• EIRINI (10/5): Υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής σε ιδανική τοποθεσία με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! - Υπέροχη διαμονή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, καλαίσθητο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμουν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα, και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογη — ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και άμεσα διαθέσιμος. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

L'ambiente è davvero molto carino e accogliente, anche se con qualche minimo accorgimento potrebbe migliorare molto. Host molto gentile e sempre presente per ogni necessità. La pulizia iniziale andrebbe forse un po' più curata. Nulla di grave solo qualche piccola attenzione che manca. Ma nel complesso siamo state bene

• bairon74 (5/5): Passabile - La posizione ,si può raggiungere molte attrazioni a piedi in poco tempo, per il resto Atene è da visitare, è un Museo all' aperto,Bellissima Malgrado la mancata corrente non colpa del proprietario, che dopo vari messaggi è intervenuto e ha risolto il guasto, per essere onesta devo segnalare nonostante lo split dell' aria calda segnasse 28 gradi non era verità faceva freddo, per fortuna nell' appartamento c' era una stufetta elettrica, dalle foto si vede tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno, secondo il proprietario la colpa era della donna delle pulizie ,mancavano gli asciugamani ,le cose primarie sale ,olio aceto ,cialde caffè, vino, acqua tutte cose che sono bene evidenziate nelle foto dell' App, poi l'acqua della doccia ,dopo poco tempo diventa tiepida, mio marito l' ha dovuta fare il mattino seguente
• Mauro (9/5): - la posizione è centralissima, ottima soluzione per muoversi in tutte le direzioni. L'appartamento non è grandissimo ma è accogliente. Moto disponibile il proprietario. IL letto è comodo. avendo soggiornato per una settimana, sicuramente un armadio più capiente sarebbe stato meglio. qualche spugna per asciugare i lavandini sarebbe necessaria.

• Χαλκιαδάκη (7/5): - Ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης είχαμε άμεση επικοινωνία και μας έκανε και διευκόλυνση και τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω να σχολιάσω είναι ως προς την καθαριότητα του χώρου και ιδιαίτερα της τουαλέτας... Υπήρχαν υπολείμματα χαρτιού τουαλέτας στο πατώματα της τουαλέτας..
• Daniele (7/5): Sosta Improvvisa e soggiorno gradevole - Ho soggiornato senza preavviso a causa della cancellazione del mio volo di rientro. Proprietario molto disponibile e cortese, ci ha omaggiato di cialde per il caffè e ci ha permesso di posticipare il check out organizzandosi con la signora delle pulizie, anch'essa molto cordiale. Posizione centralissima a Syntagma, praticamente nel bel mezzo del passeggio negozi e bar. A piedi si raggiunge a pochi metri anche Plaka e Monastiraki. Pulizia ok, lenzuola, asciugamani e bagno tutto pulito. Nella strada c'è un bar-locale che di sera tiene musica fino a notte inoltrata (circa le 3.00 AM) ed era un po' fastidioso sia per questo che per le persone che ovviamente erano sedute nei tavolini esterni. Non capitava tutte le sere, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a riposare bene quando c'erano le serate. Purtroppo non è colpa del proprietario, ma è giusto farlo presente.

• Sakis (9/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Athens . . . - Very simple self check-in, apartment is just like the pictures. It has everything you need for a lovely stay in Athens. Next to Ermou street (100m) and very close to Metro stations Syntagma & Monastiraki. Host very helpful, answer all our questions. Apartment is opposite a bar, which make some noise late at night, but the host can do nothing about it.

• Rina (3/5): Poor - The location is perfect. The apartment was dirty, full of dust all over. The shower lokked awfull. Broken swinging,lots of dirt, sand. The fawcet is not stable. The small sheer gel, shampoo ect were used. The bedding were not streched over the bed , that gave you the feeling that the sheets were not changed. It was writen 40 m. Hardly 25m. ( measured it). Cant understand the scores in booking lately. Lots of miss scores that do not fit reality.

• Demet (5/5): perfect location but poor cleanness and comfort. - the location was really great, easy to reach all points of attraction by walking. ideal location to stay if you want to discover athens within short period of time. the host was very clear on giving us the instructions to access the property. the room was placed within a somewhat office building with an isolated entrance which made you feel a little bit uncomfortable. furthermore the room was not clean enough (like used soap left in the shower, hair in the water drain left from previous customers, a few small cockroaches running around etc.). the bed was very thin and soft which caused back pain for both of us.

It was a very secure building and Markos the owner was very polite and helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable, he provided step by step photo instructions to gain access plus arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, 5 star service, amenities and location. Great work Markos, we will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family. Everything was perfect 👌

Just notification for people, who require a quiet at night. Only on Saturday evening there is a restaurant with loud music right down below the window.

• Angela (8/5): Couple in Athens - Good location. Comfy bed and shower. Provision of toiletries, washing up liquid, Etc. Also crockery. Noise from bar opposite particularly on weekends. The owner needs to repair the sink in the bathroom which leaks. Also the tap in kitchen leaks . There were no cloths /sponge to wash up with. There was only one knife in the apartment to eat with and no sharp knives to cut bread or fruit/vegetables with. There was no corkscrew.
