• Caroline (4/5): - Location was good, quiet neighbourhood and not too far away from the centre. There were basic items missing in the apartment such as toilet paper, soap, dishtowels for the kitchen. We asked the host to give us some toilet paper and he asked us to buy the toilet paper. Seriously that's just a basic need for an apartment. Otherwise everything else was good.
• Colin (8/5): The Oasis is a great economic base to stay. - The apartment had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, and was a great central Base to visit the City, the attractions, and to access local transport links. Just one advisory, although the shower is great, the floor in the shower gets very slippery when wet. Just be careful. The area around the apartment is pretty run down.

Una oeste alta, si-a indeplimit obiectivul de acoperis deasupra capului pe perioada sejurului. Dar doar atata Locatia se afla pe o strada murdară, intr-o zona dubioasa. De cand intri in clădire te lovește un miros de ghenă. Apartamentul in sine ar fi ok daca ar fi ingrijit, daca mobilierul nu ar fi din secolul trecut.

• Helen (6/5): Ganz oke... - Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind wir immer nur so 20 min gelaufen, was echt gut ist. Betten sind bequem. Die Dachterrasse ist toll, man schaut zwar auf die Straße, aber alles neu gemacht. Wir lagen auf der Sonnenliege und haben die frische Luft genossen. Die Gegend ist etwas komisch... Die Wohnung ist neben einer Werkstatt, Lärm ist vorprogrammiert. Die Straße ist auch sehr befahren, besonders Nachts ist es nicht so leise. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist kaputt, das Glas ist nicht ausgetauscht, sondern einfach geklebt. Am Bett und an den Wänden geht die Farbe ab, Ausstattung in der Küche schlecht & minimalistisch, wir haben deswegen nicht gekocht. Es fehlte auch ein Korkenzieher/Weinöffner.

• Krzysztof (8/5): - Przyjazna usługa, blisko centrum, duże mieszkanie, blisko metro, było naprawdę czysto oprócz stołu na kuchni... Łazienka duży prysznic :) Kuchnia: lepiący się stół. Mocno zużyte mieszkanie- wyposażenie.... Wifi czasami nie działało...
• Julian (6/5): - Das Apartment ist in einem coolen urbanem Viertel lokalisiert. Alle wichtigen Attraktionen sind fußläufig oder per Nahverkehr erreichbar. Der Host ist sehr nett und entgegenkomment. Wir hatten ursprünglich das Studio-Apartment gebucht, dort war allerdings Schimmel an Decke und Badezimmerfugen. Wir wurden dann nach Beschwerde in ein besseres Apartment gebracht. Die Lautstärke wird zwar über Nacht etwas ruhiger ist jedoch störend.

Everything was close by. Thank you Mr. Nick for the welcome. When you open the window at night, mosquitoes enter. This is annoying. A barrier must be installed in the windows.
• Iwona (9/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja, cena adekwatna do jakości, wygodne łóżko, było bardzo czysto. Ciekawym rozwiązaniem jest taras widokowy dostępny dla gości. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czyste ręczniki. Byłam miło zaskoczona, że w apartamencie było żelazko, suszarka do włosów, kosmetyki. Polecamy dla aktywnie zwiedzających Ateny. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, świetny transfer z lotniska, który był po Nas o czasie. Gospodarze bardzo się starali, na naszą prośbę dali nam dodatkową kołdrę. Ogólnie apartament był bardzo duży, przestronny. Posiadał wszystko czego było Nam potrzeba.
• Dóra (10/5): - Great location, everything is reachable by a short walk. There is a pretty square 3 mins from the apartment, filled with bars and restaurants. The metro station is close as well! The apartment is spacious and it felt like we had 2 separate rooms :) the bathroom was clean and cute and the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus! The check in was very easy! I'm really grateful that we found this place Thank you so much !

• Robert (2/5): Terrible place, with mold in bathroom. - To be fair, we reported our concerns to the host right away, and the communication was polite. They even offered us a refund, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it didn’t help much — we tried to find another place, but with heavy luggage and no available rooms nearby, we had no real option but to stay. Sadly, our last night in Athens turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. Terrible place! The photos are completely misleading. My partner and I came hoping for a romantic evening in Athens. We were allowed to check in early, while cleaning was supposedly still in progress. The owner blamed the poor condition on unfinished cleaning — but that was clearly not true. There was mold on the bathroom wall, paint peeling everywhere, old and unpleasant furniture, and a shabby kitchen. We couldn’t have our romantic dinner because the kitchen was so dirty we didn’t even want to touch anything. Taking a shower was out of the question — we were afraid of catching something. As for the “view of the Acropolis” — you can barely see it if you climb onto the roof and lean out far enough between the squats and ruins. The neighborhood feels unsafe and unpleasant, and there’s even a pile of used tires right outside the building. Definitely not as advertised.

• Ronny (6/5): Goede locatie maar onafgewerkt appartement. - Goede locatie. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Er kwam veel lawaai van de straat. Veel apparatuur was kapot of oud. Muren waren maar half geschilderd met barsten in. De douchekop hing los.

Il nous a communiqué comment récupérer nos clés tardivement (nous sommes arrivées apres 23h a cause d'une grève des transports) Une boulangerie se trouve a proximité Je dirais que le seul bémol est le quartier, pas des plus charmant. Mais vous rejoignez le centre touristique en 10 minutes !

• Jackal (10/5): Affordable, convenient, good communication. - First of all, the location is super convenient, 15 minutes walk to Acropolis, or you can walk 4 minutes to the train station and take 4 stops there. Secondly, management is on point. Very good communication to give all the check in information that we need. Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely book Athens Oasis next time when we come back to Athens. We don’t have anything to complain about this location. If we have to say something, it would the the vehicle noise at the night time, it could be a bit of noisey.

• LauraRodd (8/5): - The hosts were very attentive whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and made sure we had it. We really appreciated their excellent service. The location is also great; we've always liked this area of Athens, and it was very convenient for our stay. The apartment is big and nice. The apartment was generally clean, but it felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen could use more attention, and we noticed the mattress wasn’t clean. It would also be useful to leave a mop available for guests, since the bathroom floor often gets wet and dirty quickly.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very friendly and responsive through WhatsApp, and it was very easy to get in touch with them. The apartment was very spacious, and from there, it was easy to walk to the most important places in Athens. The bed linen and towels weren't the cleanest, and the flat in general could use some updates; some things are showing a lot of wear and tear, like the sofa. The location of the flat isn't in the nicest area either. Although the street itself isn't dangerous, you're only a few blocks away from a very rough area of Athens, and we didn't feel comfortable walking home at night. The apartment looks out on an abandoned and rough-looking building, which not only gave some bad vibes but it made us not use the balcony at all.

We had an issue with one of the air conditioners, and he made sure to come and fix it promptly. 2.The apartment is quite large. 3.The location is very close to the metro. 1. The apartment has a balcony located above a tire replacement garage that operates 24/7. 2. In the kitchen, there is a glass door facing a stairwell leading to the roof, where many pigeons gather and make frightening noises at night. There is also a window in the bathroom facing the same area. I would suggest the property owner consider closing it off with a solid wall. 3. The maintenance is quite poor. A few examples: the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold, the kitchen faucet is leaking and instead of fixing it, they put tape on it… and many other small issues that could be easily fixed with minimal investment.

• Olga (8/5): All was great! Thanks. - The hosts were very nice and communicative. I checked in at midnight so I had to do a self check in, which was super easy. Apartment was on the second floor with no elevator, which was ok with me because I had only carryon luggage. Everything was smooth and good. The kitchen and bathroom I'd say needs an easy touchup. WiFi was fast and well covered throughout the apartment. I had a separate bedroom, leaving room and a kitchen behind the door. The host nicely accepted a slightly late check out, which I am really grateful for! They even have lockers downstairs were I left my suitcase till the late evening, cause my flight was very late that day. Thank you!

• Modestas (8/5): Great price-quality combo for a spacious appartment, but could be more clean - Ligthing, vast space, big kitchen and balconies of the appartment. There is a great rooftop terrace for visitors to freely use. It could've been more clean. There is an entire tire park under the balcony which smells when you are out there (but not when you are inside!)
• Magicalkhachapuri (9/5): Whole apartment for nice price, with everything that you might need. - I really enjoyed the location, I did mainly walk to every place that I wanted to go. The apartment is spacious and facilities are in place. I think that towels and bed sheets can use some more cleaning, that's it.

• Mackenbach (8/5): 4 night stay in Athens - Overall our stay was nice, very spacious apartment and friendly and helpful staff. Close to the metro and a big road. The sleeping couch was okay but not great, the furnace was good but could do with some more kitchen ware like knives and other sized pans. We only got one roll of toilet paper for 2p and 4 nights and no sheets for the sleeping coach but they quickly fixed it when I asked :)

• Ronald (8/5): Would book it again - The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom, especialy the shower, was really spacious, compared to most greek bathrooms. When we came across some minor misshaps, we send a text to Nick and he wanted to fix this right the next day, wich wasn't necessary, as they were only minor things. But it gives a good impression about the hospitality 😃 The appartment is luckaly in the beginning of the street, most part of the street and the neighbourhood is not pleasant. ( drugs abuse and stuff)

Also answered any question I had about the city and places to eat instantly. The room experience was good. The place was not very noise and it was comfortable. The kitchen utensils and oven looked like it hasn't been used for a long time and hence wasn't comfortable using them. Not unclean but it has that old thing and could do with an update.

• Giorgi (9/5): Superb - The host was very friendly and eager to help, it was easy to check-in The room was very clean and nice with two balconies and a big bedroom The room had everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer and etc.) It was very easy to get to the center (10 minutes walk to Monastiraki) Metro station was 2 mins away The neighborhood did not look very safe and family friendly The walk from Omonia square to Metaxourgio square was not very pleasurable at night
• Uriel (8/5): Very good - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Although the area is not great, it is very near central areas, all within walking distance. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling off. The sofa is not comfortable. The area is not so nice.

• Mert (8/5): Very good - 10-15 minutes to everywhere in centre by walking. Although it is located in busy street, there was no loud, thanks to good quality pvc windows. Sunshades were also enough to block sunshine. I did not like the bathroom's shower cabin and shower head.

• Emmanuella (8/5): Brilliant stay, recommend!!! - The place is huge, big bedroom and a living room, kitchen with a balcony. Bedroom had a balcony too with dining. Brilliant! The staff is on hand to answer messages and help which is great. Niko is so friendly and helped us with our luggage - many thanks Niko! Felt super safe for us 2 females alone! Weird paintings but other than that was great, was huge for just us 2 would fit more!

• Tirion (9/5): A fab stay for my few days in Athens as a solo traveler - The property was fab - just as pictured for the specific room I asked for (make sure you reference your booking to the photo as the apartments are all slightly different) . Had all amenities you needed! View from the balcony could see mountains inbetween the buildings which was a good suprise! The host was super helpful and replied very quickly! The stairs up to the flat - so be mindful if you have a big suitcase! A few of the things like the side table in bedroom and flusher for toilet were needing to be fixed (currently temporary fixes) which was not a problem as it all worked well!

• James (10/5): Exceptional - Very centrally located! Easy access to food and not far from Omonia Square. Also very close to the Metro, so easy to go everywhere. The management was very responsive to whatever I needed! Very friendly cleaning staff as well. I would easily stay there again!

• Katalin (8/5): Great accomodation for its price with huge terrace in a bit poor neighborhood - The bed was big and comfy, and the huge terrace was perfect for a little rest between city-tours. This is not a great part of Athens unfortunately but the touristy part of the city is not far away.
• Amanda (7/5): Lovely place to stay for a city trip to Athens - The place is nicely renovated, the bathroom is very nice. It is only a 7 minute walk from the first nice restaurants and bars, which is really nice. The room is way smaller than you think! We had our big suitcases with us, but we did not have any room for them.
• Alokindia (7/5): Good place with some improvement needed - Place on terrace was great No lift so had to carry heavy luggage to top. Stairs need lights or one may fall
