Nguyễn (7/5): Nice place but could be more tidy. Communication of host can be improved :) - Place was nice. It is quite closed to a station. The host was a bit rude. The kitchen lacks few things. It's there but hard to cook anything. Quite many boxes in the apartment that I think should be away.
Sarabeth (5/5): Passable - The host was responsive to questions. Laundry worked fine. Could tell the apartment had been cleaned but it wasn't truly clean. There was hair in the bed and the shower. Instead of just texting us the lock box code we had to call. Had to turn on the hot water heater but there weren't instructions so we had to reach out to the host for that as well. He was responsive to questions but I felt like all the information could have been provided up front.
