• H748 (8/5): Bom pelo preço, talvez não aconselhado no verão. - O espaço é grande e não tive problemas com calor/insolação como muitos relataram, mas vale dizer que estive no alojamento em final de abril. Gostava que a casa de banho tivesse uma cortina ou algo similar pois quando tomamos banho a casa de banho fica toda molhada. O alojamento também não tem ar condicionado, o que pode dificultar a sua escolha num verão quente.

• Ilias (1/5): Καλή εμπειρία - Το κατάλυμα στην ουσία εινα ένας μεγάλος χώρος τύπου γκαράζ που ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει κλείσει 2-3 χώρους και τους έχει κάνει Rbnb .Αποφυγετε το !!! Δεν σου δίνε καν την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε κάποιο σπίτι έχει ένα κρεβάτι με δύο μαξιλαράκια καναπέ και δεν διαθέτει ούτε καν μια τηλεόραση .

• Margaux (1/5): A fuir !!! - Absolument rien La pire nuit qu’on ai passé. 1h45 de trajet depuis l’aéroport pour arriver dans un quartier peu sécurisant, un logement qui frôlait les 40 degrés et surtout, des CAFARDS. Nous ne sommes pas rentrés dans la salle de bain où se logeait un énorme cafard, si ce n’est que ça, mais non il y en avait un autre dans l’entrée et donc se baladait dans tout le hangar !! Le propriétaire n’a répondu à aucun de mes messages concernant l’arrivée et nous n’avons eu qu’un mail l’après-midi pour le soir-même sur comment récupérer les clés. On se retrouve à chercher la salle de bain car aucune porte ne s’ouvrait, et l’impression de sérieusement le déranger en l’appelant pour avoir une information qu’on aurait du nous donner bien avant. On a pas dormi tellement la chambre était irrespirable malgré deux ventilateurs qui faisaient un bruit terrible et qui projetaient de l’air, et bien… chaud. A fuir.

• Hlias (4/5): Ζεστή σίγουρα - Καλή περιοχή όπου χρειάστηκε να πάω ήταν το πολύ 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Πολύ ζέστη το βαράει από παντού ήλιος δεν έχει βρύση ούτε κλιματιστικό τα πιο βασικά δηλαδή επίσης τσιμέντο βαμμένο μαύρο και κρατάει όλη την ζέστη με έναν ανεμιστήρα όχι δεν κάνει την διαφορά.

• Davide (1/5): - Das mir wenigsten 2 Euro zurück erstattet wurde. Ich Habe die Wohnung gebucht und habe keinen Code für die Schlüsselbox vom Inhaber bekommen. Von daher konnte ich nicht in die Wohnung rein kommen. TROTZDEM wurde mir 27 Euro abgebucht obwohl ich nichtmal eine Möglichkeit hatte in die Wohnung rein zu gehen! Das ich so behandelt werde obwohl ich immer mein Urlaub über Booking Buche ist eine Frechheit! Das ich da nach Wochenlanges Schreiben immernoch nicht mein Geld zurück bekommen habe verstehe ich nicht!
• George (1/5): - Τίποτα Εύχομαι να αναγκαστεί ο ιδιοκτήτης να μείνει εκεί για πάντα.Απο όσα γραφει στις παροχές δεν ισχύουν ούτε τα μισά και οι φωτογραφίες είναι παραπλανητικες επίσης μας φέρανε πετσέτες προσώπου αντί για κανονικές του ζητήσαμε μεγαλύτερες και μας έφερε μεγαλύτερες αλλά βρομικες και έπρεπε να ξανά μιλήσουμε μαζί του για να μας φέρει επιτέλους την 4η μέρα της διαμονής μας καθαρές κανονικές πετσέτες.Ο χώρος του δωματίου θυμίζει κελί φυλακής με "παράθυρο" να βλέπει το εσωτερικό της αποθήκης και λευκά φώτα νοσοκομείου να φωτίζουν την απελπισία και θα έλεγε κανείς όντως σαν φυλακή ακούγεται μόνο που στη φυλακή τουλάχιστον έχουν τηλεόραση...κάτι που ο κύριος εδώ έχει βάλει στις παροχές αλλά δεν υπάρχει πουθενά.Και μιας και μιλάμε για παροχές δεν υπάρχει στο δωμάτιο ούτε καν μαχαιροπήρουνο ποτήρι ή πιάτο. Η τραπεζαρία που αναφέρει ο κύριος είναι ένα διαμορφωμένο πατάρι ύψους 1.50 από το πάτωμα ως το ταβάνι με αποτέλεσμα οποιαδήποτε ενήλικας πάει να το χρησιμοποιήσει σίγουρα κάποια στιγμή θα φάει το κεφάλι του. Επίσης οι σκάλες δεν έχουν κάγκελο και είναι απότομες.Για το μπάνιο το οποίο είναι εξωτερικά του δωματίου (και με τις εν λόγω πετσέτες έπρεπε να κυκλοφορουμε σχεδόν γυμνοί για να κάνουμε ένα ντουζ σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους μιας και υπάρχει και 2ο δωμάτιο στην αποθήκη αυτή)θα πω ότι ήταν οκ αλλά η τσιγκουνιά του ιδιοκτήτη φαίνεται παντού αφού η διαμονή μας κράτησε 6 μέρες και ο κύριος μας άφησε μισό ρόλο χαρτί υγείας στο μπάνιο επίσης δεν μπορεί να βάλει έστω ένα πατάκι στο πάτωμα για να μη γλιστράς στο πλακάκι όταν κάνεις μπάνιο.Μην πάτε απλά.

• Peppas (6/5): - Καλή περιοχή ανάλογα και τις ανάγκες του καθένα, σε ένα Βιομηχανικό τετράγωνο. Ήσυχα πολυ το βράδυ, άνετο πάρκινγκ τριγύρω, εύκολη πλοήγηση απο κ προς το κατάλυμα. Όσο ήσυχα ηταν την νύχτα, τόση φασαρία είχε ήδη απ' τα χαράματα. Στο πισω μέρος του κτηρίου εκει που υπαρχει παράθυρο πάνω απ το κρεβάτι υπαρχει γκαράζ με σταθμευμένα αυτοκίνητα κ μοτοσυκλέτες που δημιουργούν μεγάλη όχληση τις πρωινές ώρες όταν οι γκαραζόπορτες ανοιγοκλείνουν και καποια οχήματα προθερμαίνονται πριν αναχωρήσουν. Ακόμη ομιλίες διάφορες απ' εξω κάνουν αντίλαλο στον χώρο. Την δεύτερη μέρα το συνήθισα και πλέον δεν με ενόχλησε τόσο. Ειναι μια ιδιαιτερη περίπτωση καταλύματος οπου ο ιδιοκτήτης/διαχειριστής μιας πρώην βιομηχανικής αίθουσας εχει αναπτύξει 2 ισως 3 δωμάτια ανεξάρτητα μεταξυ τους. Το μπάνιο/τουαλέτα ειναι εκτός δωματίου, με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται αν υπάρξει "ανάγκη" την νύχτα ή κάνει ντους και ξαφνικά θέλοντας να επιστρέψει στο δωμάτιο πέσει πάνω σε άλλους ενοίκους των άλλων δωματίων. Οκ χρειάζεται προσαρμογή. Κατα τ' άλλα ηταν καθαρό κ είχε τα στοιχειώδη. Το ζεστό νερό ηταν επαρκές. Αυτά που έλειπαν ηταν το ψυγειακι, το τραπέζι, οι καρέκλες, ο βραστήρας, δυό μεγάλες πετσέτες, οπως και ο κλιματισμός που αναφέρεται και σε άλλα σχόλια που βεβαίως μου ήταν γνωστό αλλα και όχι απαραίτητος την περίοδο (αρχές Οκτώβρη) που εγώ βρέθηκα εκεί. Επισης κατάλυμα δίχως τηλεόραση είχα να συναντήσω καποιες δεκαετίες. Τέλος ο ανεκδιήγητος ανεμιστήρας ο οποίος δεν προσφέρει απολύτως τιποτα ειδικά στην μεριά που είναι τοποθετημένος παρα μονο θόρυβο κι επισης δεν γινεται να χαμηλώσει κανείς την ένταση στο ελάχιστο. Μάλλον την Βιοτεχνική αίθουσα των 500+ τετραγωνικών εξυπηρετούσε στο παρελθόν. Θα ξαναπήγαινα εκεί; Σίγουρα ΝΑΙ, παρ' όλες τις ελλείψεις νομίζω είναι μια τίμια προσπάθεια και προπαντώς ασφαλή, καθαρή και απόλυτη money for value περίπτωση. Ελπίζω να βελτιωθούν οι λεπτομέρειες που ειλικρινά κ καλοπροαίρετα αναφέρω. Για όποιον χρειάζεται κατι φθηνό πλην τίμιο κ καθαρό, να μείνει για μερικές μέρες Αθήνα το προτείνω.
• Τσιριγωτης (1/5): Ο,τι χειρότερο έχω δει!! - Τίποτα απολύτως! Η τοποθεσία κακή, ο χώρος προς το δωμάτιο και γύρω από αυτό creepy τελείως! Καμία ουσιαστική παροχή στο δωμάτιο, μια πετσετα στον καθένα κι αυτες γανιασμενες και μύριζαν! Μαξιλάρια λες και είχε δύο μαλιξαρακια καναπέ και τα έβαλε κακήν κακώς μέσα! Ένα παλιοσεντονο για σκέπασμα και τίποτε άλλο! Οικοδεσπότης ανύπαρκτος! Έστειλα μήνυμα πως φεύγω την επόμενη μερα γιατί δεν μπορώ να μείνω παραπάνω σε αυτόν το χώρο παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει 3 βράδια...και απάντηση δεν πήρα ποτέ.

Это бывшее складское помещение или гараж, разделённое на несколько комнат с одним общим залом. Очень душно! Неприятный запах мусора, плесени и табака! Полное отсутствие какого-либо комфорта! Звукоизоляция нулевая (ощущения совместного проживания в хостеле). И самое главное – отсутствие безопасности! Дверь и замок слабые, легко вскрыть при небольшом усилии. Я прибыл в место размещения, но не мог там оставаться, посколько там не комфортно и не безопасно! Отсутствие комфорта и значительная удаленность от центра не соответствует заявленной цене

• Brogi (5/5): Passable - The place is not insulated at all, the temperature inside the building and particularly in the room is unbearable. There are two fans that just move hot air around. It is difficult to have a decent night of sleep and a bearable day inside the place. It isn't suitable even for a short stay. I wouldn't recommend it at all during all the summer months.

• Lyytikäinen (10/5): Rejuvinating - Incredible value for money! In the bustling streets of Athens, there is a hidden gem sitting in plain sight! The atmosphere is something that you’ve never experienced, a very interesting fusion of comfort and industrial architecture that provides all the amenities one could wish from an accommodation. There is a private toilet, a shower, a nice bed and adequate cooling – I don’t understand why so many reviewers keep saying it’s ”too hot”. There were two fans that cooled the room flawlessly, we didn’t have any issues with overheating in the middle of June. The Factory is located near the street, so naturally there are some sounds of living that you might hear, but I think it’s a nice thing. Really makes you feel like you’re a local! Though in the bedroom, it was as silent as in a feltboot factory! The host, Nikos, was also so kind and helpful to any inquiries we had for him. :) I’d highly recommend this, especially for budget travelers. The next time I’m here, I’ll be sure to book The Factory again! Wifi was bugging occasionally… but it was very manageable :-)

• Andrzej (1/5): We don’t recommend this place to anybody - especially in the summertime. - We didn’t expect much in the way of comfort since the price was low. All we needed was to spend the night in, at least, semi-decent conditions. What we got was a night from hell. To begin with, the address we received after booking, was false and the check-in instructions were sketchy. When we arrived there, we spent time trying figure out how to get into the building but we couldn’t. Our cell signal was weak so we couldn’t communicate with the owner via Booking. It was getting really late and we didn’t want to wake up the owner. Finally though, we decided to call him only to find out that the address was false. He then sent us coordinates for the actual address. We arrived there around 1am and the place turned out to be some kind of warehouse with a tiny office converted into a bedroom. The place was extremely hot with no air conditioning, no ventilation and just a fan by the bed that did nothing but blow hot air in our faces. It felt like inferno. We tried to sleep covered with wet towels but we couldn’t breath. We ended up going back to our car and spent most of the night there. It was a real nightmare.
• Anas (10/5): Nice stay - Simple apartment in a good location which meets my needs for these 2 nights stay. I wished upper windows in the attached roofed-yard were open to get fresh air and and enjoying the nice weather.
• Eva (1/5): missing host when needed - First of all, we had issues with the location, the location that we copy from booking to google maps is far from the real direction; on booking description mentions that it has private parking but it is false, there are space to park at the same street but it isn’t a private parking. But the main issue is that we couldn’t sleep due to the hot temperature of the whole garage, (even in october) and it was impossible to ventilate the room so there was plenty of mosquitos. It has a lower price but you won't be able to sleep unless you bring an air conditioner and a powerful mosquito repellent. We booked 3 nights but after spending this awful night we are leaving the room. From the very first moment, we have been trying to contact the host through calls, WhatsApp and emails with no response. At last we hope that he would return us the money of the following nights. Finally we leave even loosing the money for the next two nights because we still have no aswer from the host.
• Ramona (7/5): Good - The space was spacious and clean. It's nice that a fridge was added as per previous suggestion. It was indeed very hot. The whole unit overheats itself across the day all throughout. Sweated a lot in the night, even with the fan.

The room/apartment is exactly as the listing says - some might be put off by the layout but it is great value for money and fine for a short stay. Very hot as only a fan, no aircon but didn’t bother me too much.

But I was surprised to see it was a room inside a garage type place. The garage was big enough, but it was not appartement it was a garage . The room was inside a garage. Didn't look like an appartement. Once you go inside the so called appartement you can't see anything outside. The room was very ordinary room.

If you expect to have a good night sleep please do not take this place. very bad pillows. The worst bed . no air condition. I was thinking someone will come and kill me at any time here. I stayed there because I have paid. I couldn't afford anywhere else. I am still scared and shaking. my worst experience in my life.

The water heated well enough, not that it was necessary with the warm weather, and there was a tap for filling bottles. Patchy wifi but generally very good. I felt that a couple of more openable windows could have helped cool the place down a lot, and though it wasn't a major problem, there was some loud noise late a couple of nights, not that it was a regular disturbance.

Everything was shut when we came so it wasn t brethable it seemed like u were suffocating, we vented it out a little by opening windows but it didnt help, host should put ac in it beacuse it needs a lot of fresh air, price was really cheap we stayed only for one night, I don t reccomened. Host was nice but the apartment is terrible it not suitable for alonger stay not even for 1 night.
• Chrisanthy (4/5): Disappointing - when we entered the property we were surprised to see a very spacious empty room that led to the bathroom and the bedroom, they were both comfortable. the main entrance with the big room had really bad sound cancelling, every time you spoke it sounded like a cave (bedroom and bathroom were good through). It was quite hot inside and there was no AC, just a fan and although it did it’s job it wasn’t enough to cool the bedroom down. No fridge so our water warmed up quite fast and didn’t help with cooling us down. The train station is about 20 mins away but there are bus stops nearby. Overall it’s worth if you want to stay a few days and don’t care about hotels.
• Amber (1/5): Bad - it was so frightening. we got no sleep due to the fear of being in an empty random space with the tiniest square cement bedroom. the mystwrious door at the back kept making really strange sounds and we got no sleep. other then the. fact that it was boiling hot and we almost passed out from the heat of the room, the actual bed was fine. but I’ve never felt like I’m gonna be murdered more in my life
