• DaoH (7/5): 싼게 비지떡/You get what you pay for - 호스트와 영어로의 소통이 굉장히 원활하고 질문에 즉각 답변해줍니다. 그리고 숙소가 도심에 있어서 근처에 레스토랑이나 유적지 방문하기가 쉽습니다. 무엇보다 새벽에 아테네에 당도하는 일정이라 밤에 이동하는데 두려움이 있었지만 숙소가 X95버스 정류장과 약 7분 거리에 있어서 안심하고 올수 있었습니다. 숙박료가 굉장히 저렴하고 공항버스 근처라 예약했는데 싼게 비지떡 이라고 시설은 기대하지 마세요. Communication with the host in English is very smooth, and responses to questions are provided immediately. The accommodation is located in the city center, making it easy to visit nearby restaurants and historical sites. Since we arrived in Athens in the early morning, we were initially worried about traveling at night, but the property is about a 7-minute walk from the X95 airport bus stop, which made the arrival feel safe and convenient. We booked this place mainly because the price was very low and it is close to the airport bus route, but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” so do not expect high-quality facilities. First, this accommodation is very different from the photos. The kitchen and bathroom (combined toilet and shower) are quite outdated. The kitchen is dark and poorly ventilated, and the refrigerator is noisy, so we had to keep both the kitchen and bedroom doors closed while sleeping. In the bathroom, there is a sewage smell coming up from the drain, and drain flies are present. The toilet brush is broken, with the head separated from the handle, making it unusable. To get hot water, you need to press the button about 40 minutes in advance. The wardrobe in the bedroom is also very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The space is quite small for one adult and two children (aged 14 and 12). It is more suitable for a couple or a family with one pre-school-aged child. The high metal table and chairs placed in the hallway are very uncomfortable for dining, and the space is also very limited. 우선 이 숙소는 사진과 실제가 매우 다릅니다. 주방과 욕실(화장실 겸용)은 상당히 낙후되어 있습니다. 주방은 어둡고 환기가 잘 되지 않으며, 냉장고 소음이 커서 잘 때는 주방 문과 침실 문을 모두 닫아야 했습니다. 욕실에서는 하수구 냄새가 올라오고, 나방파리가 날아다닙니다. 변기솔은 머리부분과 몸체가 분리되어 있어 사용할 수 없고 따뜻한 물을 사용하려면 40분전에 버튼을 눌러야 합니다. 침실의 옷장 역시 매우 낡고 더러우며 관리가 제대로 되어 있지 않습니다. 성인 1명과 14세, 12세 아이가 지내기에는 상당히 비좁습니다. 커플 혹은 미취학 아동 한명이 포함된 가족에게 알맞는 크기의 아파트 입니다. 복도에 놓인 높은 철제 테이블과 의자는 식사하기에는 매우 불편하고 공간도 협소합니다.

• John (8/5): Great to be near all the sights. - The location was brilliant, so close to everything. Very easy to get the airport bus to Syntagma Square and then easily walk to place. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Just be aware that the shower is over a bath.

Our landlord is very generous and kind, they provided almost everything we need during our stay, from welcome drinks, full kitchenware and utensils, all kinds of household stuffs! • ΧΑΡΑ (6/5): Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία - Πολύ κεντρικό διαμέρισμα, το βρήκαμε εύκολα. Οι οδηγίες για τα κλειδιά ήταν σαφείς, δεν δυσκολευτηκαμε καθόλου. Ασφαλής πολυκατοικία. Πολύ μικρό και σκοτεινό . Δεν πρέπει να βάζουν μέσα 5 άτομα γιατί δεν χωράνε. Το κρεβάτι ήταν κολλημένο πάνω στα ντουλάπια με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε.

Especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Strict usage of hot water was annoying. And then there was a strange curtain over the bed which couldn't be removed?

• Maria (10/5): I am really satisfied staying at this apartment. The host, facilities and location are all outstanding. - 1. Location- Walking distance from the main attractions 2. Facilities- Well equipped with over basic facilities (e.g. washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, utensils, cookery, iron, hair dryer). Towels were also provided by the host. 3. Host- Stella, the host is so caring, friendly, and very responsive. She prepared us with homemade Greek ouzo and also stuffed the fridge with ice tea and juice. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. 4. Space- the apartment is very spacious for 3 of us to stay 5. Cleanliness- the apartment is very clean. I could find any dust on the floor. 1. Very difficult to unlock the door to the apartment . I have to try many times before I managed to open it. Hopefully, the door lock can be fixed for the ease of other guests. 2. The double bed mattress is comfortable, however, it kept moving around.

• Simmons (7/5): Clean property at great location, albeit dated - The property was very close to many attractions in Athens. The neighbourhood has many dining options,. While the neighbourhood was very quiet at night, it felt safe walking around. The host was very helpful and communicated well. The property was very clean and confortable for a stay. The property was very dated and worn down. It has a feeling from the 70's. Significant renovation is required, especially for the bathroom. Most of the cupboards didn't close properly.

Inside, there were various facilities such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and tableware, and it was quiet, so I could rest well and the accommodation fee was also low.
• Julija (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and amazing host, Stella was very helpful and caring, it was overall a great experience. You will find everything you need and more in this appartment, her homemade ouzo was a nice surprise and we really enjoyed it :) Highly recommended for a relaxing family stay in the heart of Athens!
