Ottima posizione fronte mare in zona tranquilla e molto piacevole. All'interno grandi spazi buon arredamento e ottimo confort. La bottiglia di vino bianco in frigo è stata la ciliegina sulla torta Manutenzione del caseggiato dall'esterno. All'interno sul pavimento un pò di polvere che abbiamo eliminato con uno strofinaccio. Peccato non aver potuto incontrare il referente

• Bernadett (10/5): Szuper nyaraló a tengerparton - Családi nyaralásra tökéletes a helyszín, reptértől és Athén belvárosától is 30-40 perces útra van. Imádtuk, hogy egyből ott a tenger, szép kiépített a strand, a nagy teraszról elképesztő a panoráma. A házigazda nagyon kedves, azonnal reagált és megoldott mindent. Az apartman szépen és mindenre felkészülve van berendezve, kényelmesen elfért az egész család. Anyukám külön megdicsért, hogy ez a legjobban sikerült foglalásom :)

• Agne (10/5): Amazing host and apartment - Amazing apartment, and the host was superhelpfull and helped as out a lot arranging the same day booking and earlier check-in, as the apartment we initially booked let us down, and we didn't have where to stay. The apartment is huge can fit all family, super clean, and have everything you need, even more. Super big balcony, and the nice beach is just a cross the road. Highly recommended, and will definitely book again!

• Taline (10/5): Excellent location! - The apartment was spacious enough to fit us all comfortably. The location right by the beach was the best part! There was a big selection of coffee pods and a washing machine with detergent to use freely. Not a lot of restaurants around but we used wolt when we wanted to get food delivered and not go out.
• Mary (10/5): An excellent option and great value outside of central Athens! - Wonderful communication, clear instructions, great location across from beach and walking distance to waterfront tavernas, 10 min to Glyfada by taxi, apartment is in great condition, spacious, great bathrooms, beautiful view, towels and robes provided, washing machine with detergent, cold water and wine in the fridge - a wonderful option if you want to stay outside of the city. We stayed here for one night on our last night in Greece - 30 minutes to the airport. as others have said, the entrance to the apartments is a little worn down, and the interior garden as well, but that is no reflection on this apartment and it's impeccable condition.

• Mary (10/5): We had a wonderful experience. - The view was beautiful. The ease to get to town or dinner was great. There was a paid beach section where we could grab chairs, umbrellas and relax for the day. It was perfect for what we were looking for in Athens.

• Shira (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, on a one way quiet road, on the waterfront, and the apartment is on second floor, so even from the apartment's porch we could enjoy the amazing sea view.. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable,l, very clean, and has everything you could need and want. The host was very helpful and attentive. Very easy check in and out. For good resteraunts, bakery and cafes, you need to walk about 20 minutes to a neighboring area a bit north. The local resteraunts are very close, beautifuly placed on the waterfront, but also much more expensive. If you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues, be aware that you need to walk 2 floors of staircase to get to the apartment. We did not have a problem, but it is something to consider.

The location was perfect for us because it was on the beach front and not far from the metro connection to Athens and at the same time as all the amenities for a beach day, restaurants, bars, kiosks, sun lounges... Nothing really!! I thought it was exactly what we wanted,

• Saed (9/5): Nicely renovated apartment - Great host! - The interior of the apartment was nice, clean and well maintained. Antulio, the host, was wonderful and very helpful; also he was kind enough to provide all basic needs for the apartment down to the level of a first aid kit. The building's facade and entrance are dilapidated and in need of repair. We were unable to use the balcony or open the windows because the apartment next door was undergoing maintenance, which resulted in early morning noise and an unpleasant odor. Of course, the host has no control over this, but we ought to have been made aware of this in advance.

• Elizabeth (10/5): An incredible week by the sea in a beautiful home, with a wonderful host. - Everything was perfect, including so many thoughtful little touches (slippers, decaf/regular nespresso pods, robes, an amazing closet for all the suitcases). The balcony was huge and the running paths truly breathtaking. Very kid friendly. Antulio was so helpful and responsive; when we broke the shower head he sent staff over promptly to replace it and didn’t even let us pay for the new one. Nothing.

• Vicky (8/5): Good host, as expected. - Attulio was very accommodating. We asked to check in at noon as our flight arrived early. Also accommodated us for late check out. The apartment is a quite large with three bedrooms big dining table and one of the best equipped kitchens I have experienced. No need to buy salt pepper and basic condiments. We did not use the laundry or dishwasher much, but these were also well supplied. Beach towels present. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Apartment is right across the street from the beach. Perfect for kids but noisy for adults. If you are a paddle ball player, great! if not, the back and forth of the ball can be quit annoying, especially if there are several players and play all afternoon. Also, I feel like maintenance did not prepare the apartment appropriately the kitchen and dining area floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Perhaps they did not have the time, since we checked in early, but we would not have minded it if they were cleaning while we were there. Thus the lower rating

Had everything you needed for a relaxing break! Also provided bath robes and slippers as well as beach towels. Great location on the Athens Riviera with good restaurants within walking distance. Excellent host who even sent over extra water when the mains burst - luckily water supply was restored fairly quickly! Everything was great!
• Maria (9/5): Perfect coastal escape! - This lovely property lives up to its name! Stylish, clean and cozy, every little detail has been considered. Our family of four (incl. two teens) simply unpacked & felt right at home for our 5 night stay. Location was perfect, directly across from the beach & a short walk to several nice restaurants. Kitchen was also set up so we could eat in. Despite our very delayed arrival, Antulio, our gracious host, ensured we settled in & was very responsive throughout our stay. Really hope to return for a longer break one day! Unexpected noise every morning from a neighbour’s construction project disturbed this otherwise peaceful & lovely setting.
