• Judith (5/5): - בעל הבית הגיב במהירות וניסה לעזור. היה צריך לתקן משהו והוא שלח מישהו לתקן. צ'ק-אין מוקדם ונוח. מיטה נוחה. Responsive. מקלחת קטנה מדי, רעש מבחוץ באמצע הלילה בכל הלילות, דברים קטנים היו חסרים במטבח. הדירה פחות מתאימה לתיירים.

• Νικόλαος (9/5): Αξιοπρεπέστατο! Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά! - Κεντρικά και με εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ήσυχο σημείο. Ωραίο το δωμάτιο. Άνετο το στρώμα. Προσέφερε ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Υπήρχαν τα πάντα. Θα βόλευε ακόμη περισσότερο εάν είχε και καμιά θέση Πάρκιγκ πχ στο υπόγειο. Το πιστολάκι ήταν αρκετά παλιό και δεν βοηθούσε στο στέγνωμα μαλλιών. Χρειάζεται και απλώστρα ρούχων αρτιμελή διότι όλες ήταν μισές αφού ήταν σπασμένες οι ακτίνες.

• Andrei Mihai (10/5): - Ha sido lo que necesitaba: un sitio tranquilo al cerca de la NTUA para ir y venir sin problemas. Cerca hay bastantes sitios para comer y si se quiere visitar la ciudad, la parada de metro de Katehaki está a 15 minutos andando. La ducha es bastante pequeña. No soy un tipo pequeño ducharse es un ejercicio que requiere de un poco de habilidad si no quieres poner el baño chorreando.
• Armando (7/5): Potrebbe essere meglio con poco sforzo - Che è dotata di una buona aria condizionata, ha una buona ubicazione vicina alla metro (15' a piedi), con dei bar sotto, un supermercato a 10', un terrazzino. Bagno piccolo e non in buonissimo stato, utensili per cucinare pocchi e in male stato.

• David (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable bed, sunny apartemenet. The view is a hospital, which was for me very calming and also quiet (never heard any ambulance). It's a quiet street, not a main street. Close to the main street and metro. The shower is small, you can barely move.
• Teck (9/5): A home away from home. - Paidon is everything it advertised. And a perfect place to stay as my end-of-trip accommodation. I was able to do simple cooking, launder all my dirty clothing and, of course, see more of Athens and Greece. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where I caught the X95 express bus to the airport. And the boss was very professional, polite and pleasant in handling my requests. Nothing at all.
• Deniz (8/5): A good and comfortable experience. - The place was pretty comfortable and one can find most of the things that they need (kitchen stuff, towels etc.). Besides, despite being a bit far way from the city center, there is a bus stop nearby and you can go anywhere by taking one of them.

• Lefteris (2/5): Would not visit again, the room I stayed in was nothing like the pictures. Scammy behaviour. - The location is very good, with easy access to most of the city. Good restaurants around and coffee shops, mini markets, pharmacies, anything you need. The apartment I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures above. If I knew that the place would be like this I wouldn't book it to be honest. Sad, but this is scammy behaviour.

Good communication with owner. Enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you I went in November, and it was a little bit chilly in the evening.

• Nikola (2/5): It has to be better - There are several nice cafes, food shops and bakeries in the area. It is easy to reach all important points from the address with the help of public transport. From the beginning, the communication with the owner was "cold". When we entered the accommodation, it was immediately clear to us that it was not the room we had paid for in advance. We were told that there is no other accommodation, but we paid for something else. We were greeted by very dirty and untidy accommodation. The remains of all the previous guests could be seen. The bed and pillows were in very, very, very bad shape. Every morning after waking up, our backs and necks hurt. The dishes and cutlery were dirty. There was no dish cloth, no detergent... The walls are dirty, no table to eat, no table on the balcony, desperate! Everything was very bad, not up to standard for the price paid. And let me not forget - the shower cabin is approximately 0.64m2. It seems that the only thing that matters to the owner is the money he makes - this is not hospitality.

• Patrik (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect value for its price with easy access to the city center. The host is really helpful and super easy to reach. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. The walls are a little thin so it's easy to hear noises inside the building, but it's not too disturbing and that's the only negative I can think of.

• David (9/5): Superb - It is a nice place to stay my bed was very comfortable and good space but small shower in the room central with supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and public transport near by and the metro station 20 minutes walk there is a restaurant just below the apartment which is a life saver if you get to apartment in the evening

• Adrmsousa (7/5): Good - Good location (close to restaurant/coffee shop, bus, safe and quiet area around), easy communication with owner, air conditioning available, comfortable bed, modern building The photos did not match the apartment that was provided and so the bathroom areas were smaller: the shower area is really small, we could barely move around. The bed was also different and had a bar at the end of the bed, which can be uncomfortable for taller people. Some things could be improved (blinds in the kitchen) and overall furniture

• Nikolaos (6/5): Decent for a short stay - The facilities are new. The room was in the top floor, had undisturbed view, was quite and in general clean. The kitchenette was adequately equiped for a short stay. The communication with the staff was good. The air-condition unit needed maintenance since it was smelling unpleasantly and thus its use was impossible. In the afternoon the room was really warm. The bathroom required better cleaning especially from the humidity-induced mold. The couch was not fitting in the room and was blocking the balcony door.
• E. (10/5): Everything has caught up to our expectations, and it was a comfortable stay. - It was a clean/neat apartment, we generally spent the time there to sleep and shower. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom, nothing much to say. Caught up to our expectations :) We couldn't figure out how to enable hot water in the shower, but since it was summer time and the heat was really high, we didn't need it much in the first place.

• Máté (7/5): Great location, apartment has good value for price. - The apartment is at a great location, the nearest metro station is around 10 mins by walk. There's also a great restaurant just next to the apartment. The center is quite close by public transportation. Despite the issues with the cleaning staff - as I mention it below - and the noises outside of the apartment & slim walls, I very much recommend the place. The cleaning staff did not prepare the apartment until check-in time and I had to wait until the evening to get my apartment cleaned by them. They didn't actually do a proper job, left the fridge uncleaned and did not prepare any shower gel and soap. However, the host was very helpful to solve this issue and instructed me throughout the day so I have to emphasize that it was not his fault by the external cleaning staff. One other thing I did not like was the slim wall and all the loud noises around closing doors and etc.

Wifi worked very well Very small shower with curtain. Very little cutlery in the kitchen and little amount of electricity plugs in the kitchen as well as in the room. No cutting board neither a sharp knife. Too little toilet paper. The walls should be refreshed because in many places a paint was missing especially in the bedroom.
• Anna (8/5): Clean, comfortable, and simple - Simple, clean, and no fuss. I stayed here for 13 days and it was quiet and the room had everything a tenant would need. The location is in the city center but not in a great place or very close to the metro.
