• Vanny (2/5): - The positive points are the bedrooms and the location. The bedrooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, and the beds are comfortable. The location is also good, with nice restaurants and a mini supermarket within walking distance. Athens city center is not within walking distance, so you will need to take a taxi, but taxis are affordable and easy to use. Communication with the owner was good and went smoothly throughout the stay. The building and apartment are very old and outdated. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the first floor. The building also has a strong gasoline smell. Because the building is old, it is extremely noisy, you can hear literally everything from the neighbors, which made sleeping uncomfortable. After a long day of walking around the city and sightseeing, you really want to relax and rest, but that was almost impossible in this apartment because of the noise. The living room is extremely small, more like a hallway where you hang coats. The kitchen is decent, but the kitchen appliances looked dirty. The bathroom was terrible: very small, outdated, and poorly maintained. The toilet seat was completely loose and felt like it could fall off at any moment. The flushing system is incredibly old, there is a rope hanging above the toilet that you have to pull very hard to flush. If you are short, you may not even reach it properly. The shower is tiny and outdated as well. There was mold on the tiles and even on the bathroom door, likely caused by moisture. Because the shower is so small, it is impossible to shower comfortably and the whole bathroom gets wet. We also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Overall, I do not think this apartment is worth the money. For the same price or just a little more, you can easily book a much more comfortable place. I would not recommend this apartment. However, if you only need a place to sleep and do not plan to spend much time in the apartment or use the bathroom and shower, then it is acceptable.

• Sylvie (8/5): Agréable séjour, l’emplacement nous a enchanté - Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied, ligne de métro directe de l’aéroport , quartier vivant et contraste, logement très calme Un peu plus d’équipement de cuisine serait bienvenu, quelques améliorations (store cassé, tringles fonctionnelles), sinon confort correct

• Tomasz (8/5): Cisza i spokój z wszech obecnymi kotami. - Dobra lokalizacja do wypadu na Akropol, blisko 2 stacje metra (dwie różne linie - w tym linia niebieska z lotniska), blisko podstawowe sklepy spożywcze. Po spacerze 10 minutowym dociera się do super miejscówki z lokalami gastronomicznymi z widokiem na Akropol Prosiłbym zmienić kolejność zdjęć w sekcji jak dostać się do budynku, naprawdę ułatwi to "życie" osobom wynajmującym mieszkanie.

• Lucile (6/5): - L'emplacement entre deux stations de metro Thissio et Ceramikos. Le quartier était aussi animé sans être trop bruyant L'appartement a un vrai potentiel mais est mal entretenu. La chasse d'eau fonctionne quand elle le veut, le rideau de douche ne tient pas et tombe, pas une seule casserole dans la cuisine, pas de bac a glaçons... Le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il passerait, notamment à cause de la chasse d'eau. Il n'est jamais venu. Ce manque d'entretien est vraiment dommage.

• Hanna Győri (7/5): - Nagy konyha, kényelmes ágy, jó ágynemű, erkély székekkel, közel a központhoz. Penészes volt a zuhanyfüggöny és mivel pici a fülke, hozzád tapad. Mállik a fürdőszoba ajtaja, mozgott a wc deszka, dohos volt a ruhás szekrény.

• Philp (9/5): - Booking didn't send me the instructions given by the owner..i only got them the next day. ( it is not the first time ) . However, after a phonecall i received the instructions via WhatsApp from the owner .
• Patroula (8/5): - The location was wonderful. Bedrooms were spacious. No washing machine. The bathroom was very disappointing. I understand space is an issue but it could have been designed better. Shower curtain was mouldy and filthy. Suggest glass door instead. The shower head couldn't be adjusted- it pointed towards the door. The back of the bathroom door was mouldy from water damage. The toilet seat had come loose along with the mirrored vanity cabinet. This is the only thing that would stop anyone from returning.

• Maresa (7/5): Nice Stay - The location is in a neighbourhood that is not busy. The apartment is well equipped. The air conditioning is excellent and quiet. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy with kids, so dont expect to sleep in. The shower curtain is too short, so water drips off into the rest of the bathroom and puddles floor.

La gestion del check in y check put se realizó de forma remota, el anfitrión fue enviando toda la información necesaria de forma precisa y estuvo disponible para otras consultas. Si bien el departamento es muy comodo, el baño podria mejorar con una cortina de ducha más larga y algún estante interno en la ducha para apoyar las cosas.

• Christina (8/5): Lovely apartment - Really clean property. We had an issue and was fixed the next day. Good location for buses. Two great size bedrooms. It’s an old building block and neighbours doors slammed a lot. Small living area and small sofa.
• kobidze (10/5): Very nice, local and cozy experience - It’s very nice if you like old building vibe and looking for a cozy apartment. The apartment is in the center tho the neighborhood is quiet so you can have good night sleep. It’s fully equipped with everything needed, 2 bedrooms separately with its AC and good kitchen. The apartment has a nice balcony as well, great value for price The beds are a bit small for 2 people. As we were traveling as girlfriends group that wasn’t problem for us. Also 1 blanket is not enough for a bed where 2 people are going to sleep.

Location is perfect, we walked everywhere. Flat was clean and comfortable. If I visit Athens, i will definitely rent this place again.

Original communication was not directly through me but into the booking.com, this is the first time this has ever happened - all bookings send a message via my personal email. However once that was sorted it was reasonably straight forward with the entry. The shower was terribly small and uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, far enough from the busiest areas of Athens, but close enough to get everywhere by foot really easily. There are many nice restaurants and cafes in the area and it was a perfect choice for us.

• Bea (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located centrally in a side road, so you don't get all the noise from the main road. Everything was clean. We asked for an earlier check-in, which was no problem. As we stayed 9 nights it would have been nice to get a change of the bed sheets. However we asked for new towels which he brought at the same day. As the kitchen has enough space, some more kitchen equipment (e.g. cutting board, strainer...) would be great.
