• István Szécsényi (8/5): - A szállás mindenhez nagyon közel van. Nem is lehetne jobb helyen. A szállásadó nagy segítőkész. Az ágyak nem túl kényelmesek, a konyha nagyon kicsi. Egy 5 fős családnak nincs hely leülni együtt enni. De ennek ellenére nagy elegedettek vagyunk.

• Aida (9/5): Nice statement in the whole centre of Athens - The owner was very homely, we had a nice state in the apartment. Incredible spot in the centre of Athens. You have to wait a little bit to recharge the flush of the water and everything’s fine

• Ana-Maria (6/5): - the apartment was clean and amazing location in the heart of the city. the host is nice. the apartment if not really for 3 people. there is a sofa bed for the 3rd person but it blocked the way if someone has to go to the kitchen, toilet or even get out from the apartment at night. We couldn't flash the toilet for 3 days. We couldn't manage how to get hot water for showering.

• OMEDJAFFARAMIN (10/5): Just saying thank you! - The check in was really smooth, nice location, clean apartment and a stress-free stay. We had everything we needed & more. The stay was really comfortable. Good location, just 9 minute walk from the Syntagma metro station. You can easily get to the popular areas in the city. The quiet location. Very comfy and clean! Totally recommend Unfortunately the apartment electricity power was cut in the third day at the morning for a few hours

• CJ Vergara (7/5): It was acceptable for the price and location. It's better for those who dont bring a lot. - The location was ok. The rooms were great. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. Best location near Monastiráki Square to walk to and eat around! I didn't like the many instructions just for bathroom heater room. The fan in the kitchen turned off randomly. The toilet did flush but it took a while to refill and be used again. From the closest metro train ,M3, it was tedious to bring mutliple luggages with a large group and having to walk all the way to the spot.
• Zougras (9/5): Absolutely would stay again at that price point. Worth the amount for sure. - Location was great. Host was very accessible. Elevator was very handy. AC worked great. Overall a wonderful stay. The location and price can’t be beat. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but we did have 4 kids and 2 adults using at the same time. Beds were good but a bit firm.

Sotto casa c'è tutto, bar, ristoranti, piccoli supermercati. The location is excellent, very central but quiet, and Monastiraki station is just a five-minute walk away. Right outside the house, you’ll find everything you need — bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets. I materassi sono pessimi, durissimi e con le molle che escono, si dorme malissimo, l'appartamento è in un condominio molto vecchio che avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, l'appartamento non è molto pulito. Il ritiro delle chiavi è un pò difficoltoso, avviene tramite cassetta di sicurezza con codice, ma ce ne sono diverse e non si capisce quale bisogna aprire, bisogna provarle tutte, il numero civico non si vede o almeno io non l'ho trovato. The mattresses are terrible — extremely hard with springs sticking out, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The apartment is in a very old building that really needs maintenance, and it wasn’t very clean. Collecting the keys is a bit tricky: it’s done via a lockbox with a code, but there are several of them and it’s not clear which one to open — you have to try them all. The street number is not visible, or at least I couldn’t find it.

• Michele D. (9/5): Appartamento in centro perfetto per un soggiorno di qualche giorno in famiglia. - L'appartamento ha tutto quello serve ed è tenuto molto bene. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro della città: a 500m circa da piazza Monastiraki (dove c'è la metro). Il gestore è stato molto disponibile prima e durante il soggiorno per darci assistenza e le informazioni necessarie. La conseguenza di essere in una zona centrale è il rumore, ma è inevitabile. Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento è piuttosto vecchio.

• Leisa (5/5): Great area- not so good apartment - So, the apartment is in a great place. Located in a really good area. Loads of bars, cafes, coffee shops. All really reasonable prices- you really are spoilt for choice in this area. Feels like a Farringdon of London or the NQ of Manchester (young and vibrant) . The apartment is also clean. Tucked away from the Main Street. Go to the 6 floor on the roof for a great view of Athens. So, and we write this with regret. The apartment is not very good. If you want comfortable sleep this is not the place for you. Room 1- the AC is so loud it can’t be on at night. You can’t leave the balcony doors open for air as it’s noisy outside. The neighbours wake in the night and their TV is loud. You will not sleep. Room 2- the bed is terrible. I am not sure you could call it a bed. It is very bad. Room 3- a bed settee with no linen that is basically the hallway. It is no good. The bathroom is bad. A toilet that is constantly filling up and noisy. A shower that had nowhere on the wall to fix. You need to always hold it. A rusty towel rail. The kitchen- not sure the people of Athens cook so don’t expect to be able to. Lifts and staircases dirty and felt scary This was such a shame as the area was great . If a bit of money was spent looking after this space it could be fantastic but it was not suitable for us.
• Thanh (7/5): Good - The location is very central and walking distance to the tourist sights. We would recommend to take and keep all personal belongings and documents with you when leaving the property because there are break in within the apartment block.

The apartment had everything we needed and the best thing was that all the important attractions are in a walking distance and a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and metro/bus stations are close by! The owner replied everytime we had questions almost immediately. We had an amazing few days! I recommend! 😇
• Alison (3/5): Didn’t feel safe. Would not recommend - The apartment was a nice size, spacious & clean. We were 3 single ladies with 2 bedrooms & a bed settee - however there were no sheets or bedding for the sofa. Location to city centre was great. On 4th floor (we knew that) but the lift was out of order. The stairs were dangerous with no lighting at all. Switches just didn’t work. The electrics in the property were poor, some sockets didn’t work, some had bare wires, one sparked when removing the plug. We sent a message to the owner but had no response.
• Raimonda (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, well equipped apartment. Has everything you need for a short stay. Host was very helpful and also replied really quickly. Apartment has quite poor noise isolation so both neighbours and outside work is very well heard. If you have trouble sleeping in a noise i suggest packing some ear plugs.

• Ilona (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, the apartment is in the centre of Athens, many sights and places are available on foot. The view from the roof is amazing. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. Because of the central location, it was a bit noisy at night (restaurants, traffic), earplugs are recommended.
• Joy (8/5): Amazing sites, fun and food - This property is in an excellent location. It is close to the sites and near amazing restaurants and nightlife. The host was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he had it fixed very quickly. It was very loud outside late into the night. (Weekend) And the shower head was hand held with no option to hang up.
• Carol (8/5): Great Location, affordable and has a lift!!!! - Has own kitchen so great for making your own breakfast, very good coffee shops in immediate area also. Perfect location to get around and check out many shops as well as being near enough to vintage and antique market area. The bed in the "Hepburn" room was more of a box spring than a mattress. I did reach out to host and let him know, it was very uncomfortable. I don't want to keep anyone from choosing this place, great location!! But please ask if the bed in that room has been addressed. I recommended he get at least a 4" memory foam mattress topper. Luckily the sofa was a futon and I was able to sleep.

• Clara (6/5): Good flat if you are not going to spend much time inside, but rather enjoy the neighbourhood - We appreciated the fact that we were granted an early check-in. The quality of the beds. When we first sat down, the planks under the mattress fell off. The kitchen was not restocked. There wasn't any coffee left in the tin and only 1 tea bag. No eating section, except for the pull-out table in the kitchen which can only sit 2 (we were 5).
• Tsvika (8/5): Good value for money! - Graet location, in the center of the city. within 5-10 minutes walking to the major squares. The apartment has (almost) everything one needs for staying and sleeping. The key was conveniently left in a combination lock, so we did not have to coordinate a face to face meeting with the owner, and were left with flexibility. With the great locations come the penalty - the area is noisy during nights, with the restaurants, traffic and cafes around. Just something to keep in mind when ordering. And, for me, the mattress was too hard. My wife liked it, though..

The host is prompt with communications and very helpful and accomodating. I wish the bed was a little less firm/hard as I have hip pain.

This is a nice apartment for a couple that want to spend a nice time in the central area of Athens. Everything is at walking distance. In relation to the apartment it has all appliances necessary and internet of course. In relation to the safety of the area, this is quite safe, there are shops around and the door of the building locks. Therefore, I felt quite safe. There is nothing to comment here. Perhaps the host should check the drain of the shower. It might be a bit blocked. But this is something minor. I would definitely book this place again.
