bright. Also some small flies in sitting room and we had to remove some of the air freshener as they were over powering! There were more than 5 in the whole apartment! No rugs and basic bedding made it feel not very homey. The area is a bit more sketchy than we had thought it would be. Quite a number of people with mental issues around near the Lidl and between the train station meant we didn't want to explore our immediate area. Not the landlords fault! But worth knowing in advance.

• Susan (8/5): - Der freundliche Empfang und persönliche whatsapp Kontakt waren toll. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Ruhige Strasse. Es gab zwar 2 Bäder aber nur ein Klo. Zum Glueck waren wir nur zu viert. Die Regendusche müsste mal erneuert werden oder zumindest die einzelnen Düsen gereinigt werden. Die Handbrause fehlt leider. Halbhohe Sichtblenden in den Straßenfenstern in einer Parterrewohnung sind eigentlich ein Muss, damit man sich wohlfühlt.
• Anisa (10/5): Great stay! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and close to everything in Berlin. - Yes! It was clean, big and cosy! It was very central and had nice spots to eat nearby.
• Carlos (9/5): Confort, ubicación y buen gusto - La ubicación y la decoración del lugar son geniales. Las camas son muy cómodas y el salón es precioso. Muy recomendable para grupos grandes. La señal del wifi era bastante irregular y lo necesitábamos para trabajar.
• Sandra (6/5): Disappointing rental that was not accurately represented in the description - The property was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) Sadly it didn’t have the cleanliness you would expect (seemed very superficially cleaned), and was particularly damp to the point that the beds and sheets felt damp which is less than ideal when traveling with children. Walls were visibly damaged from water and the general upkeep of the place was sub-par. Definitely not as reflected in the photos. Also the place was advertised as two bathrooms but only one bathroom had a toilet, which for 9 people is not ideal.

• Manfred (1/5): Feuchte, verschimmelte und verschmutzte Wohnung. - Das einzig positive ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Diese Wohnung sollte in diesem Zustand definitiv nicht vermietet werden. Wo all die positiven Bewertungen herkommen ist mir ein Rätsel. Die Wohnung ist feucht, muffig und verdreckt. An den Wänden zieht sich die Feuchtigkeit stellenweise bis zu einen Meter hoch und die Farbe und der Putz löst sich ab. Die Böden, sowie die Küche, sind nur klebrig. Die dargestellten Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen keinesfalls der Realität z.B. fehlen Wandbilder, Teppich, sowie Mobiliar in den Zimmern. Schränke können nicht benutzt werden, da sie anderweitig belegt sind. Der völlig verdreckte Heizkörper hängt nur noch an einem Haken, für Kinder eine Gefahrenquelle. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und ich kann von dieser Wohnung nur abraten.
• David (5/5): - Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und auch die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat die besten Jahre leider schon hinter sich.

• Katlyn (8/5): Very good - Check in was great, Ilya waited at the property to let us in and gave us all the information required for the stay. Place was clean, kitchen had all the required utensils. No aircon however there were fans which was enough for us to keep cool. Close to a train station. There was only one toilet, the second shower also didn’t drain so was unusable. The third room is also only accessed through the master bedroom so it’s a little less private for group stays.

• Eduard (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful. Exactly as you can see in the photos. The location is unique. Large living room with extra large dining table and TV with Netflix, we loved that! Uncomplicated and short check-in, which was completely sufficient. There were enough dishes in the kitchen for everyone. With Nespresso and coffee machines and a basic supply of food (tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper). Location is great between the Spree and Ostkreuz train station. Only 5 minutes on foot to the subway and 3 min. to the grocery store. We parked the car in the East Side Mall parking garage (very close to the apartment). We felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time :) Nothing! Everything was wonderful!

• Catherine (7/5): Good flat and location for price but very cold - spacious, good location with easy transport links and access to supermarket it was cold, there was no heating apparently the heat is off in Germany until October. the only source of heat was a small electric oven which didn’t heat the large apartment. the absence of heat should have been notified pre booking as it would have affected our booking of this accommodation, comfort is important and if you’re cold you’re not comfortable. the managing company we’re unsympathetic and didn’t provide any alternative such as a fan heater. in addition there was a significant amount of wet bed linen in the cupboard which was adding to the damp air
