• Juris (10/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment is spacious and clean. It has everything you could need if you're travelling to Berlin with a large group of friends or family. There are good transport links nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and warm. Sadly, we could not enjoy the complimentary champagne as we don't drink alcohol, but we appreciated the gesture. The beds could be separated, which was not a problem for us, but it could be seen as an added bonus.
• Aysha (9/5): Very Comfortable Stay - The apartment is well-maintained and has everything you need for extended stays and it was very clean. The host provided towels, hand soap and shower gel or shampoo that smelled wonderful. The usb charging lamps are a great addition! The location is great. There is an organic grocery shop and a supermarket within walking distance. There’s also a small park with a lake nearby. The price is great for a 4 bedroom apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was great too, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us. Communication with the host was perfect. They were always friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. maybe provide better pillows

• Cosimo (10/5): Stop searching. Nothing is better than this for your group. - Apartment was perfect. Spacious, bright and with enough rooms for all of us. Perfect plaxce to unwind with co-workers after a very long day working in a tradeshow. The little balcony outside in the shade was perfect for after works beers and chills The shower of one of the two bathrooms was unusable. At first attempt we flooded the bathroom and had to clean a lot of water. Then we bought a plunger, we unbuilt the drainage, removed two pingpong-size blobs of hair, used the liquid unclogger, cleaned it and rebuilt everything. It took few hrs and few euros but then shower was perfect. It should not happen in high end apartments. Something I would talk about with cleaning team ASAP. (that is why the low score on claningness, the apartment was SPOTLESS for the rest)

• Lidiia (7/5): Big spacy apartments that need some renovation - Spacy enough for a big group. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and that was fine. 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. Near the U-Bahn. Supermarket very close to the flat. Very quiet neighborhood, what in Berlin is a big advantage The flat needs renovation, the walls are dirty, the equipment is already old. Some lamps are not working. Check out at 10.00. Only one pot in the kitchen.
• Stavros (10/5): Exceptional - Large, clean with many bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,and including every antiquity amenity that we required. There was easy access to 2 U-ban stations and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended for families. We were able to park our car for free on the street in front of the building. (Paid parking starts December 1st 2024) Would have liked more comfortable pillows.

It is very easy and convenient to commute via S bahn or Uber to the exhibition hall,even by walking. The apartment is fully equipped with essential appliances and kitchen supply. Bedrooms and bath rooms are super clean and spacious. The location is great, with many highly reviewed restaurants. Neighbors in the building are friendly. The host was very responsive. All my requests can be answered and fulfilled within hours. Overall, this is a highly recommended apartment for a family or business trip that really cares about accommodation quality.
