• Luc (6/5): reasonable pricing but not very enjoyable - Large room and quiet area. Kitchen lacked basic facilities such as a sponge, sugar or micro-oven. No products to clean toilets. No real table to work beside an uncomfortable glass table with two high stools next to the kitchen. The bathroom lighting was extremely annoying: it is automatic when entering but it did not switch off automatically... sometimes. I had to sleep with the light on in the bathroom which is only separate from the main room by a glass door...In all, I did not feel comfortable and cozy in the apartment.

Verrostete Heizkörper, Flecken und Löcher in der Bettwäsche und eine insgesamt heruntergekommene Ausstattung. Überteuerte Reinigungsgebühr von der man nichts merkt! Nicht empfehlenswert.

• Alisha (9/5): Very comfortable stay in fully equipped studio in great location - Amazing find - beautiful studio with everything you need for an affordable price. The bed is very comfy with warm heavy bedding (although you could not tell from the pictures) and comfy pillows that can mould to be flatter or higher. The room is warm and you can also adjust the radiators to control the temperature, plus the street is silent at night (pretty much no cars) so you will definitely sleep well here. The kitchen has cutlery, crockery, saucepans, knives, chopping board, grater, extractor fan, washing up liquid etc. and there is a kettle and coffee machine too. The bathroom has a sliding door separating it from the room. In there, there were quality fresh towels and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. The bathroom fan comes on automatically but is not too loud and stops after a few minutes. There are windows you can open and also a small balcony. The appartment is located in a pretty neighbourhood with local breakfast spots/restaurants and it is only a 10min walk from two different train stations with easy routes to the airport and central Berlin. The hosts do message back during the office open hours and are happy to answer any questions before the trip. Although the lockbox + key made it easy to check-in at any time, the only issue was the door was hard to open when I first arrived and if this is outside of office-hours there is nobody to call who can help instruct you how to get in. I got in eventually though - it seems a common door type in Germany, where you have to pull the door towards you before turning the key in order to open it.

• Aleks (10/5): Worth it. - It was really good for the money, the location is one of the safest areas in Berlin (that’s what a local told me) but it was really safe and quiet place. The location is close to two S-Bahn locations, so it doesn’t matter if it’s not in the center.
• Elahi (8/5): Overall it was a nice place - Nice, clean and easy access to public transport and station No response from the staff. Their office was closed and didn't reply to our messages or calls, the shower was clogged, the water started going in to the room.

• Rupert (8/5): - Great location, spacious and quiet room, good price. The room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. There was a kitchen which helpfully had washing up liquid, but nothing to wash up with.

• ELIANA (7/5): - It is clean and good space and the staff is very kind. Good price. The bed needs maintenance. It cracks a lot and is difficult to sleep on. They need better pillows. It doesn't have a mirror; there's only one in the bathroom, and it's for very tall people. I could only see my eyes, and I'm not that short. They could do a better job of decorating, since the room is nice; it could be more cozy

• LOUISE (7/5): I left a night early and stayed elsewhere as I wasn’t comfortable. - Location. The chairs on the balcony are all broken and need to be replaced. The bedding was insufficient. One shapeless pillow and one thin single duvet. I had to use a chair to pull the blind down in the kitchen.

• Emma (9/5): Really great apartment - Great sized apartment in a lovely building in a quiet area of Berlin. Everything you could need to self cater a trip. Only downside was the beds are two singles and aren’t particularly comfortable, but we still slept reasonably well
• Charlotte (7/5): It was very comfortable. - Very good location for my needs, quiet and light apartment with a small kitchen and a good size bathroom. Wifi was working perfect. Some basic things missing in the kitchen: cutting board, frying pan, sponge to wash dishes, surface rag to clean up after eating. Separation of garbage.

As a solo traveller, I felt abit concerned that the key to my apartment was the same key as to the shared entranceway door. Fortunately I don’t think anyone was in the other apartment.

• Paulina (5/5): This place should get a cleaning renovation, because the location and place are overall nice. - The location was good, there was a train station in a walking distance. Also the room wouldn’t be bad if it was clean. The key system is comfortable and we could check-in earlier. The room was quite dirty - the bedding had some stains on it, there was a lot of dust in the wardrobe (we didn’t use it because of it), also there were some stains on kitchen stuff. The shower was nasty - a lot of mold, dark spots and fugues looked like they have never been cleaned (I was glad that we took flipflops). Also there was only one started roll of paper and we stayed there for 3 nights 🫤

• Noderer (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the neighborhood; it was very pleasant with lots of nice cafés and bars. There are also some playgrounds for kids nearby. The apartment was not very nice, with cheap furniture and fixtures, some stuff broken like the toilet flush and light bulbs. More importantly, it was not clean at all. The bathroom was actually really dirty, the sheets did not smell clean and our socks turned grey from all the dust on the floor. In the corners, there was a lot of dust and dead insects, like nobody had cleaned in a while.

• Andrea (9/5): Satisfied but not enough - The hotel is located in a very convenient location, a short walk from both the metro and bus stop. Supermarkets and various shops are within walking distance. The room was very bright and cozy, with everything you need to stay even a week. The inside of the bedside lamps were full of dust as was the back of the TV. The bed was not a double bed, as I have seen in the various photos, but two single beds pushed together, leaving some considerable empty space.

• Ricardo (8/5): Better than expected (after reading the reviews) - Spent four nights solo in March 2023 here. Overall, I was positively surprised after having read many so-so reviews. There are clearly signs of aging with a stained bed sheet and rusty bathroom radiator, but hey I didn't expect luxury. The office on the ground floor is staffed until 14:0 and I was able to collect the keys at 12:00 instead of the indicated time of 15:00, because the apartment was already cleaned. The bathroom's automatic sensor for light and fan is indeed annoying when bundled with a milky glass door. It wouldn't cut off too early as some other reviews indicated, but rather randomly turn in the middle of the night or when no one was around. The kitchenette is equipped with most of what is needed, but stocking a few teabags and a bit of coffee would make a difference. Two of us stayed two months earlier at the brand new Lime Apartments in Wedding at a slightly lower rate, but unavailable this time, which set expectations towards having condiments and hot beverages readily available.
• Nicholas (1/5): The most disappointing stay. whatever it costs is not worth getting sick - / Everything was absolutely filthy! - Toilet covered in feces of the inhabitant before us -shower was covered in black mold -the whole floor was dirty with pieces of glass lying in between - the whole apartment did not have have hot water - half of the mentioned extras were not present - the room looked complete different to the photos shown beforehand - the ceiling had multiple rips/holes - we couldn’t reach the owner and did not get any answer even after leaving the property the same evening ( even now they haven’t reached back to us, thankfully booking.com managed the refund)

Kitchen and bathroom where completely different than showed in the pictures- very basic. It was a disappointment as we stayed in totally different apartment compared with what we booked.

The bathroom was very very dirty and shower clogged. Apartment far from everything and someone trying to go enter the rooms. We were in the 4th floor with luggage but there were no elevators. The stairs very dangerous during the night with very little light. The TV was difficult to operate and only local channels and no smart tv options.

Extremely unfriendly customer service, not willing to make an exception for the guests to stay longer, not a welcoming feeling at all1
• Louise (9/5): Great spot in Berlin to explore from. Communication from manager was non existent. - The location was fabulous & easy to get around from. it is in a quiet neighbourhood hood. Their was a high table & stools that made things tricky to eat from & their was only one set of towels/ sheets/ tea towel. We had to contact manager to ask for new towels & got no response. they did bring new bathroom towels but there was no other linen changed or offered. We were there 8 days.
• Iryna (10/5): Highly recommend! - Cool stylish apartments, there is everything you need to stay there for a few days. There is an open balcony. Clean, comfortable bed. The apartments have a toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, tea, and nuts. Quiet green street. There are playgrounds nearby for those traveling with children. There are many cafes, shops, and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk from the apartments. Of the minuses (insignificant) - it is a little far from the central part of the city. But on the scale of Berlin, it is probably not far.
