- Simon (7/5): Decent simple apartment in a great location. - Great location in the heart of Voula. Spacious appartment with kitchen/living room and bedroom and balcony. Easy check in with the host Bathroom could be fixed up, no holder for the shower head etc , and whole apartment could be spruced up a little bit

The apartment needs renovation; the furnishing is not cozy at all; there is only one air condition in the living room; though the location is top (near to the beach, bars, and taverns), the bedroom is quite loud, if one wants to sleep with open windows due to the main road being quite close => We have been to many Airbnb flats, also in Vouliagmeni. They were all better. This one was definitely overpriced for the condition of the flat. Investments in the flat are clearly kept at a minimum.
