• Julio (5/5): Podia ser muito melhor - A parte interna do apartamento. Muita sujeira nas áreas comuns do apartamento e insegurança.
• Clinton (8/5): Good location, comfortable and clean beds - Good location, host was responsive. Though I found the dishwashing soap to be little when I first reached, after reaching out to the host, new soap was quickly delivered to the place. Not sure why but neighbours seem noisy, sometimes banging sounds can be heard, probably why earplugs were provided but the second door to the living room was at least sound proof.

• Bettina (7/5): Great central apartment - The apartment itself was clean and had everything required. It was central and had nearby public transport options. One could not lock the door from inside. Also, the main front door locking system was not functioning. The entrance and lift area was in need of some cleaning. It would have been great to have another curtain panel.

• Tracey (4/5): Not quite as expected or hoped for - The host was very good and made it easy for us to access the apartment, they were very responsive and kept us informed. The beds were quite comfortable. The block was dirty, there was rubbish on the stairwell, children's toys, old prams and rubbish littered the corridors. The entrance way was dirty and unkempt, the door to the block was never locked and was actually taped open. The floor the flat was on was very noisy, even though there were notices up saying no noise after 9pm and no loud music, this was not adhered to. It did not feel safe going out at night and although the keypad for entering the flat would be good in other locations, we were nervous if the code became known locally our belongings may not be safe. Inside the flat, most of the dishes were chipped, nothing matched, sockets were broken/cracked and the bathroom door has a big gouge out of the bottom of it. There is an open box above the 2 single beds and my partner cracked his head on this twice, it was in a very dangerous position. The curtains did not match and did not meet so let light in. In addition, the noise of the traffic outside was terrible, the flat was warm so windows had to be kept open over night but the traffic was very noisy and so full of sirens.

• Michał (7/5): Fantastic room - loud neighbours and street - Apartment was really clean it's well connected with transport. Beds were comfortable and kitchen functional and well equipped. Really honest owner too. Like was already mentioned by the owner, the surrounding area is loud, sirens are a frequent occurrence. The building is run down and slightly shady, with loud neighbours slamming doors and shouting during the evening and morning. It's a good place if you're looking for a cheap space to crash for a weekend where you won't be spending too much time at the apartment. I do not recommend for light sleepers. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, other than the shower having weak water pressure and the piping being old.

• Ievgen (10/5): Nice place to stay with good connections to S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses and not far from center - "I really appreciated that the host got in touch with us in advance and provided clear instructions—with helpful videos and pictures—on how to access the apartment. He was very friendly and gave us great tips and advice on using public transport. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would have appreciated it if the other people on our floor had followed the no-smoking rule. Although the rules clearly state that smoking is not allowed, unfortunately, not everyone respected them during our stay.

The communication with the host was excellent, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Berlin!
• Hajnalka (7/5): Good - The apartment is at an excellent location if you use public transport. There are supermarkets and lots of restaurants in the area too. The flat was fine, we had everything we needed. The host was very kind and communicative and the access was really easy. The residents around the apartment were very noisy in the afternoons and till 10-10:30pm, their children were playing and shouting in the corridor, banging the doors.
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - Everything was great! Very clean, good location because we had everything nearby, the owner replied every time we had questions, they were up to making our stay as comfortable as possible; however, they only problem we had was the hallway smell. The smell was so distinct and pungent that sometimes it would go through the door. I know this situation isn’t really connected to the apartments and it lies on the neighbors but yeah, that was the only issue we had. All in all it was great! And would 100% recommend.

• Ying (10/5): If I come to Berlin next time, I will still choose to stay here. - This was an extremely pleasant stay experience! The host of the apartment is really nice, warm - hearted and helpful. Since we arrived in Berlin early in the morning, after negotiation, we were allowed to check in at noon in advance, and they helped us store our luggage before check - in. Back to the main point, the apartment is very clean and comfortable, suitable for multiple people to live in. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop downstairs, and it only takes a 5 - minute walk to take the S Bahn. There are also a supermarket and a DM nearby, as well as delicious and inexpensive restaurants.

• Olga (9/5): Large comfortable apartment room. - Very spacious. Full kitchen with utensils. Great views. Washing machine. Good communication with the host. Lift in working condition. Terrible rotten stench through the whole apartment building, that doesn’t go away. In addition to the rotten smell, there was constant cigarette smoke that was coming through the door of the apartment. I clearly state my preference on booking as a non smoking room and our room was non smokey, but the rest of the building was full of smokers, which doesn’t help.

• Luka (7/5): Good - The accommodation is totally okay. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchenware. It's noisy as noted, and during the summer months, it gets quite warm since there's no air conditioning, but that's generally the case in Germany. The water pressure in the faucets is very weak, and small bugs were mostly wandering around the bathroom of the apartment.

• Bulgan (9/5): Superb - The staff was very kind. We asked the owner if he/she could allow us to check in early because of my family health condition and is allowed for free for 2 hours earlier. The location was really good to access the bus as well as to the train station. The street had everything we needed. Pharmacy, grossery shops, fashion shops and restaurants, and turkish fast foods. The only thing I didn't like was a bathroom smell. I don't know how to express the smell, anyway I didn't like it and told the staff, then the cleaning lady immediately brought the air spray. It became much better. Also, the heating system was frozing the entire apartment (we didnt had a prior notice), that's why we needed to use the electic heater, which was a bit noisy.
• Stella (8/5): Enjoyed my stay at trendy apartments a lot! - The location was great. Close to the public transit making it very easy to reach all of Berlin. The host was also great in communication. They're very nice and had some good recommendations. Only thing that could improve is a better shower. The water pressure wasn't always great.
• Fotios (5/5): Passable - Two of the days were very cold.The radiator was not working,there was only a very noisy heat machine.NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER,i was not expecting that.
• Stembridge (8/5): Great Weekend Get away - Nice clean and comfortable room with good access to a bar across the road. Perfect for 4 people sharing, 4 proper single beds that were very comfortable. Had a well stocked little kitchen with all the pots and pans that you'd need. Great large windows that provide plenty of ventilation. Checking in worked really well and even allowed us to check in early. Keyless entry was ideal for staying with multiple people. Not really their fault but the lift was not working the entire weekend and 6 floors is a long way to climb.
• Cezar (8/5): Very good - Communication with host was very good. Sirdin was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchenette. Bus stations are right in front of the building and an S-Bahn station is at a 5 minute walking distance. The apartment is located at the highest floor and it can get pretty hot inside during the warm season. The cleanliness of the building and the neighborhood is not quite maintained, but these are things that are out of the host's control.

• Gian (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment is effective, the check-in/out is flawless and the communication with the host and their availability is just great. The tiny apartment is functional, although we didn't use the facilities much apart from the beds and the bathroom. The building itself and the common area would benefit of some decor. Lift, entrance, etc. are quite dirty and worn out. That does not apply to the apartment itself.

Highly recommend the accommodation! - The apartment is located just a few steps from S-bahn and the bus station is in front of the building. Liked the code system instead of using the key. Easy self check in and check out. The accommodation was clean and very warm inside. Everything that we needed we could find at the apartment. The owner is very polite and responsible and you can easily get in touch with him if something needed. nothing
