• Debbie (10/5): Lovely little ‘hidden’ gem on Ermou Street❤️ - I loved this apartment!! 🥰Great location on Ermou street - the capital for shopping in Athens and so close to Monastiraki Square. I enjoyed in particular feeling safe as a lone female traveller in this location with two doors to open before you get to your apartment. Having a kitchenette was so helpful to warm up or cook food. Shower was powerful and I loved being able to have a soak in the spa bath after a long day of exploring. Having the option to go on the balcony to view the acropolis or just take in life on Ermou street was amazing and so peaceful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the option of watching Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc in between my regular trips out - all in one weekend! My host, Xenia was so responsive and this will be another place for me to stay when I next come to Athens. Thank you so much ❤️ Loved everything❤️

The location couldn’t be better. You walk out and are immediately in the center of Athens, right near Plaka, and directly in Monastiraki Square. There’s also a metro one block away which is super convenient. There are tons of towels on the property. The price was the best I found in the city center and would love to stay here again my next time in Athens.

• Mahal MA (2/5): ממש אכזבה! - מיקום טוב הכניסה קשה עד בלתי אפשרית. המעלית מפחידה. הכניסה לחדר לא פשוטה צריך 2 מנעולים. לא ניקו את הדירה במשך 5 ימים. האשפה נערמה ולא פינו אשפה. הספה הייתה באמצע החדר היה צריך להזיז אותה. המים באסלה נתקעו והיה צריך לטפל בזה ללא עזרה. המגבות לא הוחלפו במשך 5 ימים. רציתי לנסות משהו חדש, אבל זו הייתה ממש אכזבה!

The area was lively at night and had a great vibe. The apartment is perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. We found it spacious for a few days stay and loved the view from the balcony. The jacuzzi was fabulous for tired legs after exploring all day. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked well Our host Xenia was super helpful with lots of suggestions and tips The lift was an “experience”….but worked fine and better than stairs. Toilet flush button sticks a little so needs to be pushed twice to get it to stop running

Le balcon avec vue sur la ville et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus pour les petites pauses. La communication avec l'hôte a été parfaite, rapide, efficace et agréable. Xénia est très arrangeante et fera tout pour faciliter votre séjour. • Claudio (10/5): The most important aspect of the quality of the stay, was Xenia’s support and information. She was readily available by - It is very central, with a lovely balcony, a jacuzzi in the apartment and clean modern facilities. WiFi and tv worked perfectly with English, French, Italian channels. I didn’t need air conditioning, but it was present. Pretty perfect for a short or few days stay.
• Gary (8/5): Centre of it all! - Fabulous location, if a little noisy, but large room with great shower. Terrace offers spectacular views and atmosphere. Has a microwave which is uncommon and a big benefit. Complicated process of entry with multiple sets of keys, but good if you enjoy treasure hunts.

• B.Jansen (9/5): Als dit appartement beschikbaar is, pak je kans want de ligging is perfect met zicht op Akropolis! - In het hart van Athene vind je dit prachtige appartement dat meer dan voldeed aan onze wensen. We komen zeker nog een keer terug! Er is geen parkeerplek bij het appartement maar, hebben een eindje verderop in de straat geparkeerd bij een bewaakte overdekte stalling.

The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes' walk to all the main attractions in Athens, and very close to the Syntagma bus station (ideal if you're coming from the airport). There's also a hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby, which made exploring the city even easier. Xenia was an amazing host — super friendly and incredibly responsive. Don’t worry about collecting the keys, the instructions were crystal clear and everything went smoothly when we arrived. One of our favorite parts of the stay was spending time on the terrace, both in the mornings and evenings — such a lovely space to relax. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and milk provided. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!

It was comfortable and felt special, the mornings drinking coffee while viewing the rooftops and swifts swooping around were wonderful! The lift was a little wobbly!

• Gokhan (10/5): Good and safe facility to have a short vacation in Athens. - We have spent 2 nights in Athens during our Greece trip. The location is really perfect. You may reach all the historical places and good restaurants for Greek Tavern on foot. Also the view from the balcony was relaxing. There are also close parking areas near the hotel if you have car. Even though we did not face any problems, the parking officers request the key of the car. It would be fine to have good check before you handover the car for small cracks , since they really park to close.

• Theodoris (10/5): Perfection - The location was brilliant for a first time visitor to Athens like myself. All of the sites (Acropolis, Syntagma, Plaka, Psirri, Anafiotika, etc.) were within walking distance, and the main metro station (Monastiraki) was on my doorstep so I could travel anywhere in Athens easily. Access to the apartment was well-detailed and by lockbox, which was convenient. The apartment itself is perfect for one to two people, nicely decorated and clean, with all I needed. Lastly, Xenia was the perfect host: always available and communicating expertly, yet unobtrusive. I cannot wait to again! Nothing - this was perfect.

We appreciated the property was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Athens. It was very quiet, bed was comfortable and the check in/ out instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Any questions we had were answered quickly and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. We had a wonderful time. We did not have any complaints!

Not too much really, I found it unusual to have a 'bathroom area' directly backed onto the 'room' part, but get that there's also reason for it in this case, too.

• Tony (9/5): Highly recommended - The room is small but well used in terms of design and furniture, good thinking about the small details, an excellent hair dryer, there is an iron and an ironing board, soaps in the shower in large quantities. The view from the room is very beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped including basic ingredients for cooking. The bed is comfortable, the location is excellent. There are 2 sinks in the shower which is very convenient, we didn't use the jacuzzi but it looks clean like the rest of the apartment. A pleasant sun terrace In terms of plumbing, this is probably a general problem in Greece, it has happened to me in the past, the water in the shower drains slowly so that in the case of a long shower, the water slightly flooded the part of the toilet. Towels and sheets look a little old but clean

We faced a problem with the lift, it wasn’t work, on Friday at around 8pm, and she dealt with the problem immediately and fixed it. The apartment was clean The lift need to be replaced or renew. It’s old and traditional.

The clean details inside the flat is everywhere ...every need is prepared for you ,in the fridge ,in the bath ,upon the kitchen bench.... We will hit that again for a special site seeing . The only thing that can be even better is the size of the hot tub .
• Filipacarioca (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect for a short stay, it is super cosy and has all the commodities you might need, and more :) everything is thought, the details make you feel welcome. Great location as well, right in the center, walking distance to all the main attractions. The view is amazing, and the balcony is perfect for a breakfast while contemplating the Acropolis. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the noise at night from the nearby rooftop bars. It didn’t bother me much the first few days (the noise insulation is good), but Friday and Saturday the music got really loud, and until 4am. I am not a light sleeper, and i always travel with earplugs, but it was not enough. However, if you go out at night, this won’t bother you at all.

It had all the amenities you might need for a longer stay and the location was amazing. Everything within easy walking distance and right next to the metro. Would highly recommend this room to other travelers. The entrance can be difficult to find initially, but the host Xenia provides very detailed information and is very responsive to any questions.

The noise was not a problem because of the double glazing, and the air conditioning was great. There is a view of the acropolis which is so lovely to see, especially at night. Xenia had the place stocked with coffee, snacks and even a bottle of wine, which was so nice. The place is decorated very well and has a chic vibe to it! She also gave recommendations for places in the area! Unfortunately, there was construction going on that started before 7AM and was very loud. The lobby of the building is in need of some TLC; it was in pretty bad shape. (Although, the apartment is newly renovated and comfortable.) You are in a happening district, so there was a lot of club noise that went on through the night. Didn't bother me, but my husband is a lite sleeper.

It’s a bath with some jets, jets that are not really do a lot other than making noise. I enjoyed the bath though without using the jets 😊. The apartment is close to many restaurants and this you smell.
