Aczkolwiek bez parkingu - Lokalizacja, przestronny apartament z dwoma oddzielnymi pokojami do spania i dużą kuchnią i łazienką. Sprawne przekazanie kluczy do apartamentu. Apartament na parterze tuż przy drzwiach wyjściowych. Każdego wchodzącego i wychodzącego słychać. Uciążliwe szczególnie nad ranem. Brak parkingu- należy wykupić parking przed apartamentem lub na parkingu podziemnym oddalonym 20min na nogach. Brak informacji na booking o dodatkowej opłacie za psa - za 4 doby wyszło 50 euro, płatne tylko gotówką. Personel o tym informuje dopiero przed przyjazdem.
• Discotizer77 (8/5): Tolles Apartment in toller, ruhiger Lage - Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt im ruhig gelegenen Apartment war sehr gut. Tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht und auch das WLAN wurde verbessert. Leider haben die Geräusche in der Wohnung zugenommen, hauptsächlich aber durch die Nachbarn und Geräte. Nachts ist es trotzdem ruhig so dass man gut schlafen kann.

• Olga (8/5): Выспаться не получится - Всё хорошо, квартира чистая, на кухне всё есть, район хороший, рядом магазин Rewe и метро Это первый этаж, поэтому когда в 6 утра вывозят мусор, по ощущениям контейнеры тащат в метре от вас - потому что везут через весь подъезд и очень громко. Та комната, где диван - это вход в квартиру. То есть человек спит в метре от входной двери, не очень комфортно, если вы едите компанией. Душ один - в спальне, поэтому тоже комфортно только тем, кто спит в спальне. На фото нет, но по всей квартире лестницы - это не критично, но надо с этим считаться. Канализация в кухне издаёт странные звуки. В квартире душно, потому что часть окон не открывается, а в комнатах не хочется - потому что окна на улицу. До верхних не достать. Съезжать надо было до 11, но около 10 пришёл мастер, об этом не предупредили. Телевизор старый - изображение с телефона не перекинуть.
• Ibrahim (9/5): Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und der Online-Beschreibung . Für den Preis ist die Wohnung super. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Das Möbel ist ziemlich bequem. Die Lage ist nicht so weit vom Stadtmitte. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Kein privater Parkplatz für die Gäste. Leider sind die Parkplätze auf der Straße immer besetzt und kostenpflichtig. Jedoch kann man in der nähe problemlos einen Parkplatz finden und zu Fuß laufen. Normalerweise 4-8 Minuten je nach dem.
• Daniela (9/5): Kann man empfehlen - sehr schöne Wohnung, super ausgestattet und in sehr guter Lage. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Schlüsselübergabe, obwohl mitten in der Nacht, ganz freundlich und unkompliziert.

• Baltisberger (8/5): Great, affordable option for a stay in Berlin! - Very convenient location. Quick walk to subway and train. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options. The property itself was clean and well-cared for. Checking in was easy. The host met us at the door at the prearranged time. Keep in mind that there is a short flight of stairs from the living room, down into the kitchen and then another short flight up into the bedroom. This was okay for us but if you have mobility issues, it could be difficult.
• Virginia (9/5): Berlin te amo. - El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona residencial muy hermosa y tranquila, esta muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad, tiene bares, restaurantes, supermercados y hermosos parques cerca. Para 3 personas nos resultó muy cómodo. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. El depto está a 40 min aprox de los barrios más turisticos de Berlin, de todos modos esta muy bien comuniccada y los transportes publicos funcionan hasta tarde. Es solo un detalle si quieres estar en el medio del bullicio.

• Rayan (8/5): - L'appartement est bien situé, ligne de bus/métro à proximité. Il est très bien équipé, on dispose de tous le nécessaire (lave vaisselle, lave linge , sèche linge). L'hôte est très réactif et nous a bien accueilli. Le prix est assez élevé mais sans doute lié à son emplacement...

• Fumito (9/5): Great location and good owner - Great location. within 10 minutes walk towards U-bahn station, supermarket, cafe etc. The owner kindly waited for us being late arrival due to bad traffic. The room was clean and well equipped including cutleries, towels, toilet rolls etc. Not really, but the ventilation fan on the kitchen stove didn't work. The window in the kitchen didn't open which makes ventilation difficult. overall, not a serious problem though.

• Eddy (10/5): A lovely Berlin apartment in a great location! - The stay in the apartment was absolutely great! You have everything you need for a vacation. Great layout of the kitchen. It was nice to find different types of tea, a Nespresso machine, Netflix and more. Everything was clean, well maintained and the windows made for a bright atmosphere. I loved how light the apartment is and it's location. The staff were professional and attentive. Overall a first class experience - I highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment - This apartment was in a stunning location night next to a park and some lovely coffee shops and restaurants and very near to the u bahn, a great location to get in and around Berlin. It's a very peaceful area in a great location and a stunning part of Berlin in the wilmersdorf - charlottenburg area. The apaetemtn should put more photos of the outside area and surroundings of the apartment as it really is a stunning location and I don't feel the photos do it enough justice. It was clean and spacious and just lovely in general. I would 100 percent stay here again, book with confidence. Unfortunely during our stay there was an issue with the hot water, this was frustrating and they was tryin to sort it during our stay. The accommodation was good enough to refund part of our stay and was trying to sort it out for our stay but it was a whole building issue, but this wouldn't put me off staying again at the property as these things happen and I know they was actively trying to sort out the issue.
• Kimmie (7/5): Great location in need of a deep scrub and cooling system - location was the driving force for us booking this property. it is relatively close to the Kostanzer ubahn station. The property is very hot/warm. We stayed in early May and outdoor temperatures were mid 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The pipes in the property radiate a lot of heat and cause the rooms to be quite warm. It wasn’t comfortable to open the front windows at night since they are street facing and on the street level. The property was also quite dusty and surfaces that were initially clean gathered dust very quickly.
