• Radostina (8/5): - Nice place, easy to find with Google maps and photos from the info. 8-10 min from a train station It's a bit noisy when the terrace door is open.
• Hande (1/5): - Tesiste ihtiyaçları temin edecek basic olanaklar vardı. Ancak konaklama yapan kişileri tesisin takibi söz konusu değildi. İki gece boyunca (sabah 3 ten sabah 6 ya kadar ), yan dairede inanılmaz şiddet ve kavga yaşandı. Apartmanda gecenin saat 4'ünde bazı komşular, telefonla polisi arayarak, daireye müdahale etmeleri için adres vermeye çalıştı. Özetle ,2 gece boyunca uyumak mümkün olmadı ve sinirlerimiz fena halde bozuldu. Tesise ve booking.com'a bunu şikayet edip, yer değişikliği istediğimizde bize yardımcı olmadılar. Tesis yönetimi sadece yan dairede kalan kişiyi polise şikayet etmekle tehdit ettiğini söyledi. Booking com'un İngiltere'deki telefon numarasını genius 3 seviyesinde bir kullanıcı olduğumuzdan arayarak onlardan da yardım istedik. Booking com.. tesis sahibi , yardımcı olmak istemediğinden, bize yardımcı olamayacağını bildirdi. Daha sonra da , booking'deki bu şikayetle ilgili mesajlaşma bölümünü , daha fazla şikayet almayacak şekilde kapatarak, şikayetlerimize karşılık olarak 10 Euro'luk bir harcama çeki vererek konuyu kapattı. 9 gecenin ilk iki gecesi, çarpan dolap kapıları fırlatılan objeler, bağırtıları dinleyerek geçti. Takip eden iki günde de , dairede kalan kişi, peşimize düşüp , özür dilemeye çalıştı. Tüm bunlar , güvenlik ve konfor beklentilerini karşılamayan tesis ve booking.com ile ilgili büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Eğer tatilinizi şansa bırakacaksanız, bu tesisi seçip bir kumar oynayabilirsiniz.. Ancak daha kurumsal ya da özel olarak butik hizmet veren, tesisleri, üç beş kuruş daha fazla ödeyerek seçmenizi tavsiye ederim. Sonuçta belalı bir kişinin yanınızda kalıp kalmayacağını bir garantisi yok. Daha da kötüsü bu tür bir rezalete müdahale edebilecek bir tesis yönetimi yok. Tesisle sadece mesajlaşabiliyorsunuz. Burası bir apartman ve tesise ait sadece birkaç daire var.. Bu tür adli vakaları monitör ederek, büyümeden durduracak, hiçbir denetleme sistemi yok. Kısacası kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

• ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΠΥΛΙΩΤΗΣ (1/5): - Δεν μας άρεσε τίποτα Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρινόντουσαν στην πραγματικότητα. Βρώμικη σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα, ελλειπείς πετσέτες, το δωμάτιο ήταν μη καπνιστών και βρομούσε τσιγάρο, όπως άσχημη μυρωδία είχαν τα σεντόνια και τα παπλώματα. Αναγκαστήμαμε να πάρουμε δικές μας κουβέρτες και πετσέτες. Επίσης το δωμάτιο είχε πολλά μυγάκια και κάθε φορά που φεύγαμε ρίχναμε εντομοκτόνο. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν πολύ βρώμικο και παρόλο που επικοινωνήσαμε με τον διαχειριστή του καταλύματος αυτός αδιαφόρησε τελείως.

• Martina (7/5): Bien - Buen precio para lo que se ofrece. Toallas disponibles. El primer día se quedó sin luz el apartamento y hubo problemas con el agua. El aire acondicionado demoraba en enfriar.

• Myriam (8/5): Great value for the money - It is actually very closed to the center (15 min walking or 30 from Parthenon). The studio is quite small though, so only when you budget travel I’d say. It has almost all you need for a short stay (washing machine, Kitchen equipment, AC, cute balcony…) The sink in the kitchen was not usable at this time and the cooking plate quite capricious… Also the sheets were too small for the bed but ok as it was summer time.

• Sat (1/5): Completely Disappointing: Deceptive and Unsafe! - Nothing I absolutely do not recommend this property. The issues and disappointments I faced during my stay are numerous. First of all, the photos of the room are completely misleading and do not reflect reality. The bedroom and kitchen area are practically merged, with barely any separation. Cooking in such a setup would cause the smell to permeate everywhere, including the bed. The booking description implied that the bedroom and kitchen were separate, but this is far from the truth. The bathroom is a complete disaster. There is no curtain around the shower, which causes water to splash everywhere, soaking the entire bathroom. Additionally, the showerhead has extra attachments, making it almost impossible for the water to flow properly. This is incredibly frustrating and makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, the booking mentioned a separate dining area, but this "area" is just a table on the balcony. This is a completely misleading description. Safety concerns were also a significant issue. On the first night, we witnessed a cat being thrown from a high floor of the building. We had to take the cat to a vet ourselves, which was a distressing experience. Due to these numerous issues, we could only stay one night out of the 4 nights, we had booked. when we entered the apartmant there was smell of the mold, the surfaces outside were clean, but insides of the kitchen cabinets and the fridge were really greasy and disgusting. and then when you are writing about he treated our complain " he dissmissed our complain and we had to deal with booking customer service. We moved out after one night but he wouldn't agree to return for three night. The owner insited to pay for two although at the same time an hour after we move out he put the property available on booking. This clearly shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

• Orlanto (1/5): Bad - It’s a room inside in apartment,it’s not a studio,first day off check in I open a door by mistake was not mine ,2 people were sleeping,the covers of the bed have marks hole from cigarette,the kitchen cupboard was falling apart,there was a smell coming from the cupboard kitchen,dirty things inside like never been washed,I didn’t mind any of this because,I was only there to sleep and shower,but I was in shock when I opened the door first night when I arrived late night and run into two people sleeping,just inform people to avoid this things ,I know money it’s the most for this people but inform the people properly about the property
• Simri (5/5): Not bad, but missing convenience for longer stays. - Close to Metro. Multicultural area with many cheap restaurants. Functional for short stay. Windows isolate sound from the street well. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Shower heads were broken. Essential kitchen items were missing. Location of the apartment is in an area known for drug dealing.

• Roberto (5/5): I slept in the apartment. - To answer your question regarding the breakfast - it was not provided. I did not expect it. Was I missing something? It was close to the Metro, Acropolis, museums and other attractions which was a good feature. The washing machine was a bonus. The air conditioner struggled to keep the temperature comfortable. The location was not the best. Being a first time visitor it would have been handy for full disclosure by the owner of the location of the location, and current photos of the exterior and surrounds right in front of the apartment.

I would definitely recommend it. Internet connection was not available. Owner informed us that this is a company issue. Street is a bit noisy.

• Yvonne (4/5): Disappointing - The equip of the room was okay; the bed was very smooth and super comfy and we enjoyed the smart TV too. It was nice to lie down and watch someting after a day long sightseeing. But that was all the positive things. The key for the apartment was in a safe on a wall of a random house in the next street corner. We got a picture what kind of thing we have to find, but there was no description about the exact location. The district where the apatment is are messy and unfriendly, my girlfriend almost pickpockeded on the first day. We didn't feel safe ourselves there, especially when we arrived back at night. The street is very noisy at night, you can sleep only with closed balcony doors. We got only 2 rolls of toilet paper which wasn't enough for 6days, we had to buya new roll. There was a washing mashine but the washing powder box was empty. The shower's tube is leaking in several places and from the 4th day there wasn't hot water at all. On one of the blanket there was brown stains (hope it wasn't someone's blood). This accomodation doesn't worth the price.
• Bettygr (3/5): Bad experience - Its near the metro that is the only thing that was for it Small room, not very clean, the bed sheets were small for the bed, very noisy, thanks god we stayed for only one night!!
• Antal (9/5): Superb - Correct description of the studio, illustrated instructions for capturing the accommodation. Good price. Public transport is easy to approach.
• Ankan (8/5): Residential apartment complex - Good value for money and clean. A studio apartment with a small kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 10 min to the nearest subway line (line 3). Noisy at night specifically from high speed vehicles.
• Riccardo (8/5): Good place, perfect for some days in Athens! - Self check-in. Good spot in 10 minutes walk you can reach metro line 1 and 2. Bed was really really comfortable. Ac was fine. We did not use any kitchen appliance. Not so clean, floor was not cleaned. The shower curtain too. Let me be clear, it wasn't bad at all, but you can clearly see that the room hosted many guest and it end up to show that worn out vibe.
