We appreciated the big mirror besides the bathroom mirror to make getting ready easier. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet. We struggled to find it. It is above an animal hospital but not next to a CVS but rather a little grocer.

Beds come with heated pads which is so nice and warm during winter months. Washing basin is really small but we made it work by using the kitchen sink as well. Location is walkable to different train staions/lines so really convenient to move around. WiFi is great! Could connect up to 8 devices, I think, and at high speed. The Sofa bed should probably be replaced soon. It was slanted in an angle whereby the leg resting part is higher than the head part.

• Veronika (9/5): Facilities that are out of this world, so if you can afford it, it's worth it! - This was hands down one of the best apartment hotels I've stayed at. There was plenty of room, which is rare for hotels in Tokyo, and the facilities were amazing. Self-heated beds, a roomy kitchen with all necessities, a living room and kitchen table where you can hang out and a nice bathroom. There was even a small storage space where you could hang up your clothes and store your luggage! The location is pretty good too, being near Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was in awe, perfect for when you're staying in Tokyo for a longer period of time with company. I struggle to come up with criticism but if I have to try, you could tell the shower was a bit poorly made with uneven mouldings, but it didn't really negatively impact our short stay. The precheck-in was a bit confusing but once we were at the location, the self-check-in went smoothly.

Hot water and internet worked great. Quiet apartment. Heated beds, AC/Heat worked great. Washing machine was convenient. I was happy with the flexibility of late checkout and the food delivery every morning that the owners sent at no extra charge. The toilet is a bit small and is also located next to the kitchen with a common ceiling for the kitchen and toilet.

[위생 상태] 침구류가 아주 깨끗하고 청결했으며 전반적인 청소 상태와 위생 상태가 좋았습니다. [침대] 4인 가족 1인 1침대가 가능했고 서브로 소파형 침대도 사용할 수 있었지만 굳이 쓰진 않았어요. 침대 아래에 스페어 침구류도 준비되어 있어서 5인 이상 가족이라면 정말 가성비 높게 머무르실 수 있는 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다. [생활용품 준비] -4박 묵는 동안 남을 정도로 넉넉하게 수건이 준비되어 있었습니다. -세탁, 건조가 모두 가능하며 세제도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었어요. -1회용 슬리퍼가 사람 수대로 준비되어 있었어요. -식기류나 수저 등도 잘 구비되어 있어요. -물도 큰 사이즈 2개 있어서 1개만 따로 사서 마셨어요. -전기포트 있어서 편리해요. -드라기이가 있어서 좋아요. -가습기는 있었는데 사용하진 않았어요. -주방세제와 수세미도 깔끔하게 준비되어 있어요. -정말 흡수력 좋은 핑크색 예쁜 행주가 맘에 들었어요. [체크 포인트!] 이런 식기류나 조리 도구가 잘 준비되어 있어 여행 경비 중 식비 부분을 많이 아낄 수 있었어요. [소음] 저녁 시간에도 옆 집 말소리가 조금 들리긴 했지만 조용한 편이었습니다. 10시 이후 조용히 해 달라는 안내문이 많은 도움이 되었다고 생각합니다. [특장점] 1.전기장판이 침대마다 깔려있어서 피곤한 몸을 따뜻하게 노곤노곤하게 피로를 풀어주어 너무너무 좋았습니다. 일본은 온돌이 없어서 바닥이 차가운데 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 2.특히 다리에 붙이는 파스? 같은 미용제품을 챙겨주셔서 많이 걸어서 피곤하고 아프던 종아리와 발목 등에 붙일 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다. [서비스] 해리포터 방문하는 날 비가 왔는데 우산이 각 숙소 현관 앞과 1층에 구비되어있어 너무 잘 사용했어요. [TMI] 근처 세븐 일레븐에서 구매할 수 있는 콩반찬은 최고의 간식이었습니다. 여러모로 호스트의 센스에 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 일본 도쿄 여행, 특히 신주꾸 중심으로 동선을 계획하시는 가족 단위 여행객이시라면 1순위로 추천드리는 숙소입니다. 개수대에 물이 잘 내려가지 않는 구조가 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

• jill (8/5): It fit the 4 of us and after busy days sightseeing it was a quiet space to come home to. - It fit 4 of us. Not always easy in Japan. Thank goodness for the washer/dryer combo. That helped a lot. Bathroom layout took some getting used to but we managed. Close to 7-11’s and pizza-la for food and necessities. Blinds on the window need replacing. They are dirty, coffee maker works good just stained and needs a good cleaning, microwave too. A little closet would be helpful but a hanging rack is provided it’s just small.

• Peck Lin (10/5): - Love the location which is 3 min from the Akebonobashi subway, love the heater and heated bed, allows us to leave our luggage much earlier, love the pocket wifi, washer & dryer, kitchen utensils provided, etc. The bathroom is a bit old, may need some fresh paint over some rusted area. The double bed a bit old and a bit sink-in. The other 2 beds are ok.

• Linley (5/5): Decent but would not rebook. - Washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. Major issues with the bathroom and shower. Water temperature and water pressure was very average and the shower set up meant everything got wet and was difficult to navigate with no other privacy options. This was a deal breaker when you are craving some self-care after long and physical days.

• Christian (8/5): Schönes Apartment für fünf Personen im Herzen von Tokio - Größer als erwartet. Ausstattung vollständig. Praktische Lage zwischen zwei U-Bahn Stationen allerdings mit etwas Fußmarsch verbunden. Interessantes Kneipenviertel, Straße um die Ecke, aber mit Familie uninteressant. Kostenloser mobiler WLAN Router wird gestellt, das hatten wir gar nicht berücksichtigt. Ruhige Lage immer noch zentral in Tokio. Die Anmeldung über das Tablet im Eingangsbereich war etwas hakelig, da der Touchscreen nicht so gut funktionierte. Aber nachdem das überwunden war, hat alles gepasst. Das Bild des Gebäudes ist etwas abschreckend, weil ein Müllberg vor dem Hauseingang liegt, den es tatsächlich gibt, weil so die Müllabfuhr den Müll in dieser Gegend abholt. Dies lässt aber keine Rückschlüsse auf den Zustand des Apartments zu. Der ist tipptopp.
