• Anja (10/5): Perfekt gelegenes Apartment im Herzen von Athen - Wer Athen zu Fuß erkunden möchte, ist hier genau richtig: Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral, alles ist bequem erreichbar. Ein Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke macht auch die Anreise mit dem Auto stressfrei. Das Apartment selbst hat uns rundum überzeugt – sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage läuft leise und zuverlässig, und die Fenster lassen sich dank Fliegengitter auch nachts vollständig öffnen. Kurz: Es funktioniert wirklich alles. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der herzliche Empfang noch vor der Ankunft: Über eine übersichtliche Webseite erhält man alle wichtigen Infos zur Unterkunft sowie persönliche Empfehlungen für die Stadt – eine wirklich durchdachte und praktische Idee. Die Gastgeberin ist zudem jederzeit gut erreichbar und ausgesprochen freundlich. Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolute Weiterempfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ///

• Carol (7/5): - Ottima la posizione, a pochi min a piedi da Monastiraki, e l’ambiente era pulito e abbastanza accogliente. La porta d’entrata dell’edificio era un po’ rotta efaceva fatica ad aprirsi e visto che c’è il self check in abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica, in più abbiamo dovuto attivare noi il boiler e poi rispegnerlo ogni volta e non era segnalato questo.
• Aurora (8/5): Accogliente camera in una posizione strategica nel centro di Atene - Luminosa e ampia stanza in una posizione strategica e centrale di Atene. Bagno nuovo e con doccia spaziosa. Scrivania con due sedie e gruccia per i vestiti molto comoda, così come il letto. Il quartiere è molto vivo e non ci si sente mai in pericolo. Per questo si può sentire un po' di rumore dai locali all'esterno ma è tutto ben gestibile, così come qualche rumore dello scarico (nelle zone centrali di Atene è frequente non gettare la carta igienica nel WC, bensì nel cestino, ma si sopravvive). La stanza è fornita di cucinotto. L'ambiente risulta sempre tiepido e accogliente. Toglierei la zanzariera e aggiungerei di scorta un po' di carta igienica e sacchetti per le immondizie.
• Yael (5/5): - The room was clean, and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The street noise was quite loud, and every time someone used the shower or toilet there was a very strong noise from the plumbing.

• Emese (10/5): - Very well located apartment in the centre of Athens, near to the main attractions. Metro station, bars, restaurants and the municipal market are a few minutes away by foot. The owner is very friendly and communicative, helpful. In the room there is a very good bed and the bathroom is nice and clean. Simple but comfy, recommended for tourist who are looking for a practical accomodation and want to spend the day exploring Athens. Worth for this price. Thank you!

Host was very responsive and checked in via phone during the stay - Sophia the host was very responsive and hospitable which made the stay exceptional. The apartment wa new and lovely. The location was fantastic. There was a lovely church across the road. Lots of bars and restaurants in the side streets and on the way to monastiraki. Fantastic overall stay

• Cris (9/5): Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location - I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything you might need. Sofía was a wonderful host, providing clear and detailed instructions that made check-in and the entire stay very smooth. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in great condition. The only small thing to improve would be fixing the window screen, as some mosquitoes managed to get in. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

Seguimos as instruções para em caso de emergencies tocar uma campainha. Não atenderam. Tentamos o telefone de emergência, também não houve resposta. Tivemos que ir para um hotel nas proximidades. Pelo que relatei acima, não conheci a acomodação.

• Cristina (7/5): Ok for one night - The location was very good as it was near Plaka and Monasteraki - only 10 mins walk. The communication with Sofia was excellent, instructions were very clear, and she was super fast replying to my messages. We only stayed one night so it was ideal for this purpose. The flat had clear signs of usage i.e. the walls could do with some painting, the iron was burned, the tap was lose, the mosquito stopper on the window was lose, the toilet had some pipes making noise when pumping the water up and I could smell the pipes when pouring water.

Educada e prestativa, mandou um link com tudo, desde gastronomia até pontos turísticos. O quarto era espaçoso, cama confortável. Nada, gostei de tudo

• Sara (8/5): Assolutamente consigliato!! - La camera in sé, molto luminosa, pulita e morderna. Posizione ottima e anche quartiere molto bello. Volendo anche solo scendendo si trovano tantissimi ristoranti per la cena e anche molti buoni. Il bagno faceva tanti rumori quando tiravi lo scarico, però in realtà per poco quindi non è stato chissà quale problema.
• Juliana (10/5): Great Stay - The flat is clean, very comfy, with a comfortable bed, great shower and nice decoration. Also, both the WiFi and air conditioning work well. Its location is very good: there are lots of restaurants and shops around, and it's easy to go to the main touristic points by foot or public transport - besides, it's super easy to get there from the airport even arriving in Athens after midnight (I got the airport express bus, which stops around 10min walking from the flat). The host is super friendly and replies fast when you need to contact her - she also sent me a nice guide with tips to enjoy Athens, which was very helpful. I truly recommend the place and I'll stay there again when I'm visiting Athens in the future.

• Sarah (7/5): Cozy experience - This place was really good and comfortable. You can walk to plaka and it's very closeby. It's a great place to sleep and chill inside room. The sound in the washroom - some machine thingy- was very disturbing for the one who is sitting outside and trying to sleep as it was too loud. Please try to keep the washroom sound proof or please bring an alternative.

The one thing we would appreciate more would be more hangers for the clothes and ear plugs would be also nice since there is some noise during weekend nights from the club across the street, but we understand that apartment owners cannot do much about that! Nevertheless we enjoy our stay very much and would choose the accommodation again!

There is a club across the street that plays music very loud and we couldn't sleep at all, only after 5am. 2) There was no internet. 3) We tried to communicate with the owner to solve the internet problem (we had to do some work online) and she never replied or showed any interest. We had to pay for phone internet to do our jobs. 4) The humidity was extremely high and when it was raining there was water pouring inside the doors of the balcony.

• Aija (10/5): Great room in the heart of Athens. - This is truly a hidden gem. Great location, very central, short walk to metro, I took metro line 3 from the airport to Monastiraki station and walked 9 min. Many cafes, restaurants, shops around, plenty of grocery stores. Ideal for first-time traveller. Feels like a room with the privacy of an apartment. The room has everything it needs and more, I was happy there was also an iron, hairdryer was very powerful, bed was super comfy and I had amazing stay. There is also a lift, which I only used going up and down with suitcase. Clean and great attention from the staff who looks after it. I hope to return soon. As it was winter time, the floor was cold to walk with bare feet, but I suppose it is nice in the summertime.

• Alex (9/5): Exactly as advertised a comfortable stylish suite in a great location and very good value. - A well equipped studio apartment in one of my favourite parts of Athens that I visit regularly for work. For a two night stay this was an ideal base and having tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, micro wave and iron was very useful. Picking up the key was very simple and the host very responsive. having used hotels in this area this suite represented very good value for money and exceeded my expectations. Its location is very handy for the Metro and the local area has lots of nice bars and restaurants and its only a short walk to the shopping district and Plaka. Long term self catering if you intend to cook will not be practical...I did not need or want this but for making a light breakfast or snack the studio has everything you can ask for.

• Mahdi (10/5): Exceptional - Great location; just a few walks to all the charm of Athens city center and also a few walks away from Metro station. The room was clean and alll the necessary amenities were available. The staff were available to help and support very rapidly. Check-in and check-out processes were also smooth. All in all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
• Joanna (7/5): Good - In general everything was fine. The building (there's an elevator inside) is located in a great location with many restaurants nearby. Many people mentioned noises which disturbed them but we haven't been bothered by it. But if you're sensitive, you need to prepare yourself for it. Benefits are most important: there's an easy access to the most popular monuments in Athens. The apartment was clean with the exception of the kitchenette. The apartment's decor was quite nice. As was mentioned in the offer, there were towels and hairdryer. There's no dishwasher so we've cleaned dishes (there was enough amount of it) with boiling water. Unfortunately the counter and the table were gooky so we've tried not to touch it.

The bathroom was clean. - There is a luggage room on the ground floor. - The room's floor wasn't cleaned very well, there was dust and hair in the corners. - I think the air conditioner didn't heat properly. (We set the temperature to 24 C°, but it didn't blow really warm air.) - The refrigerator is small (mini fridge). - There was few toilet paper in the apartment.
• Can (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was very comfortable, the location is amazing. I didn't even have to use metro. All the popular neighbourhoods are within 20 mins walk and it's at the heart of Athens. It was clean. It's in a very old office building and nearly no one in the building other than me which was a bit creepy. For hot water u have to start the boiler and wait for 20 mins which was not convenient and there was a pump or Smith similar in the bathroom that makes loud noises, the first time I was afraid smth happened to the water tank and ran out of the shower (yes it's that loud and scary) but u used to it. The bathroom for that reason is not comfortable at all. Also u have to step up to enter the bathroom so at night be careful. In the description or pics it should be given, if I had known I would stay at another apartment to be honest...

• Femke (8/5): Lovely stay for a city trip to Athens! - The location was perfect! It's from a walking distance to multiple metro stations and there are many nice restaurants nearby. The facilities were good and the place overall was clean and comfortable. I have not seen the host during my stay but they were very nice and quickly available through the phone. At night it can be a little noisy (at least in the summer months), it was not bothering me personally though. It's usually quiet around 12/1 am.
• Luarvik (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect, right in the old town, all tourist attractions are accessible by foot. At the same time it is quiet, as windows look at the small street. Apartment has everything you need, even small kitchen. There is a possibility to leave luggage if you arrive early. Plumbing is very old, microwave barely works.

• Lucrezia346 (9/5): Superb - The location is very convenient: in a beautiful area of the city center, very close to the metro but still out from the most touristic area (that you can reach in few minutes walking) and with many bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, is good sized and the bed is very comfortable. We checked in at night through a self check in, which was very convenient for us. From the other reviews we thought is would have been more noisy than it actually is (consider that we slept with the windows open friday, saturday and sunday night). It's something that does not depend from the host, but there are plenty of mosquitos at night and it can be challenging keeping the window open. I would suggest the host to equip the apartment with either a mosquito net or some mosquito repellent that guests can turn on at night
