• Raquel (6/5): Regular - La distribución del apartamento bastante bien Es amplio La ubicación, está relativamente cerca de los puntos de interés Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones Las cobijas estaban sucias. Supongo no cambiaron la ropa de cama de los últimos huéspedes, olía mal y otra olía a perfume de hombre. El baño tenía muy mal olor, las tuberías olían muy mal, por lo que cada vez que se abría el tubo, olía muy muy mal… y el desagüe del lavamanos terrible, tardaba mucho en drenar el agua

• Elisabeth (8/5): Super Lage - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem traditionellen Wohnbezirk. Sie ist sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof liegt. Die bekanntesten touristischen Ziele sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, dazu eine Wäscheleine mit Klammern außen am Balkon. Der Balkon lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, da immer Tauben außen auf den Kästen der Klimaanlage sitzen und man überall ihre Hinterlassenschaften findet. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, da es nach außen nur die beiden Balkontüren gibt.

• carmen (4/5): Not a Romantic stay - Location We are a family of 5, didn’t accommodate us had a sofa bed that was a mattress on the floor, was not clean, walls are dirty, the vent in the bathroom was full of dust/lint. The balcony was filthy.
• Fotini (3/5): This is a misleading ad and is much worse than depicted. Dirty and beds horrible. - The location is close to most attractions. It was dirty, there were hairs on the sheets. The bathroom did not smell as if it had been cleaned so they should have a confirmatoon. The walls were dirty. The beds were horrible with the mattress coils digging into my back at night. The lobby of the apartment building smells. Finally they advertise 3 double beds and there are only 2. Way too expensive for what it offers.

With two bedrooms, a hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen, it offers both comfort and convenience in a quiet neighborhood filled with charming restaurants and lively café bars. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and the metro station is only a 5–10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The host is exceptionally kind and communicative, always ready to assist. After a long day, unwinding in the Jacuzzi provides the perfect relaxation While the apartment is comfortable and well-located, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The listing mentions a living room, but in reality, it's extremely small—almost nonexistent. Additionally, the apartment would benefit from a refresh, as the walls could use a new coat of paint. Despite the comfortable and high-quality mattresses, the beds themselves need some repairs to ensure better stability. If you're traveling by car, be aware that parking is only available on the street. While it's free, finding a parking spot can be quite challenging. It would be helpful if the host provided essentials like salt and bath additives for the Jacuzzi to enhance the experience. Also, when accommodating multiple guests for several days, it would be ideal to supply additional small bottles of shampoo and shower gel to ensure everyone has enough.

• Nadia (8/5): Very good - No real seating area outside the bedrooms, only a small sofa facing the wall. Would have preferred one of the TVs to be there with a small coffee table and armchair. But I think the space is too narrow. Maybe some more plates, cutlery and pans would have been useful. Thank you

• Susan (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again! - The shower was the best ever. Everything was very nice and we were able to drop off our bags early. It was the last night of our visit to Greece; wish we could have stayed here longer. It was located in a more authentic part of Athens; which was fine but didn't appear to be as safe as our other stays. We did have dinner at a local spot nearby which was one of our best meals in Greece.

There was drinking water in the kitchen for every day, as it should be in a hotel room. air conditioners in every room. a very responsive hostess who speaks Russian and Ukrainian. the apartment is located 400 m from the metro station. 10 minutes walking distance from the Acropolis and all attractions. There is a street with restaurants nearby where you can eat inexpensively and deliciously. The hostess was always on the telephone hotline in case of any hint or advice. highly recommend. when I'm in Athens, I'll stay in these apartments

• Teresa (3/5): Felt violated …break in /stolen items - Location was great …but NOT SAFE/SECURE HERE-WE WERE ROBBED Host stopped answering our questions Someone came into this apartment the last nite we weee there and stole several of our valuables …NOT SAFE HERE! Odd it was the last nite. Could t file a police report as we flew out next early morning. Odd it was the last nite Asked to return two valet tags but we only had ONE valet tag in the lock box so who had the other one.???? Police say no forced entry do it all makes sense now that someone took the second key and went in when we walked out for dinner …only gone 2 hours …came back to find luggage was emptied out and phone/jewelry gone! What a nightmare! Could t sleep after this invasion of privacy here. Better security needed !! Solution: change lock setup so that it is ALWAYS a new entry NOT feeling safe and secure due to poor entry setup

But everything else was perfect.
