• Herbert (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Apartment mit kleiner Küche und Mikrowelle. - Die Lage war sehr gut, die Ambiente des Zimmer das Haus ist aus den 1920 Jahre. Neben an ist die Bar namens Klo die bis in die Nacht laute Musik spielt, Ohrenstopseln sind Pflicht, insgesamt ist das Haus hellhörig, im Badezimmer keine ablage, die kleine Küche ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, 1kleiner Topf und eine kleine Pfanne.

• Wolf-Dietrich (7/5): Trois jours au centre de Berlin - L'emplacement le personnel Beaucoup de bruit, mobilier vétuste, frigo très ancien qui fait beaucoup de bruit, beaucoup de bricolage mal fait, des joints de silicone manquants du faux parquet par terre. La chambre paraissait beaucoup plus grande dans l'annonce.

Calidad-precio de 10. Se nos estropeo el secador y nos dieron otro al momento. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación, y no había manera de regularlo
• Malik (5/5): Wir glauben das Hotel ist besser dran ohne diese besagte Person - Die blonde Dame in der Rezeption die uns empfangen hat war sehr freundlich sehr zuvor kommt sehr diplomatisch eine andere Kollegin (kleinere Person kürzere Haare mit Brille) meiner Meinung nach aus dem osteuropäischen Raum mit einer sehr typisch kundenunorientierten Einstellung! Regelrechte in einer unverhältnismäßigen aggressiven Art.... wollte sie uns erklären. dass die Kaution von 100 € ...nur in bar angenommen wird ... Dieser gesichtsausdruck ,dieser Frau war hasserfüllt... Und voller Hochmut... Hätte uns die freundlichere Kolleginnen nicht klar gemacht dass wir bei der Stornierung dieses Aufenthalts mehr Geld verlieren als wir wieder zurückbekommen hätten wir im selben Moment aufgrund dieses Verhaltens sofort das Hotel verlassen!Wir sind dieser Person nur noch mal begegnet nachdem ich bei der Bank war und ihr das Geld in bar an die Rezeption gebracht habe danach musstem wir ihr Gott sei Dank nie wieder begegnen! Der Ort an dem sich das Hotel befindet ist sehr zentral und sehr schön... und die Dame die uns in Empfang genommen hat. war sehr freundlich und höflich ...Von dieser Dame könnten in diesem Hotel viele ihre Kollegen etwas lernen!

Numero piatti non in linea con il numero di persone presenti e dotazioni utensili da cucina non adeguato per utilizzo della cucina stessa. Non direttamente legato alla struttura ma durante il mio soggiorno c'erano dei lavori edili ed inziavano alle 7 del mattino utilizzando il martello pneumatico. Non conosco le regole in germania ma credo che le 7 del mattino sia un pò troppo presto. Magari la struttura potrebbe prendersi carico di verificare.

Не понравилось другое: соседи слева (а возможно, это были уборщики номера) постоянно следили за моим окном, замечали, когда я открываю или закрываю жалюзи, что их абсолютно не должно касаться. Более того, то, что я вешала табличку с просьбой не убирать номер или, наоборот, снимала её, они тоже обсуждали, хотя это моё личное решение и не должно было вызывать никакого внимания. Такое поведение производило неприятное впечатление.»

• Leila (6/5): Good value for the price. - The location was perfect, and the kitchen was great for making coffee in the morning. Good size room. The apartment spelt like old cigarette smoke. It took me a couple of days to get rid of it.
• Roman (7/5): Good - Convenient location, fairly large room with high ceilings. The kitchen area was not completely cleaned upon check-in. Terrible pillows-neededtobechanged. Music in the neighboring establishment until 2 a.m. - keep this in mind if this may affect you.

• Carlos (6/5): Fair. - Water kettle and hangers were provided. The size of the room was more than sufficient for one person. The pillow was very flat and not quite comfortable. The door to the multi-room flat in which my room was located was also quite hard to open once unlocked.
• Anthony (3/5): Booking. com should place more emphasize on access to accommodation, safety, etc. - The location is near buses. The room itself was clean and new. Could not get in to the building. Buzzed, buzzed, buzzed. Someone leaving the building let us in. Went to second floor and buzzed, buzzed, and finally got into office reception. The lady in charge could not speak English, French, etc. Then we had to leave building to get to the room. 3 Rooms off a hallway with another door which was hard to open. The room was good once we got in. Other guests were having the same problem - could not get to the reception on second floor because no one could get in the front door.
• Sofiya (6/5): Nice location, clean room, but too noisy - The location is great, there are many restaurants in the area; also close to bus/subway stations. The room looks good, it is comfortable and is very clean! People at the reception were very kind. The room was on the ground floor, the window faced the street and you definitely need to use curtains if you don't want all the passengers to see you. The noise was just too much. Next to the room there was a pub which was too noisy until 2 am every night.

• Ciprian (3/5): Way too expensive - The staff was friendly and the location not bad. The place is not worth more than €50 per night, yet I paid €280 per night. You get a set of 3 keys attached to a massive thing and have to navigate a multitude of doors from the 18th century. The room itself is cheaply furnished, the bed is making all sorts of noise, there's no desk to sit at, the heating was on full power with no means to adjust it, the bathroom is tiny and stinks... I could go on forever. I stayed there because I couldn't find anything else, but if you have a choice, I'd recommend not staying here.

• Ivonne (5/5): Is not what I would like to called apartment - Reception was difficultnto fines, as it is located in other place than de apartment, but the person working therebwas really very nice and accomodated our request regarding our lugagge, so thanks to her. The so called apartment is a big rum with a por equiped kitchnerte an a bathrum. Ligtning av room is or very inrensive from the ceiling lamp or very por from tables lamp. The room is on ground floor, something we knew when we booked. BUT, what we did not know was that the only window in the room opens toward a internal patio and people who lives in a room in that side uses the patio as their licing room, talking loudly the whole day and late in the evenning. If you has the window opened is like having them inside the room and if you close rhe window is very hot in the room. The bathroom becomes a sauna after two person take a shower, no ventilación and with a tiny Windows that opens toward the patio where the other people siendo their days.

• Anonymous (9/5): I would definitely return and stay here again. - Great location surrounded by pleasant bars/restaurants and high end shops. Located near the railway station that connected straight to all the touristy stations. Never once felt unsafe. Property was spotless. Cleaned every single day and bedding/towels changed. There is a bar next door which although we didn’t hear noise from the binmen or delivery men did come early in the morning and clattered about. However, not crazy early and didn’t last long.
• Frank (6/5): Pleasant - The Rooms are located in different "buildings", there were no instructions that in my case the keys had to be picked up in one of the other building entrances. The Lobby is in the third floor, with a tiny elevator. Some Items were in disrepair. Bathroom light had exposed Halogen bulbs due to missing glass covers, which might be a safety issue. The door under the sink was blocked by the sink. Fridge door was difficult to open without handle and was missing the connection to the cabinet. And a few more minor issues. But everything looked clean, so considering the price it was ok.
