• María Antonia (8/5): A pesar de alguna carencia de material que tiene el apto., su ubicación y amplitud lo hacen genial!! - Ubicación excelente. Amplio apartamento con aire acondicionado, (muy necesario si viajas en verano), ascensor (aunque sea sólo para dos personas). Camas cómodas (dos camas de matrimonio). Cubertería muy muy escasa: estábamos 3 personas y justo había sólo 3 tenedores y 3 cucharillas;-cuchillos y cucharas más-.También necesario poner alguna sopera más y bayeta para el fregadero (sólo hay estropajo). La habitación que se comunica con el salón, mejor poner algún biombo o cortina para darle algo más de intimidad, ya que está todo en espacio diáfano.

• Laura (10/5): Great stay in the heart of the happenings - The property was close to metro, historical sites, restaurants and it provided plenty of space for our family of 4 with two teens to spread out when we came back home. Super comfy beds, kitchen allowed us to make breakfasts and coffee at home before exploring.
• Denise (6/5): Great sized two room apartment easy walking distance to all the tourist spots without the high cost. - large open front room with open bedroom and second bedroom in back. large bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Close walking proiximity 10-15 minutes to Acopololis and other Changing of Guards etc. Full kitchen and full referigerator, microwave, etc. Neighborhood safe to walk around late, down further away from tourist area is a fantasticlly delicious and inexpensive fresh made slovaki and gyri sandwich shop, across that intersection is a coffee and bakery stand and a block behind is a traditional Greek Taverna Restaurant all where the locals eat at the local's prices instead of the tourist area prices. Great price privacy and safety walking area away from the tourist bustle if you can deal with the vehicle noise. Back bedroom AC system does not cool off or circulate air very well. Fortunately front room area works extra well. It is on a main busy car and truck driving street, which you can hear. So need ear plugs to sleep in the front room and bed ( but if you spend all day walking Athens you can fall asleep quickly). The shower was supplied with soaps and shampoos, but not cleaned very well unfortunately. Towels were a bit rough and thin , and no towels for kitchen area. Be prepared there are 8-10 marble stairs without any handrails to enter from street door to the bottom floor to use the small elevator.
• Peter (4/5): Although the host attempted to rectify issues over the phone, the standard of the apartment didn’t meet the needs of my - Location and size of the rooms. A bucket was placed under the basin to catch the water leaking from the basin. Also the washing machine was constantly leaking during a cycle. Furthermore, the bathroom needs a renovation to host guests in the future.

• Gustavo (10/5): Excellent apartment in a perfect location - Beautiful apartment at an excellent location. We were 3 with plenty of space. Very comfortable. Every tour we took started some blocks away, he had no need for transportation.

• Yossi (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is on the Main Street. It is very loud and noisy. The balcony was dirty, the coffee and sugar was so old and not clean, the smell of the house was not good
• Francesco (5/5): Nice location but dirty and frowzy apartment - Nice location It was very dirty. We found spots of coffee on the table, used kleenex under the bed, used soap bar in the shower, black spots all over the bathroom floor, hair on the floor, dirty cups and cutlery. Lights not working on the bedside and in the living room. Pictures look much nicer than what really is. Main entrance without lights working except for the one near the elevator but you need to do a full set of stairs in the dark to reach it.

• Sofia (10/5): Nice stay! - the apartment was really big, great for 3/4 people. It is important to note that the second room is an open space that is next to the hall and kitchen/living room area, but it worked perfectly for us. It is really close to the metro stop “acropoli” and around 10-15 minutes walk to the main spots like plaka. It is located in a busy avenew but if the windows are closed you do not hear a lot of noise. Both of the rooms have air conditioning The elevator did not work on the last day and we has to carry our luggage down the stairs, but maybe we were unlucky and it does not happen often
• A (8/5): Location !!! - Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Lighting was poor. Enclosed shower would have been better. Pilows are not comfortable.

• Keith (7/5): Good apt., questionable mangement - I feel very ambivalent The apt. was fine But I was left waiting in the street for an extra hour and a half waiting for George the manager to show up And the was for a 3pm check in! He said he hadn't received any of my messages. Of course he had. He only had to msg me the code for the lock box. That's all I needed from him. And then we had some clothes stuck in the washing machine- the door wouldn't open. To his credit he showed up but not without a several calls from me. (We were leaving in the morning). Of course he was resentful and pretended he didn't know we were vacating the apt. in the morning. Give me a break. So that's why I feel ambivalent about this property. Lackadaisical management.
• Roman (9/5): 2 nights in Athens - Very good location near from pedestrian zone, 10 minutes to Acropolis by walk. Sufficient equipment for short term stay, enough place for 4 people. Too much disinfection, the flat smelled of chlorine.

• Mykhailo (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment in the center of Athens for a good price. The host is super helpful and friendly. He helped us with the transfer from the airport despite we had a very late flight and a huge delay.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the owner helped us with all our questions, the location of the apartment is excellent, the Acropolis is very close, the metro is also close. I highly recommend these apartments.
• Ct (10/5): Exceptional - clean and great location cons - host was not forthcoming with check in instructions which was stressful, despite multiple messages prior to arrival that we do not have wifi/phone data and concerns due to late arrival in evening. Eventually taxi driver helped with calling host during the car ride to apartment. pros - once checked in, host was very responsive and helpful. would recommend
