• Andrii (8/5): - Location good, private enclosed parking, very friendly owner, all needed for short stay, very warm. Unfortunately it was not very clean. As we lost part of the kid's toy we had to search it everywhere and, damn, there was a lot of dust under the beds, sofa, kitchen in the corners.

• Vanessa (9/5): - Un bellissimo loft a pochi passi dalle fermate dei tram (che portano in centro). I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili per ogni cosa. La casa è molto bella, all'interno di un cortile privato in cui si può anche lasciare la propria auto, e dotata di tutto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana e, in quattro, siamo stati molto comodi. Altro punto a favore: la casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa della città. Tornerei molto volentieri!
• Alexander (4/5): Weit weg von gepflegt... - Die Lage der Wohnung ist insofern gut, da sie sehr nah der Tram liegt. Ca. 35 Min. Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof sind okay. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Es ist schmutzig! Der Staub auf den Möbeln hat bereits einige Besucher erlebt. Die Schlafcouch ist durchgelegen, der Lattenrost des großen Bettes hat schon einige Latten eingebüßt und in der Dusche schimmelt es. Die Kühlschranktür lässt sich nur mit Nachdruck schließen - um nur einige Mängel zu nennen. Da sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden, denn eigentlich wäre die Wohnung schön.
• Pamela (9/5): I would recommend this property, especially if you have a longer stay. - The location was extremely convenient - the tram was a 3-minute walk from the property. The property was clean, warm, and quiet, with a full kitchen. The bathroom was also nice, with a sunlight.

• Piotr (10/5): Superbly designed apartment! - Superbly designed apartment! Nice and quiet. Nice host. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing in Berlin. Safe parking place. Good internet connection. Near the tram stop, asian restaurant, bakery. Great place for a few days with the family. I definitely recommend it.

• Benjamin (8/5): Very good - Convenient location, free parking, kitchen and all for a reasonable price. Fast to get to the city centre with the tram. There is a big drop behind the bed accessible to small children. Our three year old nearly fell down there.
