• Leif (10/5): Perfect stay - The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, perfect location for our purpose, walking distance to almost all places we wanted to visit. The neighbourhood in looks a little uninviting with all the graffiti but we met only very nice and helpful people. The apartment was super clean, the layout good and it was very quiet. The terrace was super and we used it a lot. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing for preparation of breakfast and a simple meal. Instructions and information via WhatsApp were fast and excellent and check in was seamless. We will definitely consider staying there again when we visit Athens next time. Nothing that I can think of.

• Christoph (8/5): Top und komme gerne wieder - Lärmproblem muss aber gelöst werden - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr zentral gelegen, sehr schöne Wohnung, etwas Sicht auf die Akropolis und auf die Stadt, sehe schöne Terasse! Durch das Fenster im Schlafbereich zieht kalte Luft und viel Lärm. Im Rest der Wohnung ist der Lärm ok. Beim Schlafen aber ein Problem. Bitte Fenster abdichten oder dreifach verglasen! Roof-Top-Bar gegenüber ziemlich hell und Blickkontakt. Da sehr zentral: Viel Partylärm. Aber geht (ausser im Schlafbereich). Treppenhaus / Lift sauber und funktional, aber etwas heruntergekommen.

• Rhianne (10/5): Amazing apartment in central Athens - Amazing apartment in one of the most central neighbourhoods in Athens. Walking distance from many restaurants and historic sites. Even though the neighbourhood is very lively, it is super quiet at night. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, with an amazing terrace (including a view of the alkropolis). Everything was clean and the bed is comfortable.

• Diogo Alexandre (10/5): Wonderful ! - We had a fantastic stay at this loft! You can even catch a partial view of the Acropolis from the balcony, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location is absolutely perfect (and quiet) — just a short walk to Monastiraki Square with metro access, great restaurants like Karamanlidika and Feyrouz, supermarkets (Sklavenitis, Masoutis, AB Βασιλόπουλος - on Sundays), and plenty of historical spots like Hadrian’s Library and the Roman Agora. Communication with the host was excellent - quick, clear, and always helpful with tips and recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and cozy, with a very comfortable bed and sofa. The amenities are a huge plus: washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with basics like salt, pepper, and oil, which made it easy to cook if we wanted. The terrace is a highlight too, perfect for relaxing with a partial view of the Acropolis. We highly recommend this apartment — and for those worried about the hot water, don’t be! • Dirk (10/5): Excellent Loft Stay in Central Athens - I loved my stay here, in part because I've stayed in the neighborhood before and knew what to expect. It's slightly outside tourist frenzy and maintains some Athens grit and charm, yet completely central. The apartment is fabulous, with a massive terrace I could not fully enjoy because the weather was unexpectedly wintry in late-February. I would have spent most of my time there if the temperature had gotten above 10C. Great local restaurants are nearby, as is the Central Market. Excellent entry communication with the host. Would stay again. Some might be put off by the graffiti in the area, but do not be! Athens is safe and despite first impressions, the neighborhood is great. The Acropolis is more of a glimpse than a perfect view, but the apartment itself and that heavenly terrace make up for that. Beautiful sunsets.
• Kevin (10/5): Yes book it. It's as good as it looks. - Roomy, bright, well thought out rental with just about everything you would need during a stay. Convenient location with transportation, banks, supermarket and dining all close by, and the major historical sites in easy walking distance. This is not so much a dislike but something that stopped it being perfect. While you can see part of the Parthenon, the biggest thing in the view is the back of a building opposite which needs freshening up.

The place had all that we needed and worked well, a base right in the middle of everything you would like to see and do in Athens. Have to add that we loved the art all through the apartment. Communication with the Androniki was excellent and extremely helpful, many thanks for a fabulous stay in Athens.
• Marwan (9/5): Superb - Location is really good. The building is in a nice quite street very close to the centre and a walking distance to all main attractions. Also the lift was a main decision factor for me to select this property and it was working well. Few things that need attention from the owner. More storage spaces are needed. The retractable awning in the terrace wasn't functioning properly, it retracts automatically after few minutes from opening it. We were lucky it was not summer and sun was nice. Shower water wasn't strong and hot enough for my liking.

• Sally (8/5): Excellent stay let down by lack of a separate bedroom and uncomfortable sofa beds - It is in a really good location and has a superb balcony. It is a lovely apartment with really attractive decoration. It is nice to have a washing machine, too. The fact that this is a studio and there isn't a separate bedroom should be made very clear. A curtain separating a sleeping area in the living room doesn't create a bedroom and it was rather awkward to share the space so intimately. My grown-up children found the sofa beds uncomfortable, and some cotton top sheets would have been nice (everywhere else we stayed provided this). Thanks for providing games.

We’d definitely recommend this to a couple travelling and wanting a bit more than just a hotel room, especially if you need to work to rest and recover for a few days.

Very comfortable, very attractive and spacious terrace, very well equipped and with a delightful, very helpful and responsive host. The apartment building which very slightly obscures the Parthenon view needs moving a couple of metres to the right!!

• Monica (10/5): Relaxing autumn days in Athens - The position of the property is very close to all the touristic spots, close to many restaurants and shops. Inside you can find everything is necessary. We didn t cook but there were lots of kitchen machines. You could prepare any kind of coffee you would like because you have not only the tools but the different types of coffee. Big space, clean, 3 AC and the main advantage: a big wonderfull terace where I started the mornings and relaxed in the evenings after walks and admired sunsets.You couls see a bit from Acropole . Thank you to the owners that helped us with all the requests and for puting all little things that make a stay wonderful ! We had a problem with the mosquitos that forced us keeping the terace's door closed after sunset but when we consider/ think to the entire " picture" this is a small disadvantage and doesn t take from the loft value and confort. If we ever returned in Athens, I would look for this property again.

• Mihail (10/5): Don’t look further for place to stay in Athens - For traveling location is everthing and the loft meets these requirements. All must visit places in Athens are within walking distance. From a cruise took metro to Monastiraki and walking 400 mts was at the loft. When departing took the same line 3 to the airport, very easy. The loft is bright, confortable and well designed with state of art appliances. For us felt like being at home. Confortable bed. Super balcony to enjoy sunsets. Niki excellent host with fast communication.

Everything that you need for a stay is there. Great restaurants just around the corner. A good bakery and small supermarket very close by. Good location for the metro which we found very easy to use. Nothing with the apartment. The street was a little off putting when we first arrived but fine once you realise that a lot of Athens looks a little run down.

It was very well equipped and comfortable with a great porch! Other then that, our host was very nice and let us stay a little longer after check out time cause our flight was late. The shower was either cold or with low stream, but we had a few very cold days in our trip..
