Antonia (6/5): Alles in Ordnung. - Die Kommunikation war gut und unkompliziert. Kein Aufzug im Treppenhaus, mit Kinderwagen etwas schwierig, aber das ist nun mal ein altes Gebäude.
Chantal (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Wohnung ist groß. In einem alten, heruntergekommenen Hinterhaus gelegen. Leider stinkt die Wohnung und auch das gesamte Treppenhaus, es ist alles ziemlich alt und improvisiert. Man muss jetzt neuerdings mit einer App einchecken, die aber nicht immer funktioniert. Zum Glück können sie die Türen im Notfall auch aus der Ferne öffnen, dafür muss man aber anrufen. Das alles in einem dunklen Treppenhaus, die Lichtschalter sind nicht zu finden.

Carolina (6/5): Estancia sin lujos ni mayores comodidades - El radiador de un cuarto no calentaba, cuando avisamos no tuvieron ni la intención de solucionarlo. Nos dijeron que ya alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros y no sucedió. Perdía el caño del baño y tampoco lo arreglaron. El baño es muy pequeño. Las fotos están desactualizadas. Se muestra el alojamiento y ya está más viejo. Ahh y la entrada al edificio deja mucho que desear. Llegamos a la noche y pensamos que estaba abandonado o estabamos confundidos.

Jenny (2/5): Never again! 😞 - The complicated key system. No room to put any toiletries in the bathroom. No room to put one's clothes in the bedroom. TV didn't show a picture in all the channels. The location of the apartment in the grubby part of "Hinterhof". The whole apartment wasn't nice to be in. My husband is 190cm tall and even for him the bathroom mirror was too high positioned.

jessica (9/5): - Everything was perfect for what we needed. Somehow I missed that the shower was located in the kitchen (though I’m sure it was listed multiple places that i didn’t pay attention to.) Wasn’t an issue for us but good for people to be aware of.
Kinga (8/5): - The staff was really nice and helpful. They provided basic seasoning, tea and a few kinds of coffee. There were also washing machine capsules and laundry capsules. The best thing was the keyless door. I was given a password for each person, so we never came across the problem with keys. The teflon on pans was scratched. The apartment was in a slightly worse condition than in the photos.
Georgina (2/5): Old and unclean. - Close to buses and subway. Clean linen. The apartment is so old and used that it's impossible to be clean. For a company that operates 15 properties on Booking.com the standard was unacceptable. I will not be using again.

Hirendran (5/5): Passable - It was cozy. Decent place to stay. The property uses an app (with codes) to unlock the main door and home door. The app is really terrible. Stayed with a group of friends and we were only given 1 code for each door. Meaning only one person could unlock the doors. There also were nights where we were locked outside cuz the doors were not “online” and we couldn’t unlock. It was so hard to communicate with the owners due to language barriers. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with a group of people

First impressions from outside were very poor as it has an unattractive shutter across the old shop window!

Anna (7/5): Good - The apartment is not a miracle, but it fits into the description. The lock system is not great: if you run out of battery or simply don´t want to take the phone with you, you cannot access the apartment. But the app itself worked fine.
Luke (4/5): Not as polished as advertised - Located near to German Heart Institute Berlin. Pictures were not representative of this property - I wondered whether they were a different apartment in the block or taken some time ago. Unfortunately, I forgot you could upload pictures to illustrate this so didn’t take any! Late night arrivals although feasible are not advised with a wife and young child.

Philippe (7/5): Provide keys and this will eliminate a lot off stress!! - To get in the apartment, we hadden to use the NUKI APP,which is a very inconvenient was to Grant accessoires to the guests. Firstly,this can only be used with 1 mobile phone,and since i stayed here with a colleagge this was already a initial annoyance,we couldn't do anything apart in our Free time. I also have to keep my mobile phone with me all the time and it most surtenly not run out off battery!this is very uncomfortable!but the biggest surprise was yet to come;after a walk we arrive at the apartment at 9pm and the door no longer opens!!!after a few telephone calls i got the manager on the phone and he came to us after 45min to open the door with a KEY. So we waited in the stairwell for 45min to get into a apartment for which i paid a lot off money. The manager asked me to make a proposal for compensation,which i did,without any response so far... Needless to say,this was a very unpleasant and stressful experience! Otherwise the stay was ok.
Raya (9/5): Our stay was really enjoyable. The cleaners should do better. - The property was good one for families. My kids really enjoyed their stay The cutlery were not cleaned, carpet was so dirty . The floor was not cleaned because one could see dirt on the socks.

Natalie (7/5): Good - There was enough space for group of three. We liked the Apartment and the neighborhood was nice. There was a lot of stores and small restaurants nearby. There was a washing machine, but there wasnt any washing powder left so we couldnt was our clothes. And there was a only one wine class.
Ronnie (8/5): Very good - Close to shops and restaurants with menys from all over the world. Staying in an appartment like this makes you feel almost like a Berliner and not a tourist. It's not fancy but that's not what we were looking for. Very genuine! Nothing, except that many of the nearby restaurants did not serve beer..... That should not be allowed in a beerloving country like Germany. But of course you can't blame Appartments Schillerpark for this.

Brad (9/5): Was overall a very lovely place to stay, thank you very much and would stay again in a heartbeat. - Great accommodation and staff… the apartment was spacious, comfortable, had nice decor and location. there was a build up of dust on majority of surfaces, the induction cooker isn’t in best condition, shower head and curtain was dirty, the shower head isn’t compatible for staying in holder due to pressure.
