• Päivi (10/5): - I loved Rooftop apt nr 2. So spacious and light, nice private rooftop garden. Well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, lots of options for getting around Berlin by Tram, U- of S-bahn. We preferred the Tram from Pappelplatz stop (just 2 minutes walk) to S Nordbahnhof station to get into the city. It was very hot inside, but keeping the windows open helped. It brought some noise from the restaurant terrace, but it was only open during 18:00-22:00,
• debgri (8/5): - Locatie was super dichtbij alles winkel restaurant rustig gelegen. Goed bed. Wij hadden apartement 4 en was meer dan ruim genoeg. Via booking.com krijg je een link en met die link kan je zelf inchecken. En de deuren openen en eenmaal in apartement liggen de sleutels klaar. Berlijn is ideaal om met de fiets te verkennen Opzich zou je denken dat het met de fiets onveilig is, maar dit is het zeker niet. Voor ons was het 2de x dat we Berlijn bezochten en is ons terug bevallen, kwa groot stad en kwa verblijf. Geen lift - wij waren met de wagen gekomen en kwa parking vinden in de straten zelf niet ideaal, maar wij hebben onze auto op de ondergrondse parking geparkeerd en dit voor 24 euro per dag.

• Jörg (7/5): In Ordnung, hatten wir aber auch schon besser. - Großzügige Raumaufteilung. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Es gab Fragen des Gastgebers, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen - das war aufmerksam. Es hätte noch etwas sauberer sein dürfen, z.B. Toilettenbrille war vergilbt, Fliesen und Fenster könnten in einem besseren Zustand sein. Eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört oder beeinträchtigt. Bei offenem Fenster zum Innenhof waren mitunter noch bis spät Gäste vom Katz Orange zu hören, um 6 Uhr am Morgen hörte man recht laut den Dienstbeginn einiger Mitarbeiter vom Katz Orange.

La propiedad dispuesta siempre a ayudar, nos permitió hacer el checkin horas antes y dejar las maletas hasta la tarde para el checkout. Nos hemos enamorado de Berlín, y la próxima vez que volvamos repetiremos alojamiento. Más que recomendable. Nada. Todo perfecto.

Bv. zijn meedenken en oplossen van div. probleempjes waren zeer welkom. Ivm onze erg vroege en late aankomst- en vertrektijden ivm reizen met een nachttrein mochten we - kostenloos- vroeger komen en langer blijven. De bedbank sliep niet fijn voor mijn zus met rugpijn en ze kreeg een compleet apartement met kingsize bed aangeboden. Alweer kostenloos. Waar vindt je dat nog? Ok, het was half januari maar hij had er geld van kunnen maken... Deze vriendelijkheid , plus alle comfort in de apartementen , het mooie gebouw in een prettige wijk etc. zorgen er voor dat we deze apartementen van harte aanbevelen en hier zelf ook terug zullen komen bij een volgend bezoek aan Berlijn! • Michael (8/5): Very nice apartment, great location. - This comfortable apartment is a bit outside the central area of town. This is a plus for us. It is located in a neighborhood near lots of restaurants. The tram and the U-Bahn are both within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is located in a lovely courtyard off the street. There is a popular restaurant in the courtyard which was never a problem with regards to noise. When we first arrived there were several issues (dirty dishes in the dishwasher, lack of soap, broken blind in bedroom). To the management's credit that were easy to contact and addressed the issue within a day.

Many beautiful restaurants in the area and fantastic supermarket around the corner. The apartment was large, filled with light, in a nice safe courtyard building and well equipped with everything we needed. Klaus was a fantastic host and very responsive to anything we needed.

Topflappen, Salz, Öl * Küchenschränke waren innen teilweise nicht richtig geputzt * Der Kühlschrank war ausgeschaltet, brauchte also erstmal Zeit entsprechend kalt zu werden * Wir konnten die Heizung leider nicht runter drehen, es war also sommerlich warm, nachts teilweise unangenehm * Für eine Familie mit Kleinkind ist die Einrichtung, ganz besonders die vielen herumliegenden Stromkabel der elektrischen Geräte, nicht zu 100% geeignet. * Die Fugen der Dusche und die Decke darüber haben bereits Schimmel angesetzt * Die Duschstange ist auch etwas instabil
• Gerald (8/5): Great location - We loved the location of the apartment - access to public transport, lots of cafes and supermarket close by. It is in a lovely setting, very spacious with a comfortable bed. The property manager is helpful. We expected to have essentials such as olive oil, tea and coffee and enough dishwasher cubes to cover our stay (we had two for five nights) We found the address very easily but struggled to find the entrance door.
• Ullrich (4/5): Die anlage wirkt sehr schick ist aber dringend renovierungsbeduerftig - Die Lage ist perfekt und die ausstattung ist auf den ersten blick ganz schick. Das bad ist in einem sehr schlechten zustand. Das Fenster ist moddrig und schimmlig, auch die fliessen und die duschabtrennung sehr schmutzig. Die stuehle haben zwar ueberzuege ueber den total befleckten polstern aber auch die sind schmutzig und fallen auch staendig ab, also ziemlich ecklig. Insgesamt ist das appertement schmutzig, spinnweben von der decke und der Staub haengt vom kleiderschrank.
• Kelly (8/5): Large beautiful apartment in the Mitte area. - This is a very cool property located in an old brewery. The architecture is stunning. The apartment was very large, very clean, with comfortable beds and well equipped. The location is great as it is close to all the sites and conveniently located to public transit. There is an excellent grocery store about a 3 minute walk from the apartment along with some great restaurants. There is a restaurant in the courtyard that gets noisy at night. We were there in a heat wave so we had to have all the windows open. This made sleeping difficult until they all left. It was also a little tricky finding the correct door to access the apartment but we finally figured it out.

Świetna przestrzeń samego mieszkania, piękne patio, wygodny system wchodzenia przez telefon. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami. Czas na wymianę pościeli i ręczników...

An der Sauberkeit kann man sicherlich noch arbeiten, wenn man das Reinigungsp - Die Lage, die hübsche Einrichtung, insbesondere das gute Bett Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Im Hof ist ein sehr großes Lokal, was zumindest im Sommer abends sehr laut war. Manchmal wurde es früh morgens beliefert, was ebenfalls ziemlich laut war. Zudem war in unserem Fall die Fußbodenheizung defekt, so dass wir zwei Tage bei 28° Raumtemperatur verbrachten…

Il cortile con la facciata del vecchio birrificio è una chicca: le cose migliori di Berlino sono nascoste proprio nei cortili interni! L'appartamento in cui siamo stati è davvero carino e permette di essere eventualmente indipendenti per i pasti. (Abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo con la nostra sistemazione, ma Klaus l'ha risolto tempestivamente. Un punto in più per questo :-) Nel cortile c'è un ristorante, quindi non è super silenzioso, ma dalle 22 in punto non ci sono più clienti nel dehors e tutto torna tranquillo

Lejligheden er skøn at være i, god seng, fin spiseplads og godt lille køkkrnområde Der er restaurant i gården med udeservering, så når der er meget varmt og man gerne vil have alle vinduer åbne bliver der lidt rigeligt larm.

• Ralitsa (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Berlin TV - Spacious premises, excellent for a family of four. Enough space to store your luggage. Nice location, just 16 minutes by train to the central station. Calm surroundings. The building is really beautiful. Although there is a restaurant in the center of the yard, it didn't interfere with our rest. The hosts were very kind and flexible. They answered to all our requests timely. We'd love to stay there again if we visit Berlin. Thank you! Everything was fine with the apratment. Just a recommendation: maybe put a fully non-transparent blind on the bathroom window.

• Lisa (6/5): A nice apartment with a few minor issues - The bed is comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good kitchen facilities. The tram nearby was hardly for travel plus a good supermarket and nice bars were within walking distance. The room was stiflingly hot, and the heat was not turned off even after asking twice for it to be turned off. Leaving windows open meant all the noise from the restaurant could be heard, plus the smell of cigarettes at all times of the day was a bit gross. But with the unpleasant heat, we had no choice.

• Hilary (7/5): Spacious, bright, apartment in a walkable, convenient location - Very close to a metro stop, lots of restaurants, grocery shopping close by, can walk to many sights from it. There was no way to control the heat, it was so hot, had to sleep with the windows open. Because of that, the noise from people leaving the restaurant was loud. I have no idea if this is on purpose, but all their soap says: turn off the water when using me. The shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder, so you have to turn it off while using soap or it would’ve sprayed everywhere. No doubt other people had issues with it as there’s water damage above the tiles.

• Oxana (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in Berlin’s Mitte - The superior apartment we booked is super spacious (7 windows!!) and tastefully designed, has all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, the museum island and Alexander platz are within 20 minutes walk. The restaurant in the same building is an absolute gem, highly recommend paying a visit if you stay in the apartment, both cuisine, interior and service are great. The inner courtyard is very pleasant and since all windows are directed to it, it’s very quiet in the unit. We slept like babies! I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Berlin next time.
• Ali (10/5): Come here to enjoy Berlin and walk to great stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable and modern. Clean and hist - The property was warm and welcoming. It was accommodating and comfortable for me and my husband and our children. The Internet connection was great. The kitchen was fully stocked. We would return here in a heartbeat when we come back to Berlin. The only thing was it was confusing to understand how to enter the place upon going into the courtyard when we got there the first time. Maybe a small sign by the entrance on the right or left side for newcomers could be helpful?

• Drew (9/5): Spacious, comfortable and well situated loft apartment in the heart of Mitte, would return for sure. - We stayed in apartment 4 which is on the top floor, it has huge glass doors across one whole side of the apartment giving lots of amazing light! The space was amazing, lots of room and with a vaulted ceiling, the feeling of air and comfort. The temperature was lovely in the apartment during 0° weather, it stayed 20-22° throughout. The shower was powerful and hot, exactly how we like it. The WiFi was reliable and fast and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Perfect location IMO, in the heart of Mitte and felt very secure. The service from Klaus was very friendly and informative. We were allowed to store our bags before check in, due to an early arrival. No massive negatives. Basic provisions provided in the kitchen and lounge area, nothing drastic but holds it back from a perfect score for me.

The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for the visit and the landlord was extremely kind, fast to answer and solve some minor issues that arise. A great place to stay without any doubt. It's difficult to say something wrong about the place, maybe a little more kitchenware will be desirable.
• Melisa (7/5): Definitely not a price/performance hotel! - The ambience, the courtyard is great, it was very nice to be in the ambiance of an old brewery, Klaus answered every question quickly, we had no problems with communication Unfortunately there were many things I didn't like about the property, first of all The apartment we stayed in is not a very low-budget place, for this reason there should have been some things in the property. In the kitchen; -there is no coffee machine in the kitchen, there is a huge french press, there should have been a filter coffee/ espresso machine and some capsules/coffee -no dishwashing detergent in the kitchen,there should have been as many dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher as the days of our stay.(There is no liquid detergent for hand washing too) -kitchen equipment was very inadequate -the refrigerator freezer was frozen, the freezer was not cooling because it did not close, we cleaned it by breaking the ice, otherwise we could not use it In the bathroom; -the liquid soap is almost gone, the shower stall leaks water out every shower, the shampoo box is empty, there are no foot towels, we were seen every time we entered the toilet from the courtyard and opposite apartments In the bedroom; -Because the room was next to the garden, there were unbelievable insects and bugs. The bed is very soft, the pillows are the same, the garden door roller blind is directly opposite the bed and in the morning the light comes directly into your eyes and you cannot prevent it. We could not open our window and curtain in the room and lie on the bed because you can see from the other side. In the terrace; The terrace is very beautiful, but there are so many flies and bugs in the greenery that you cannot sit. We could not enjoy the garden for this reason, it needs to be cleaned and sprayed urgently. In general; We had a hard time finding our apartment in the courtyard and opening both the lower and the upper door with an extra electronic entrance. A different entrance should be considered for those without internet. Check-in time is 03:00 pm - check-out 11:00 a.m, pay attention to this, they never allow before and after.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. You can see into apartments opposite so needed to be aware but there are privacy blinds so as long as they are down it was fine.

• Laura (9/5): Perfect stay, Great location, kind host - Great location, Great appartment. Klaus is very kind, thank you so much for the nice stay. Only one thing which was irritating… the parking.. So it is not 1euro/h but 3 and it wouldnt take our cards and when you are from the netherlands, the apps dont work eather. So we had to collect 39 euro’s a day for parking. Later on, all the machines were not working so we called Klaus for help haha, he helped us very accurate. There is free parking 1 km further from the hotel but its not the best option to do when you own an more expensive car. So before you go, bring coins🤣
