Ana-Maria (6/5): Excellent location but ... that's about it - In the very heart of Plaka, on the last two floors of a building; spacious balconies overseeing the back of the Acropolis. The owner is helpful and responsive. The positives stop here. The place is severely outdated which is hardly visible in the photographs and in desperate need of modernisation. The furniture needs replacing since you can't touch anything without it crumbling if you move it 1cm to the side. The balconies are very large but not efficient in any way since there are just a couple of very unstable chairs to use. The vegetation is poorly kept full of overgrown weeds. The overall feeling is that someone pulled together a lot of furniture and things that were left outside different houses because no one wanted them anymore. Everything is either a bit broken or doesn't go with everything else. The place has a lot of potential. The price reflects the pictures of the post on booking (outdated but clean and neat) but the pictures do not reflect the reality.

Maria (9/5): Great stay. - Amazing location, very quiet , good soundproofing. Spacious. Fantastic terraces. Excellent water pressure.Comfortable beds. Elevator. Needs some minor maintenance and updating. The second bedroom upstairs does not have AC, only fan.
