Florence (7/5): Passable - L'emplacement et les explications données pour rentrer dans l'appartement. Hôte très réactif . Climatisation dans toutes les pièces L'odeur de tabac froid et le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine: pas de quoi poser la vaisselle lavée,ni de planche à découper. Manque de sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain.Les matelas sont très durs pour dormir .
Quandra (2/5): HORRIBLE management experience - This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. While the location of the property is very convenient, the experience with the property host and management company was awful. They charged my credit card twice for a deposit and refuse to refund although they have confirmed there was no damage to the property or a valid reason for them to keep my deposit. George, the host, is very rude and not patient at all. He is disrespectful to American women and especially women of color. When I inquired about my deposit, he advised I needed to contact Meno - the property management company. When I contacted Meno, they advised I needed to contact George. It was all a game to make me give up on my efforts of receiving my USD $150 deposit. Please be aware George will contact you repeatedly on What'sApp if your plane is delayed for any reason even with fully explaining the aircraft was delayed he is still rude and impatient. After I started inquiring about my refund both George and Meno stopped responding to my WhatsApp calls and texts. It has been a COMPLETE disaster. Please think twice before staying at this location. (and almost 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned)
