• Pauline (8/5): Een prima appartement op een goede locatie. Zeker een aanrader! - Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie met uitzicht op een park. Het is een fijne ruimte om in te verblijven. De badkamer en het bed waren prima. Ook was de beheerder zeer behulpzaam. We hebben hier een fijne week gehad. Het appartement is wat gedateerd, met name de keuken en de vloer. Het zou mooi zijn als die binnenkort worden vervangen.
• Henk (9/5): We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad - Uitstekende locatie. Prima voorzieningen in appartement. Alles schoon en werkte goed. Heerlijk balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Nabijheid OV. Jammer dat er ‘s nachts soms wat lawaai was, maar was niet echt hinderlijk.

• Ana (9/5): Repetiría! - Me gustó mucho la localización y que el anfitrión estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia de si estaba todo bien o necesitábamos algo. Además viajamos con nuestra hija de año y medio y justo hay un parque al lado muy grande y con muchos juegos para niños, le encantó! Los colchones no eran muy cómodos, blandos para nuestro gusto.

• CONCHI (10/5): Volvería. - La ubicación a 5 min de una parada de metro que te lleva al centro, y a 3 del tranvía. Andando a Alexanderplatz son 25 minutos con un recorrido agradable. Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos. Bares y restaurantes muy cercano. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El anfitrion deja pastillas de lavavajillas y detergente para lavadora. La calefacción funciona muy bien. Las vistas desde la terraza son muy agradables a un parque Estuvimos un día sin wifi, pero el anfitrión nos aviso. El baño necesitaría una pequeña reforma, por poner un pero.
• Ulrike (9/5): Perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! - Die Lage, das geschmackvolle, lichtdurchflutete Studio mit wunderbarem Ausblick, ein Refugium zum Entspannen! Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu kritisieren, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Eierbecher könnte man ergänzen und ein echter Backofen wäre vielleicht noch ganz schön.

• Harm Jan (5/5): Als je een goed locatie wilt: geschikt. Als je geen studentikoze flat wilt: dan deze overslaan - De locatie in de stad is goed. De ruimte van redelijk goed. De faciliteiten waren aanwezig maar alles was oud en versleten. De douchekop alt eraf als je de kraan open doet. Je moet douchen, staan in de badkuip. Die is gevaarlijk glad, er ligt geen stroef matje en ook niet in de badkamer. Het douchegordijn is armoedig. De grootste en onhygienische tegenvaller is de kwaliteit van de kussens en het dekbed. Als je de hoezen er af haalt zijn ze oud, geel en ruiken ze oud en vies.

• Carlota (8/5): Estancia agradable en piso bien situado y práctico, perfecto para pasar varios días y hacer vida. - La ubicación del apartamento, la zona nos gustó mucho y estaba al lado del metro, las vistas al parque... también era la distribución que necesitábamos, con habitación aparte, la amplitud de baño y cocina... Y anfitrión estaba atento a lo que necesitábamos. La cocina podría estar algo más equipada a nivel de ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, trapos cocina... y de utensilios de limpieza ya que aunque pasamos varias semanas no venía nadie a limpiar. Eso sí, cambiaban toallas y sábanas cuando necesitábamos. Poco armario, pero usábamos cajones... En general todo bien.

• laura (8/5): Amazing location, great apartment ! - Excellent location : the building itself is clean and quiet, the nearby park is great, it’s close to commodities, good bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is really nice and has good equipment on the whole. The bedroom is on the court side which is calm and quiet. Communication with host was smooth and efficient. The washing machine/dryer is a real plus. While the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, the floors and windows were definitely not (although we were told that cleaning had been done in a hurry because of previous tenants not respecting check-out time). Some basics should be added like a dustpan, some cleaning spray, additional cutlery and bowls.

• Steve Hardwick (10/5): - The apartment was very well equipped. It was easily big enough for two people. The balcony had a good view of the local park and city. The location was in a nice neighborhood. Close to public transportation, it was easy to get anything in the city.

• Monica (5/5): Passable - Location. Unfortunately there was work being carried out in the apartment below. The noise was horrendous (like a jet plane taking off). We could not stay in. The two lounge chairs were very uncomfortable we sat on the dining chairs. There wasn't a hairdryer as stated. We have stayed in another apartment before and we preferred that.

Great location for a longer stay, nearby groceries (Rewe, Bio), good coffee cafes, public transportation. Easy neighborhood to walk in. Entry instructions were clear. Freezer compartment of fridge iced over, taped shut and leaked. Manager said they plan to fix. No AC that we could see. Shower is hand-held in a tub that is hard to climb in (almost 2 feet high). Kitchen pans and knives not great. Instructions in the apartment are not accurate.

• Aysun (7/5): Nice stay, but just a bit pricy due to the location, I think. - Location is great, as well as the view. We stayed on the 5th floor, facing the park. Balcony is nice :) Enough space for 2 people. Comfy bed. - Not a big deal but everything looks so new in the photos which is a bit misleading. - We stayed on the 5th floor, facing the park. It can get loud in the evening and late at night due to the restaurant and the people drinking in the park. It was not an issue for us since we closed the balcony door and windows. But in hot summer nights, this could be a problem. But I think I saw a fan and a portable air conditioner in the room. - The bathtub drain was significantly clogged. I covered my hand in nylon bags, removed the small drain cover (the hair catcher) and pulled the hair visible on the tub drain which came with more hair and disgusting stuff!!! Basically, I had to clean the hair and other stuff from previous guests!!! This was the 'highlight' of our stay!

Bathroom facilities were poor. The shower broke and we had to manage for two days without one. Areas of the floor in the main room were dusty.

The flat was really well located, very clean and comfortable and had a very good view in a sociable area, really lovely. We had pretty much everything we needed and went home telling everyone how much we enjoyed our stay in Berlin. A broom would have been useful. Otherwise perfect.

They even prepared a list of things to do in the area to help you accommodate to both the apartment and Berlin. • Isil (8/5): Very good - both the host and stuff were helpful. everything else is fine. it was warm in the middle of winter and the nice park view saved the day questionable cleanliness, there is lots of dust in the corners. although robust the bathroom was showing its age. occasional drops of plaster in kitchen area and bathroom. There are 3 different coffee making devices in the kitchen, but they only put single-use coffee.
• Michele (10/5): Very comfortable solution with many transportation options to reach across town - The property is in a nice and safe area of town, close to many metro and tram options. Alexander Platz is just a 20' walk (and it is reachable even faster by metro and tram). The apartment is nice and clean, with a nice TV and also an Amazon EchoStudio (which I used for some ambient music). I went in December, and the apartment was warm at all times. Bath-tub water was also very hot. There is a washer+dryer in the unit and a nespresso machine. The host was super friendly and accommodating. I had some issues with my flights at arrival, and I closed myself out of the door once while there, and the host was able to help me out in both instances. All was good.

Location was amazing, but not quite central - appx 25Min walk to City Central which is not bad. Tram and U is very close and plenty of super cool bars and restaurants nearby. The actual place is a bit small, wide angle photos are very deceiving.

• Bojan (6/5): Pleasant - Location is perfect. In the middle of the city, but still facing park with small balcony and petty quiet. Apartment is equiped with everything you need, including washing machine. It was not super clean and a bit outdated facilities, for the price we paid.
• William (9/5): Good value - From the outside the apartment doesn't look like much, but the inside is great! It's spacious, clean and bright and the balcony overlooking the park is a real bonus. Everything we needed was there; a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, plenty of cupboards and a large, comfy bed. The location is good too, well-serviced by trams with a supermarket close by. The Berlin War Memorial is an easy fifteen minute walk. Communication with the host was good, he met us at the property and talked us through everything. Would stay again. Would have appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier.
