• Einar (10/5): En førsteklasses leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet. - En meget pen, velutstyrt og komfortabel leilighet i femte etasje med fin balkong. Beliggenheten nær de største attraksjonene og like ved en metrostasjon kunne ikke vært bedre. Nøkkelen ble enkelt hentet i en butikk like ved.

• Dominique (9/5): J’y retournerais volontiers. - J’ai aimé les attentions de l’hôtel, l’emplacement dans un quartier près de l’acropole, du métro, mais plein de restos moins chers qu’à Plaka. J’ai aimé me sentir chez quelqu’un avec sa déco. Très personnelle et les beaux meubles (pas du IKEA). Cuisine bien équipée, le café fourni. Il y a un bain. La douche est une douchette et c’est compliqué de ne pas arroser partout. Le matelas est très ferme. Cela serait pratique qu’une douillette soit enlevée de la penderie pour libérer une étagère.

We were met by the host who showed us round the apartment and explained how things worked. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was warm with a good sized balcony. Only thing was that no channels in English could be found on the tv.

Molto comoda la posizione vicino alla fermata metro Syggrou. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge l'Acropoli. Il proprietario Thanos è stato molto disponibile e accogliente, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni e i consigli utili durante la nostra permanenza a Miracolo.

• Natalia (9/5): Nice accommodation at reasonable price - We liked this apartment. It is big for two people. It has big balcony. The location is convenient, we walked everywhere. When I looked at the google street pictures, I was scared a little bit. But in reality it is not bad. Kitchen is well equipped, but with the food places all around, we didn't cook much. Despite of little intricacies, I would stay in the apartment again. I would not say that we dislike it, but I would like to give some points to other travelers. Shower isa part of the bath tab, and it is weird. If you have any mobility issues, getting out of the bath tab can be an issue. The wifi is not fast enough for (my husband had to work, unfortunately, and when he worked, I can't do much on the internet). Apartment has a lot of little rugs, which might be a cute touch, but they are sliding on the floor and could be a falling hazard. Regular water heater is solar. When it is raining, you need to turn on electric heater. There is no information about it. We took cold shower before asking the owner what's wrong. We got a response immediately, but would appreciate this information somewhere in the apartment description. The elevator in the building was tiny. We proffered walking the stairs everyday, but for people with mobility problems it will be an issue.

A szemközti , 5.emeleti lakás teraszán őrült módra ugat egy kutya, késő este is, ez külső szemlélőnek felfoghatatlan.

• Christos (10/5): A wonderful stay with everything we needed and a host who made us feel truly at home! - The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always replying to my messages and questions quickly and politely. He went above and beyond by providing us with fantastic recommendations on where to eat and what to see around Athens. We followed his suggestions and were never disappointed. He personally met us to hand over the keys, helped with our suitcases, and gave us a thorough tour of the house. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped for a stress-free and relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a capsule coffee machine (with plenty of capsules provided), basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, spices etc.), a full range of utensils and appliances, and even a dishwasher with cleaning supplies. The living space is comfortable and welcoming, with two sofas and a TV, and the bedroom offers ample wardrobe space and a comfy large bed. A cot was also provided for our stay for our daughter. The bathroom is well-equipped too, with a washing machine (detergent provided), good water pressure, and modern fittings. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable thanks to the owner’s recently upgraded plan, which shows his commitment to improving the guest experience. The apartment also has air conditioning (living room and bedroom) and a ceiling fan (bedroom) to keep cool during summer, plus a lovely balcony where you can relax, watch the lively street below, and even catch a glimpse of the Acropolis. The building is well maintained, with two working elevators providing easy access to the fifth-floor apartment. Finally, the location is superb. Koukaki is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and it has a fantastic local vibe. The Acropolis Museum is just a 5-minute walk away, the Acropolis itself about 10 minutes, and the city centre is only 25 minutes on foot, through the charming and picturesque Plaka district. Parking in the area can be a little challenging at times, and the streets occasionally get busy with traffic. That said, the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping at night. For peace of mind, there’s also a convenient paid car park at Syggrou-Fix metro station (about a 5-minute walk away) if no street parking is available, which is useful to know, even though we never actually needed to use it during our stay.

• Kate (9/5): Recommend for staying - Nice and caring host. Good apartment, but a little tired. Lots of kitchen equipment. Washing machine, balconies. Perfect bedroom. Couldn't manage the coffee maker, but maybe that's my problem. It was nice to cook in the kitchen, lots of things you didn't need to buy (coffee, tea, sugar, butter, etc.) - this is very valuable for a short stay. Walking distance to Plaka and the Parthenon. Shop nearby. Metro nearby. Cozy balconies Some things look outdated or too personal to be left in a rented accommodation (soap, some other small things). I would really ask the owner to remove the russian nesting doll from the room decor - it looks out of place in terms of style and it is very sensitive for guests from Ukraine.

Una terraza agradable y aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio, cosa imprescindible en agosto si vas a Atenas. Propietario pendiente y proporciona mucha información sobre sitios donde ir, comer o azoteas donde tomar algo en Atenas. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varios días incluyendo una lavadora, que viene muy bien si llevas varios días viajando por Grecia.

Thanos is really nice and warm - met us when we arrived and gave a thorough walk through of the place and facilities, sent us food recommendations and checked how things were going along the way :) The apartment itself is very conveniently located less than 5 mins from the metro and very walkable and close to the main attractions. Plenty of food options around and a convenience store directly across the road. The space is great with everything you'd need - like a home away from home. Definitely our best stay amongst 3 apartments during this trip 😊 Nothing - it's a really wonderful place

• Levia (9/5): Superb - Everything is great. The host was very nice, the location is convenient - all you need by foot. The apartment is cozy, beautiful, there is everything you might need jyst like at home. Highly recommended. The water pressure in the shower is weak.
• Madeline (10/5): All-around Great! - The apartment was lovely, roomy and fully equipped. Even in November the huge balcony was a treat. Best of all was my host Thanos, who is an expert guide to Athens as well as a knowledgeable, caring and attentive host. The location is great. A few steps away is a pedestrian area filled with a variety of restaurants. Close by are a number of museums and a metro stop. The street leads directly to the Acropolis Museum where there are dozens more restaurants and from where you can walk uphill to the Acropolis or follow a narrow winding shopping street that takes you past some important ruins, has small side streets leading into quiet areas of the Plaka or, if you continue on it, goes directly into a choice area of central Athens.

• Susan (10/5): Spacious rental with a great location ! - Spacious accommodations for us. So nice to have enough room that we weren't underfoot of each other. The host was more than accommodating. Had coffee pods, a bottle of water in the mini fridge. Maps and information was on the counter for us. The location is convenient for walking to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum as well as coffee shops, restaurants, bars and grocers. On our last day we found a great cafe' 2 blocks away. Could have eaten there daily. Thanos was a considerate host and was always available if we had questions via phone or texting through Booking.com. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to be away from the crowds of the nearby squares and are looking to exploring by foot. The street can a bit noisy with the daily city sounds but we slept well regardless. We didn't even need earplugs! Don't judge the accomodations by the entry. It is typical for the area, just a little dark and well worn.

The elevator is old and very small, but Thanks God it worked and was very helpful to have it!

• Mioduszewski (10/5): This apartment was our favorite on our trip to Europe. - This apartment was so comfortable and spacious. It was the best value of the 7 cities we traveled to in Europe. It is located one block from Singrou Fix train station and within walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka. We felt very safe at all hours. It was furnished comfortably and tastefully. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, soap and even tea, coffee and some spices, oils etc. We really felt at home. There wasn't anything we would change.

• Rachel (10/5): Amazing location in a beautiful apartment - The location was perfect with lots of shops, cafes and bars around. It was easily walkable to all of the major sites of Athens. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you needed, including a great balcony with an amazing view. The apartment owner was very kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the stay.

• Victor (10/5): An amazing apartment at a great location - This is one of the best apartments I've stayed in while traveling! It's extremely spacious, the living room is very comfy and with a nice balcony, the bed is awesome. the kitchen is fully equipped, right down to the spices. The location was also perfect. The neighborhood is very close to all the attractions and public transport, but a very local-cool vibe. Many nice cafes and bars around. everything was great!

• Marieke (9/5): We loved the place and will definitely rent it again, when we return to Athens! - Great place in Koukaki in Athens. We were there for 8 days and enjoyed it very much. Comfortable beds, quiet apartment on the top floor of a residential building. It has everything, a decent sized living room, separate bedroom with wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom all fine. There was even a washing machine. We didn't use it, but very handy if you stay for a longer period. The contact with the owner was always very friendly and he responded quickly. We didn't meet him, as a friend of us waited at the apartment to hand us the keys when we arrived, but we found the contacts with him always very nice. We would have given the place a 10 if the shower head had been a little higher and a little less wobbly. It wasn't a big deal, not at all, but my husband is quite tall and hardly fit under the shower head ;-)

Fantastic location in what felt like a very safe area near many restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the main attractions eg Acropolis and museum. Host was very responsive and flexible with our questions and requirements. The location was also within walking distance of the main car hire companies city centre drop off. Highly recommend. Nothing.
• Helene (8/5): Hopefully this will become our “go to” Athens stay. - This is a very comfortable apartment in a great location close to some excellent restaurants and metro and in walking distance of Acropolis, museums, Plaka and Syntagma (as we like to walk ).Our host Thanos could not have been more helpful. Comfy bed, great balcony, a good kitchen, a washing machine and as a bonus, having a separate living room was very useful for laptop work. It was great to have the extra space. This could become a home away from home for us. I’ve always wanted to live in an Athens apartment and this was a good experience! The apartment is in an older building (like most around) and the lifts are not that great - sometimes they didn’t come up to our floor when called. A bit disconcerting.
• Tomasz (10/5): Perfect place for a few days in Athens - Very good location - 200m from metro and trams. Walking distance to Acropolis and Plaka, but far enough to avoid noise from night life. Many nice restaurants, caffees and shops in the neighborhood. Well maintained appartment, I especially liked coffee or drink at the balcony in the night. It's the 5th floor, so you can see the sky (and Philopappos hill and a bit of Acropolis - if you are tall enough :)) Thanos was very helpful and easy to get in touch. Some noise from passing cars during the night if windows are open, though acceptable.
• Mercedeh (4/5): Unless they fix the small- I do not recommend this place- despairing finding everything else pleasant. - Location and the owner who was very nice and supportive The smell- this is an old apartment and the pipes smell- the entire apartment was smelling bathroom odor- we have to leave the windows open- otherwise this is a pretty nice apartment.
• Tom (10/5): On the ball host with a comfy flat in a perfect part of town. - It was a terrific apartment in a fabulous neighborhood, close to so many things, including a short walk to the Acropolis and the Metro/Hop-on-Hop-off stations. Great air conditioning and comfortable layout. Thanos even installed a new Wi-Fi system on the spot when his system was acting wonky. He also helped guide us to getting concert tickets. Charming man. Nothing.

• Boles (10/5): Fabulous - The neighborhood was save, I felt comfortable going out at night as I solo female traveler. Location was great, lots of neighborhood restaurants , shops, major attractions all within walking distance. The host was fabulous, made recommendations checked in to make sure I was able to get in the apartment, checked with me during the week to see if I needed anything. I will definitely stay here again.

• Ofer (10/5): Great place to stay in athens - Thanos was amazing. Very helpful, recommended things to do in Athens. Tanos was available on WhatsApp for anything we needed during our stay. The apartment is very close to the Eye Center and the Acropolis (less than 10 minutes walk). The apartment is clean and tidy. And also close to a convenient public transportation route to all of Athens

• Shihua (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this property is excellent! It is so close to Metro and 5 min walk to Odeon which makes the sightseeing in Athens so easy. The host is wonderful and he provided very useful information. The check-in was very easy. I would highly recommend staying in this place.
• Clare (10/5): Comfortable flat in pleasant neighbourhood, with very helpful host - Good location, near to public transport - especially the metro, good restaurants and a very pleasant neighbourhood. Lovely walk up the Philopappos hill with great views of the Acropolis. Thanos our host was most helpful, arranging taxi from the airport, being there to greet us and explain the flat, and being available for any problems. The flat was on the fifth floor with a lift. It was comfortable, spacious, light, well equipped with a balcony and views.
• Pamela (9/5): We felt lucky to find this apartment. The location and the host are outstanding. - Miracolo is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the location can't be beat. The bed is very comfortable. There are two lifts in the building, both right outside the door to the apartment, so you never have to wait long. It's a short walk to the metro and also to the area of the Acropolis museum and not too far to Syntagma Square. The area has everything: a mini-market across the street, two supermarkets a short distance away; many convenient pharmacies and stores. We can't say enough about the helpfulness of the host in terms of suggesting places to visit and to eat. We stayed one month and will be returning in May for a few days and again in June. Just across the street, Kalamaki is a good and inexpensive place to eat, one of numerous options in the area. The washing machine was so useful. Miracolo is a good value for the price. The kitchen is well equipped but a microwave would be a nice addition. You have to step into the bathtub to use the shower, which will not be a problem for most people. We are an older couple and we managed.

Thanos is a very nice person, easily available when you need extra-informations and very attentive to his guests. Miracolo is definitely a right choice to enjoy Athens, thank you Thanos, we will be back! no significant negative points

The location is perfect and so is the apartment which is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean .It’s located one block away to the Metro station and walking distance to the Acropolis. Thanos made sure that EVERYTHING we needed was provided.. For the price, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Athens. Absolutely nothing except that we had to leave!

Thanos (our host) couldn't have been more helpfull, arranging taxis both to collect us from the airport and to take us back. We had three nights in Athens within easy walk of the Acropolis, the old fleamarket with easy access to the metro if we wanted to go further. We had three nights in Athens and tgus was just the perfect base to explore and experience the city. A gem. Cant recommend it highly enough.

• Zita (10/5): Friendly apartment in a very good neighborhood. - The apartment is very familiar, I felt at home immediately. Clean, comfortable bed, TV, washing machine, super equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is completely safe, Syntagma square is 3 tram stops away, the Acropolis and Plaka are 7 minutes away on foot. At the bottom of the house is the bakery, with super cakes (goodbye diet...), opposite a small shop. There are several restaurants in the area, Kalamaki Bistro is a very good choice. The host Thanos was very helpful, he arranged the morning transfer to the airport which was also fine. -
