• Eleonore (9/5): super - L'appartement était grand et confortable et bien chauffé. c'était un vrai plaisir d'y retourner le soir après s'être baladé dans Berlin sous la neige. L'organisation de la remise des clés s'est faite facilement avec une hotesse charmante et efficace. Bonne localisation par rapport à la Hauptbahnof. Ce n'est pas du ressort des hotes mais il devait y avoir un problème avec le ramassage des ordures qui s'entassaient dans la cour.
• Suzanne (4/5): Disappointing - The actual apartment was sparse but had everything we needed and there was WiFi. The entrance to the building was disgusting and smelt strongly. The courtyard was full of rubbish. We asked to arrive an hour early and were told no, so had to wait.

Basurero - I didn't like it at all La entrada es de un edificio como abandonado con mucha mugre en la paredes y el piso con tierra el patio que queda con la entrada es un basurero no lo recomiendo la dueña es amable pero debería de consideras describir bien el citio donde se encuentra el lugar ....el olor que entraba del basurero al cuarto era horrible ....como consejo le digo ala dueña debería invertir en un espacio que así no sea el suyo de precencia asu negocio y le irá mejor aveces hay que perder para ganar
• Andrea (5/5): The first impression was not good and the price per day doesn’t respond the quality. - The location is pretty ok, although there was some construction going on on the main street where the apartment is located, but we somehow managed with it. I don’t like because the apartment doesn’t look like as on photos. It is the old building with close countryyard but I supposed green yard after the entrance. The bathroom is really really small. The first impression was not good at the first momenet and luckely we were not spending so much time in apartment.

• Boudewijn (7/5): Prima appartement in Berlijn! - Het is een prima appartement voor de prijs die je betaalt. Erg fijne, snelle communicatie met de host Katja - vragen worden meteen beantwoord en ze heeft ons goed geholpen! De omgeving van het appartement is niet goed onderhouden en erg gehorig. Hier kan de eigenaar van het appartement natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar wel goed om te weten.
• Luis (6/5): - Ubicación Almohadas de muy baja calidad, cortinas que dejaban pasar toda la luz, baño muy pequeño e incómodo con un lavabo diminuto.

• Verš (9/5): It is a lovely appartment with all necessities, the price and location is good. Deffenetly reccomend :) - The location is very good, near to public transport, nice restorans and food market.

• Jacquie (7/5): Convenient - This property fulfilled our needs for a week in Berlin. Compact kitchen was good for making your own breakfast and having tea/coffee and the washing machine was excellent. Wasn't so much what we didn't like, but what I would suggest for some improvements. Installation of a couch or comfortable single lounge chairs and larger block out curtains in the bedroom. The curtains were too light and the external lights showed through and finally improve the common area court yard and stairwell area could be better cleaned.
• Ghassan (7/5): It was ok.. i would expect more for the sum of money i paid - Kind of central, It is close to the train station 3-4 stops by bus. Has good fridge, iron, laundry machine. The beds are not that comfortable. No sofa in such apartment !!! Very small bathroom.. specifically the sink in the bathroom is very small.. The apartment is designed for tall people + 2 meters tall. All the sinks, kitchen cupboard, are high... The entrance to the building is scary... the trash smells awefull at the building entrance, even with smell of Urine.. disgusting... (3-4 buildings entrances share the same inner yard) No ventilation in the spartment, opening the windows is the way to ventilate the apartment. No good privacy, if the curtains opened the opposing neighbour can see everythin in the apartment.

• Ido (8/5): Very good - Big, quiet, more facilities then we possibly needed and close to central station by buss. No safe. The top bed was a bit squeaky. Also no busses at night and no nearby subway stations, Heading back to the apartment late night was a 15 minute walk from central station or 20 minutes to central station with suitcases for a early flight.
