• Andrea (10/5): fantastic place to stay. - We always enjoy the location, close to the tram and the subway and just a few stops from major shopping and sights. the apartment is always clean bright and comfortable.

Πλυντήριο, καφετιέρα,φούρνος μικροκυμάτων βραστηρας.Στον ίδιο χώρο σε ψηλότερο επίπεδο υπάρχει καναπές κ ένα επιπλέον ευρύχωρο κρεβάτι.Απεναντι κ στη σωστή απόσταση τηλεόραση τύπου smart τεράστια.ΗΤο μπάνιο τουαλέτα λειτουργικό κ ευρύχωρο.Το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με king size κρεβάτι,με πολλές ντουλάπες ,όμορφο φωτισμό.Γενικα ένα πολύ λειτουργικό σπίτι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία (εύκολο παρκινγκ-περιπτερο απέναντι, ακριβώς,σούπερ μάρκετ στα 50 μέτρα.Το καλύτερο το άφησα για το τέλος.Απιστευυο αυθεντικό κεμπάπ στα 20 m από το σπίτι.Γενικα έμεινα ενθουσιασμένος από τη διαμονή μου.Συγχαρητηρια σε όσους βοήθησαν στην όμορφη διαμόρφωση του χώρου.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μόνο κομμάτι του σπιτιού που νομίζω χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι οι κουρτίνες του σαλονιού κ του υπνοδωματίου,θα προτιμούσα πιο σκούρο χρώμα κ μακρυτερες

• Anna-marie (8/5): Convenient and well equipped apartment for a very reasonable price. - Great location. Close to the Metro. Had everything that was needed for a short stay for four. There was a street market right outside when we arrived on Saturday which was lovely to have a walk through and buy a few things. Nothing.

• Peter (9/5): Great experience at a good location - This apartment is surprisingly big. The interior is nice and clean. The double bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice and good, the water is hot enough, the location is also good. The market experience outside on Saturday was also a surprise. It is loud when the upper neighbor is walking. There is an AC unit outside which is noisy when it is on. There is no dishwasher machine. The safe in the closet was already locked and we could not unlock it. You should prepare for the Saturday mornings by closing the door of the bedroom, otherwise you’ll might be awakened by the fruit market preparation in the very early morning.

• Beata (8/5): A great and cost effective way to experience the hustle and bustle of Athens - The apparent offered great value for the cost. To be clear, this is not luxury accommodations in a five star hotels, and does not offer the same amenities, or entertainment. Rather, it embeds you in the bustling urban fabric in the center of Athens and lets you enjoy the sounds and smells of a living city within the short walk to the Acropolis and city center. Coffee shops around do not open before noon (and stay open until 02.00 a.m.), making it tough on those of us who need their dose of caffeine first thing in the morning.

• David (10/5): This place was wonderful - Excellent facilities, close to the underground, grocery store and restaurants. If I had to say something, there were tiny fruit Flies. Not a big deal.
• Dilmi (10/5): Very good place for a short stay especially if you’re on a budget but need to cover most places in Athens - The unit itself included all the basic necessities and was very clean. It’s in a very convenient location where you only have to walk about 4 mins to the metro station. We ended up taking the metro everywhere because of how convenient it was. There are cute shops nearby as well where you can find really good koulouria and coffee. There’s a supermarket and a pharmacy close by too.
• Alora (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and walking distance to all main sites. Easy access to metro as well. Fast response from owner. Not an issue with the property itself, but just noting that on the street outside is a very large farmers market every Saturday- they start setting up the market about 3am which is very loud with trucks and stalls being set up and also with some of the market operators using the steps to the front door for storage, to smoke and talk etc — was impossible to sleep through the noise.

• Damaskinou (9/5): Excellent value for money - It was clean and recently renovated It was a ground floor apartment, a bit noisy and there was a market right outside the door on Saturday, even more noisy. Otherwise, everything I needed was within walking distance.

Host very helpful and emails and communication is clear and transparent. very near to Acropolis and can be walked in 30 minutes It was first time but due to some reason it's little tough to get a taxi for this location. I am not sure if all Athens taxis are like this for every location. it takes forever to get a taxi via app for this location. Other than this all was ok.

Location is great, half an hour walking to everything in Athens. I had the bad luck of my phone being stolen while on my trip, Kyriakos helped me with the police, report and everything. 10/10 Host

• Tetiana (10/5): Highly recommend this place, great value for this price! - This stay was amazing! It’s the cleanest place I’ve seen during all my trips. The flat is very cozy, I was feeling like at home. It was very quite for me comparing to my other stay in Athens near city center. Located 4 mins from metro station and tram stop. There are shops and restaurants around. TV was connected to Netflix which O enjoyed a lot. Lastly you feel the care of the owners about travelers in all details - there was a bottle of cold water waiting for me in the fridge, washing machine capsules, cosmetics in the bathroom, hairdryer and iron were not cheap. You as well have all the possible cutlery you might need during your stay. Everything was good for me
• Kim (9/5): Amazing find in Athens!! - Great location…a mile from the acropolis so we could walk! Nice spacious apartment. The staff was extremely responsive to our requests and we even spoke on the phone weeks before coming about how to best navigate the archeological sites and museums which was so helpful!! Also, we happened to be there on a Saturday and the street we were on exploded into the most amazing market day…such a fun experience!! I wish it had a clothes dryer. It had a washing machine but no dryer.
• Josef (8/5): Very good - A newly furnished apartment. 5 mins on foot to the metro station Neos Kosmos. The space is enough for three or four persons for a short stay One can hear everything (traffic noise) from the street.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Great service and apartment - We were welcomed by Kyriakos, who gave us some excellent recommendations for how to organize our time in Athens. The apartment is in a relatively quiet, but well connected area. It was clean and modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The arrival process was explained clearly and was very convenient. On departure, Kyriakos arranged luggage storage and our transfer to the airport.
• Bernadett (10/5): This was a perfectly located apartment between the city and the beach for us, and it was an amazingly equipped place wit - It was exactly like the pictures, beautiful, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was very close to a metro station and tram but we walked every time to the city centre and back because we enjoyed that. The nearest tram (6) takes you to the beach directly from the apartment! And the metro to the city centre. These was a market outside our door one morning, but by night when we came back it was completely gone and cleaned up after. It was rather funny
• Sandie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Easy access metro. Or, a 20 min walk to city center. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the parking (10euro/night). Easily walk to market and restaurants. We loves the farmers market that was outside the front door when we were there. We used the washing machine. We purchased the smallest container of washing tablets. We left what we didn't use for the next renter. But, it would have been great if 2-3 washing tablets would have been supplied at the apartment.

• Philip (10/5): A spotless apartment with a great host in a good location. - A great apartment in a quieter residential area. Host was most responsive and granted an early check in and check out which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen. Good WIfi. Comfortable bed and bonus day bed! Easy self check in process. Close to tram and metro. Only issue which seems almost inevitable in Athens was some noise from outside but settled down by around 11pm.

• Nghia (9/5): Superb - The location is great, only a few minutes to the metro stop. There is a Saturday market right in front of the apartment so you can get some fresh products. The apartment has most of the appliances that you need. Good sunlight for the bedroom. The host is easy to deal with. He gave me good suggestions for local restaurants. You can also arrange to leave the luggage. One night there was some strange noise from a fan/machine in a close by apartment and I didn't sleep well

The apartment is very clean, new, comfortable and with practically anything you might need for any kind of guest (solo, couple, family, friends). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk yo a more lively neighbourhood and 20/30 to the Acropolis (or 2 metro stops) which is perfect to don't sleep in the touristy area! I would stay here again!
