• Daryl94 (7/5): Tutto ok, ma... - Ottima posizione a metà strada tra il centro e il mare Self check-in molto comodo Facile da raggiungere con diversi autobus nelle vicinanze Host molto disponibile Lavatrice e condizionatore disponibili e funzionanti Lenzuola non completamente pulite e letto da fare. Bicchieri sporchi. Il bidondoncino del bagno non era vuoto quando siamo arrivati. Il coperchio del gabinetto era completamente staccato (rotto) e inutilizzabile. La televisione si accendeva, ma non funzionava. Soffione della doccia rotto.

• Maksim (5/5): - Было очень холодно и очень шумно с улицы! Коты орали прям под окном, не давали спать. Если нужна тишина, это не ваш вариант. На второй день нашли обогреватель, он хоть немного выручил. Очень холодно и сильный шум с улицы!

• Sándor (1/5): Horrible cigarette smell. - The apartment had an unbearable cigarette smell. We washed all the curtains the first day (there is a washing machine), but that didn't help either. It wasn't even possible to ventilate. Because of this, there is nothing good to say about the accommodation, this smell ruined every minute of our stay in the apartment.

• Linda Maria (8/5): A comfortably cozy flat in a peaceful area of the city - Small, compact and generally very clean, recently refurbished apartment. Comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space, work/study corner & good WiFi. The flat has lots of electrical sockets for charging electronic equipment and The apartment could be compared to a very large hotel room. It is at the back of the building so very quiet. A 3 minute walk takes you to a main street with cafes, supermarket and shoe/clothes shop nearby. It's a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kallithea and a 15 min bus ride from the beach. Buses however run frequently. Any queries were dealt with promptly by the apartment manager via whatsapp.The ideal place for a solo traveller. Although the apartment was perfect for 1 person for a short stay and being out most of the day, the kitchen area was scantily equipped...very few glasses, cups, little cutlery, very little cleaning stuff/toiletries (included according to booking.com), only one pot and one frying pan. Although not essential, some written instructions for the appliances and general house rules etc might not have gone amiss.
• Andreas (9/5): Very nice staying in Kallithea - The apartment is spacious enough for two people and also clean. It' s located in a central area but in a quiet road that makes it easy to sleep quietly and also it's close to public transport. The pillows and the matress could be better, but this is our personal opinion.

• Traveler1978yz (9/5): I had a very pleasant experience. - Lovely studio room situated in the heart of Kallithea. 2 minutes walk from the main road,you can find a bus station straight to the city centre. Lot's of coffee shops,restaurants ,home made food,supermarkets. I believe that in this case,corresponding with the awner about beats and pieces as feedback were soficint. ( In general)Athens is a city,and as such, don't expect it to be quite, This neighbourhood is relatively quite.I slept well at night.
• Wendy (8/5): Quiet, relaxing Christmas - Quiet location just off main road. There were no knives in the cutlery drawer. We didn’t need any as we ate out but some people may need them if dining in the property.

• Lucica (10/5): Exceptional - It is easy to access by bus 040. The bus stop is about 3 min away and it takes about 30 min to get there depending on the traffic. I love the idea of self check in. The balcony is great. Space to dry your clothes outside. Enough hangers in the closet. Bed comfortable.

• Axiotis (9/5): MA - Not fancy but very comfortable place, so much so I stayed an additional day. Safe, easy travel to Monastiraki, Acropoli,, etc. And convenient with airport. Also local nice shopping area. I definitely would stay here again. Bathroom ahelves a little moldy.but not a game changer. Electric coffe pot would be nice addition.

• Georgios (6/5): good location, apartment with everything you need but worn - cozy apartment with all standard facilities. location is super central. Overall it needs a solid refurb as it simply feels worn.

• Mona (4/5): Too basic for an apartment studio - Location was decent but still required walking 15 min to train line. But had plenty of shops around. The shower was never cleaned.. full of lime and calcium build up on the shower walls and door....the space doesn't have a lounge area to relax...either you sit on a chair or on the bed. Rooms are not sound proof...grumpy neighbours in building. Also the apartment wasn't ready until 730pm and I had to wait on the street for the cleaning lady to arrive at 630pm to clean it. There is also not enough untencils, it also only one pan and one pot.
