• Christos Gerolemou (10/5): 10/10 A PERFECT LITTLE GEM IN KOUKAKI - The HOST is friendly and very responsive, able to answer every question in a professional manner. Checking into the property was super easy with clear instructions. The guests here are treated with respect which adds value to the experience. The LOCATION is perfect, ideally located right in the middle of everything with just a few steps to all amenities. there is a supermarket right below the building. The metro is just a few minutes walk away, a plethora of restaurants all around the area. Nevertheless once inside the flat, one will find the minimum amount of peace and quite required for a good night's rest. The property comes with all the FACILITIES necessary for an easy and enjoyable stay. The beds are big, COMFORTABLE and cozy. The toilet/shower is up to date, fully renovated with hot water running on demand. The kitchen has all micro electric devices + stove, microwave and a big fridge with normal size freezer, suitable for families with children who might need to cook or prepare meals. The house is spotlessly CLEAN and well maintained at a very high level. We actually had a lovely time during our short getaway trip to Athens. One of the reasons was the ACCOMODATION which felt super nice and gave additional VALUE to the experience. We highly recommend this place and for sure we will be returning back for more!

• Konstantinos (10/5): Amazing! - Excellent choice for Athens. Kal's apartment was walking distance to all the main attractions, we didn't really have to take the metro much. Kal is a very sweet guy, always there to assist the guest! The apt is spotless clean and fully equipped with comfortable beds, a full kitchen and a nice living room. We also loved spending time at the balcony. We will be back :)

Presenza di locali ed attività a portata di mano (supermercato sotto al palazzo, bakwry poco distante H24....) Appartamento confortevole, forse qualche piccola miglioria darebbe maggior risalto alla struttura. La gestione della prenotazione è stata lineare e facile. Nulla da eccepire, se devo segnalare un piccolo punto di miglioramento, nel bagno prevedere un ulteriore punto luce e, se possibile, installare una cabina doccia al posto del bastone/tenda che se pur pulito ed integro quello presente, da sembre una sensazione di "fastidio" dal mio punto di vista. Ma questa non vuole essere una critica negativa, ma vista come un suggerimento per aumentare il livello di qualità della struttura stessa. Se dovessi ritornare ad Etene personalmente e/o consigliare qualcuno dove andare, ci ritornerei e darei sicuramente il riferimento di questa struttura.

• Baiba (10/5): Great location, quiet and convenient - The appartment was comfortable, clean and everything went smoothy. We received clear instructions by email before arrival, and picked up the keys from a drop box without any issues. The location was quet and convenient, comfy beds, working AC, well-equipped kitchen, and 10 min. walk from the Acropolis museum, a grocery store was next doors. Everything was fine.

Easy access to public transportation, bus station exactly in front of the building, metro station 10 min walk. Cheap parking (8 euro per day, 4 euro weekend) in the (6 floors). I am not sure about the street parking if it was paid, but you can't find a spot anyway. Just park your car in the 6 floor garage and use the public transport Perfect stay Nothing, which is surprising

• Brian (9/5): Spacious and convenient, but on a busy street - Very spacious, well equipped and location. It's in Koukaki and so relatively close to the "action" around the Acropolis. The place was two doors down from a supermarket, which was very convenient. Restaurants are close and the neighborhood is more authentically Athenian than nearer in to Plaka. Very good relationship with hosts. The facilities are a bit dated, but comfortable enough. Just a little bit beyond walking comfort, especially on hot days, but not too bad. The street it is on, Dimitrakopoulou, can be very busy and loud into the night. Did not like the darkened hallways.

• Markus (9/5): Superb - The location was very good, the city center was within walking distance and a metro station also nearby. The apartment was quiet during night and the beds were comfortable. Good air conditioning. The kitchen utensils could be more versatile for cooking. Washing dishes was a bit tricky since the water tap was not providing warm water. Maybe needs a new faucet.

• Marra (7/5): Good - It is a clean and basic apartment, small but functional, and close to the city centre. There was a terrible noise all night going through the pipes in the bedroom that made sleeping almost impossible. I would recommend the place if the noise is completely fixed.
