• Andy (10/5): Athen ist eine Stadt mit ihrem "ganz eigenen Charme", die Unterkunft fand ich großartig! - Der Transfer vom Flughafebn wurde auf meinen Wunsch hin organisiert, daher war der Vermieter auch dirket bei Ankunft vor Ort und hat mir den Schlüssel übergeben und eine Roomtour mit mir unternommen. Das Highliht ist auf jeden Fall die Dachterasse, von der man eine fantastischen Blick auf die Akropolis hat, die beiden Fotos der Akropolis sind von der Dachterasse gemacht. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants und "Leben"

• Daniel (8/5): Very comfortable and peaceful - The property is in a quiet area but very close to restaurants and cafes. It is spacious and the balcony is a lovely size. Can see acropolis from the roof terrace. Lovely air circulation and we only needed air conditioning at night. Plant on balcony could be pruned a bit.

• Seitz, (9/5): Definitely would stay again - Location, location, location! The best place to be if you want to walk within 5 to 10 minutes of many local restaurants, bars, bakeries, gelatarias, subway stations, public transportation, and shops. Within a 25-minute walk, you can easily be at many of the major tourist attractions including the Acropolis, Pantheonic stadium, Syntagma Square, and many of the ancient ruins. At the top of the building, there is a private terrace where you can see the Acropolis at night. An elevator will take you up the four flights of stairs to your unit. The air conditioning worked great even on 88° f days. Bed was comfortable. Small washing machine but it worked great. Line dry only. Small older microwave and well appointed for cooking. There is a bakery within one block that is phenomenal! DaVinci gelato is spectacular and should not be missed. It's within a 10 minute walk to Monasteriki. Small changes to consider: Water heater required 20 wait for shower. No safe in room. One more towel per guest would be nice.

• Kerry (10/5): Divine luxury apartment - central and quiet. - We rented the apartment for four nights at the end of our stay in Greece. It was a fantastic home base for Athens - it was a 7 minute walk to the subway - but many of our destinations were walking distance. Most important for us - it was central and quiet! This is something that I looked for in reviews - I like to be in the middle of the action and still get some sleep. The apartment had everything - and all that was provided was top quality. That felt really good. The host Kostas, and Jacob, were very helpful with insights about Athens. We ended up going to the Sunday morning Scavenger Sale at 7am as suggested by Kostas and spent 2 euro buying an extra (secondhand) suitcase to check. We went to art shows and museums suggested by Jacob. Both thoughtful and kind men. And the apartment itself is gorgeous - an evolving work of art - the street is central but a little shabby - though never a safety concern as it is well lit, just a little tumble down across the street. Part of the big mix that Athens can be. The balcony was a delight as was the roof - we brought our dinner up there on one of our last nights and enjoyed the view of the lit up Acropolis as we ate. We did not like that we could not stay longer. :)
