• Patricia (10/5): An excellent location if you are doing business in the Maroussi area! - This apartment is very well-equipped and perfect for a self-catering stay: the kitchen has two different coffeemakers (regular and capsules), a tea kettle - and even a waffle-maker! I have stayed in other places that were not well-equipped (ex.: two plates and three forks for an apartment for four people 🙄) and this was exactly the opposite - I had more than I needed. And the terrace overlooking the garden? To die for! At the end, I had a problem with the hot water heater, but my host, Dina, was quickly on it.

• Konstantinos (4/5): Although the communication was excellent, I will never choose this apartment again at this price. - Just the location. All the rest were bellow the expected. And when you mention ¨executive apartment¨ for sure you don´t refer to an apartment in a building constructed on the 70's and never been renovated since then. Lack of security due to an old main door, old and half locked kitchen door, plus the wooden window frames from the previous century. Photo of a bathroom that had been edited with photoshop and power outlets hanging out.

• Ines (9/5): I recommended the apartment to my colleagues for their next business trip to Athens. - I came for business to Athens. The apartment was very close to the office. A supermarket is close by. The apartment is very silent and breakfast on the balcony was a great start into the day. Some effort was needed to get a receipt for the stay.

• Roxana (8/5): Good apartament. - I like that the apartment was clean, and close to a lot of facilities, plus that it has parking place. This was a very big plus. The building is a little to noisy. The neighbors.

• Alexandra (4/5): Not worth the money. - It was close to the spot we needed to go. The ac would not be sufficient to keep warm at night during winter. It was really cold in the apt even though we anounced we will come with a baby. It was not clean, it was okay ish :) i would never say this is an executive apt nor would ever go to stay there during winter.
• Lijun (8/5): Very good - The location is close to where I need to go, just a 200 meter walk, and I am very satisfied with the geographical location. I can't say I'm not satisfied, I just think there are still some improvements that can be made, such as internet, since I need to work remotely, I need a stable and fast internet, the WiFi in the room is a little bit not working, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which is a little bit far away, it's okay during the day, but at night ...... there is something else that needs to be taken care of! Is that there is no elevator, even though it is on the 2nd floor, it is still not very good to move up if you have a lot of luggage.
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - A nice apartment surrounded by trees with a balcony, good equipment and near supermarkets and places to eat. I really liked the mattress of the bed, it was good to sleep on. Lights in the living room are too bright.

• Marko (9/5): Affordable overnight stay with good suburban rail connection to the Athens airport. - The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. The walking distance to the metro/suburban rail is OK. Very early and late trains to the airport are available via Hellenic Rail. The host accommodated my late check-in and early check-out. The apartment was very clean.

The position is very comfortable for me, being close to my company's office. The bathroom is very old. It is also required not to flush the toilet paper (due to tubes characteristics), and throw it away in a bin.

It is also on walking distance to the medical center of athens which was the reason for my stay in Marousi. Well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. Good communication with the host. The shower is not very practical but overall ok.
